Fool Me Twice
Oi, After some deliberation, I decided that this would probably be better suited as NC-17. Later on anyway. This chapter\'s brief little moment isn\'t bad, but later on it might get worse. So...yeah. Just to warn those of you who actually like this story XD
::...:: denotes character thoughts again. Jason spends some time talking to himself XD. Just know that when the dots close off a statement, then the other side jumps in. like such:
::Oi it\'s fun talking to myself::
::shut up...stupid loser::
and therefore I just called myself a loser. Blargh, no caffeine, a cold, and midterms will do that to you D: .

Chapter Two: Fool Me Twice
(tis a long one)
::Why isn’t he pulling away?:: (Jason)
Roy just stood there, letting Jason win for the moment. He was still getting over the shock of being kissed by the blond that he had known throughout his college years. And, despite himself, a teeny little nagging nerve deep within him told him that he was enjoying this.
::AM NOT!!!::
When Jason tried to put a hand to Roy’s face to try and deepen the moment, Roy’s consciousness turned back on and slapped him in the face. He aggressively pushed away from the other, slamming Jason into a wall. Jason looked up at Roy and winced. Furiously wiping at his lips, Roy glared intently and the smirking idiot that stood before him.
“What….the HELL….was that?”
“Just trying to piss you off even more. What else?”
“But KISSING me?!”
“Meh, it worked, didn’t it?”
Roy hesitated a moment.
“Of COURSE it did!! What else would it do? …Don’t answer that question or I swear I’ll carve a new hole in your head.”
Jason just stood there smirking. Then, looking down, his smirk faded away and he sighed.
“Sorry Roy. It was just so tempting after what you said before. I guess my cocky side got the best of me…”
He looked sheepishly at Roy, who was still fuming, though he had calmed just a little. Roy looked away.
“Well? Truce?” Jason asked. Roy looked to him then back at the door. He smiled.
“I suppose. But do that again and I swear to you I’ll kick you so hard that you’re children will be retarded.”
“Heh, fair enough. I’m guessing I’d deserve that.”
A knock on the door interrupted the silence. Jason went to answer it and was met with a grinning Ariella. When she looked past him and saw Roy waving to her, her expression changed dramatically.
“I thought you said he was asleep?”
“Well, I…woke him up,” at this comment, Jason didn’t see it, but Roy’s cheeks flushed a bright red. “Besides, the more, the merrier, right?”
“I guess…” Roy glared at her and stuck his tongue out, knowing that she had hoped to spend time alone with Jason. She stuck out her tongue out at him, causing Jason to laugh as he saw both of their expressions. He sighed and let her in, closing the door.
“Hmm…I have a proposition for you two.” Roy looked deviously at the clueless girl and the doubtful boy.
“How about we play some nice friendly video games to pass the time, hmm? Loser has to buy ALL the drinks tonight for the three of us!”
Jason smirked and Ariella cracked her knuckles.
“You’re on!” they cried as all three of them jumped to the couch.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
At ten till eight, after many rounds of Super Smash Bros Melee, Halo 2, some of the 007 series, and even some computer games, Ariella turned out to be the winner. Jason second, and Roy the loser.
“But…but…”
“No buts Roy! You’re buying all the drinks to-night!” Ariella tapped him on his nose as he looked at her pleadingly.
“Aw COME ON!!”
“She’s right Roy. And to think YOU proposed this wager…I’d be more worried about your pride then your soon to be empty wallet.” Jason grinned as Roy stared at him.
“Well, Jason m’boy, you couldn’t hold your liquor even if you wanted to, so I really don’t have to worry about you. But Ariella there, she’ll down ten different margaritas and still be sober! God…there goes my pay from work.” Roy sat down with an exasperated sigh.
“Well, I’m gonna go wait in my car. You guys get changed and come out, I’ll give us all a ride since Roy’s buying all my drinks tonight! Hurry up!” with that, Ariella was out the door and the two boys heard her clomping down the stairs.
Remembering what had happened before, Roy quickly went to his room and changed into the purple button-up shirt he had shown Jason before. Donning some chain necklaces and lining his eye in black (he looked damn good in eyeliner if he did say so himself), he strode out to the middle of the room. He knocked on the sliding door of Jason’s room.
“You ready yet? You know how impatient Ariella can be!”
“Yeah yeah, hold on a sec.”
Jason came out with his blond hair ever so shiny, and a shirt liked Roy’s buttoned lower then usual revealing some of his tanned chest. He wore his trademark necklace, the one made of shells with a jewel in the middle that was engraved with his initials. Roy whistled mockingly.
“Someone’s picking up a chick tonight!”
“Roy. Just. SHUT. UP.”
“Whatever. Come on!”
Roy grabbed Jason and ran out of the room. He motioned for Jason to go on ahead as he locked the door to their dorm and followed Jason down the steps. Ariella was sitting outside honking her horn like a mad woman. They both looked sheepishly at her, then at the shocked pedestrians who all were looking at the crazy girl.
A two-minute drive and much chattering later, they arrived at Faded Passion, the biggest club to hit near their college campus. As Roy and Jason got out, Ariella jumped on Roy.
“Ya know Roy, you never really introduced me to Danielle.”
“Well duuuuuh. You seriously think I’d let you completely ruin my relationship with her?”
“But I could tell you things about her! Trust me, girls can do that.”
“Whatever, here she comes.”
A tall (though shorter then Roy) Latino girl came up and hugged Roy. After exchanging a quick kiss, Roy looked at Ariella.
“Danielle, this is Ariella. Ariella, this is Danielle.”
“It’s very nice to meet you Ariella! Roy says many…interesting things.”
“I bet he does…” Ariella glared at Roy while shaking Danielle’s hand. Then Ariella and Danielle both stared at each other for a moment before Roy split them up. He took Danielle’s hand.
“Well, I’m goin’ in with her and dancing the night away!” He grinned. “Come on you guys!” And with that he rushed inside with Danielle trailing behind him.
“Poor kid. He won’t be that happy by the end of the night.” Ariella sighed. Jason just kinda…. gaped at her.
“Wha…? How can you tell that?”
“It’s a girl thing. You wouldn’t understand. She’s gonna break up with him soon. Just you watch.”
Ariella walked in gloomily as Jason followed behind her.
They both sat at a booth, watching Roy and Danielle dance together. Ariella was looking away with disgust. She bobbed her head to the loud roaring music from time to time. Jason however, was intoxicated by the sight of the two. Not by Danielle. But instead his gaze was transfixed on Roy.
He kept wondering to himself how anyone was so…flexible. And to be able to move his body like that had to be some sort of art. But when he was up against Danielle, Jason couldn’t help but think of how much of a whore she was.
He sighed and looked back at his drink. He had feigned to be drinking it so far, and it looked like he was getting away with it. He motioned to the bar and Ariella and him went to sit down. Soon, Ariella motioned over to where Daneille and Roy were. They were talking. Not a good sign.
“You gonna back him up Jason? No doubt he’ll come to you.” Ariella said, starting on her third margarita. Jason shrugged and pretended to drink.
“Guess so. I don’t know how I could help him though…”
“You could bludgeon me over the head with that full beer bottle.”
They both turned abruptly to see Roy trying to squeeze in between them, his face crestfallen.
“She dumped you?”
“She dumped me.”
“Ahh…sorry Roy…I’ve never really had a girlfriend for as long as you were with Danielle…I don’t really know what to say. What would cheer you up?”
Roy shrugged and then looked evily at Jason.
The blonde regretted ever openly inviting Roy to dare him to do something.
“Drink up. I don’t care how much I spend. I want to see you drunk! Come to think of it, I’ve never seen you like that!”
“Wha…me? WHAT?!”
“Hell yeah! That’d be funny! Wouldn’t it Ariella?” He nudged the red head and she giggled.
“Yeah, I think it would be.” Roy was already in a better mood.
“Well?”
Jason had downed the first bottle by the time Roy was done talking.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
“Nyaha!” Jason said groggily. Roy was in a fit of laughter and his drunken friend. Jason’s eyes continued to blink at separate times.
“Ha! I toldsh you I wouldn’ throwsh up!” Jason hiccupped and stood shakedly. Roy was still laughing. Ariella was trying to hide her laughter. She had never seen Jason so vunerable.
“I think…my fair Watshon. That I shall go around and find shome people to bugsh!” So Jason wandered around. And found himself in the bathroom in no time. Locking one of the stall doors shut he breathed a sigh.
Faking being drunk was a lot harder then he thought it would be. The first bottle was just for show, but the other six after that had been thrown away still full. Roy was having too much fun that he didn’t even notice that Jason was constantly throwing away full beer bottles.
::What have I gotten myself into…::
But it was to make Roy happy! That’s what he kept telling himself. So, ruffling his hair and getting the groggy look down again, he “stumbled” outside. He pulled a couple of twenty dollar bills out of his pocket, determined to pay Roy back for the wasted beers he had bought. Still acting, he slammed into another guy as the papers they were both holding went flying.
The guy landed on his rear and glared at Jason.
“Ah! I’m so sorry!”
“Shut up fag, just get your money and get out of my face.”
The guy’s friend helped him up as he picked up one of the papers, not being able to see with the dim lights. Jason picked one up as well, but it wasn’t his twenties. It was actually a twenty folded around what looked like a sugar packet.
“Sorry…”he said as he crawled away.
The guy and his friend started to talk again.
“So, that drug you made, it’ll make her so intoxicated she’ll do whatever I say?” he asked eagerly. The other nodded vigorously as he smirked.
“Just give her this twenty with the drug in it. Someone’s getting action tonight!” And he handed his friend two twenties, instead of his original package of a twenty and “sugar” packet.
Joy shoved the bills back in his pocket, he still had to act drunk. It’d been what, four hours already? He really wanted to go home. So he mustered up all he could and went up to Roy.
“Rooooooooiiiiiiiiy.” He said groggily. Roy went into a fit of laughter. “Can we go hooooooome?”
“Sure Jason. I’ve put you through enough hell as it is.” He looked at Ariella, who was also in a drunken stupor. Roy seemed to be the only one who didn’t drink any.
“Ariella! Come on, I’m driving you two home!”
“Baaaaaaaha.” Ariella stumbled over and grabbed hold of the arm that wasn’t supporting Jason.
“Keys?”
Ariella reached into her jean pockets and pulled out a key chain with two keys and a bunch of little trinkets.
Jason supported himself a little, because he knew that Ariella was actually drunk.
Slowly making their way to the car, Roy shoved the two into the back seat. Much to Jason’s dismay, Ariella passed out on his shoulder. He shifted from time to time under the weight as Roy drove them home. They soon reached Ariella’s dorm. Roy helped her out and closed the door, telling Jason to stay there.
When Roy had disappeared into the girl’s dorm using Ariella’s keys, he wondered if they’d get caught going into the girl dorms at night. He shrugged it off. A few minutes later, he saw Roy emerge from the building, silently creeping down the path.
“Come on Jason, we’re gonna walk from here on out.”
“Wha…?” Jason said in his fake drunk voice. Roy lifted him from the car and put his arm around his waist, while throwing Jason’s arm over his shoulder.
“Think you can handle it?”
“Yeshum!” Jason said stupidly.
They trudged through the night, making their way to the dorms. If it had been day, Roy might have noticed the slight rose color lighting up Jason’s face. Not out of being “drunk,” but by having the dark-haired boy so close to him made his heart do flips.
::I can’t believe it….I thought I loved Ariella. But…whenever I’m around Roy…::
Roy was too absorbed with trying to get the dorm building door open with his drunken friend on his shoulder to notice Jason twitch as he realized something.
::I-I-I…I’ve loved HIM. Not Ariella…that was just something my mind concocted…but, why HIM? And since when the hell have I been bi?::
Roy had difficulty getting Jason up the stairs. Jason hadn’t noticed that they were traveling up, and had forgotten to help with part of his weight. He finally realized they were at they’re dorm and snapped back into a more convincing routine.
“We ish there now?” He said, looking amusedly at Roy. The purple-haired boy chuckled.
“Yes. We ish there now.” Roy kicked the door open once it was unlocked and helped Jason to the couch.
“You feeling better?” Roy asked kneeling next to the laid down Jason. “I figured laying down would help you. Don’t try getting up, okay? I guess I’ll have to watch you huh?” he said innocently.
::DAMN YOU TEMPTATION!! DAMN YOU TO HELL!! Stupid voice is kicking in again…well you can shove it up your ass cause I’m not going to…::
::But this is your chance to see if you actually love him…or if you’re just drunk.::
::I had one fucking bottle of beer. Like that would do enough to mess with my emotions. ::
::It could happen. Just try it. You know you want to.::
::So what if I want to?::
::Then do it stupid!::
::……I hate you.::
“Roy?” he asked pleadingly. Roy was halfway asleep and jolted awake at the sound of Jason’s voice.
“Huh? What is it?”
Jason “struggled” to sit straight and patted the couch next to him. Roy smiled, thinking his friend was drunk, and complied. Sitting down, he repeated his question.
“What is it Jason?” His blond haired friend looked confusedly at him, his eyelids drooping.
::I’m going to kill you later for this::
::Oh just shut up and do something.::
Roy stared at Jason when the older boy put his hands on Roy’s shoulders and dragged him onto the floor, laying Roy on top of the blond.
(Roy this time XD):: Holy…this again? Well…he is drunk. So I guess it’s okay…he won’t remember it in the morning anyway. Might as well humor him…wait a sec…what…the…::
As these thoughts were running through Roy’s head, Jason had shed himself of his shirt and was now undoing Roy’s.
::He’s drunk. He’s drunk. He’s drunk. He’s drunk. Keep telling yourself that and maybe this will all just be a dream…::
But it wasn’t a dream as Jason pulled the purple shirt away and pressed himself against the younger boy, nibbling on his ear. Roy gave in, feeling his heart skip a beat. He kept telling himself it was all a dream, and that he’d wake up later in a cold sweat.
Roy couldn’t help hissing as Jason slowly made it down his neck, biting every so often.
“Ah…Jason…stop!” But Roy couldn’t have made it stop. A part of him didn’t WANT it to stop.
Jason was enjoying this way too much, He couldn’t believe that he had subdued the dark-haired boy so easily. He began wondering a little more about Roy. His thoughts were interrupted as Roy surprisingly captured his lips. Biting at his lower lip, Jason begged for entrance into Roy’s mouth. Roy happily complied, part of his mind not really with him at that moment.
Their tongues battling for dominance, Jason savored every sweet flavor that rushed into his mouth. His hands aimlessly slid down Roy’s back as he caressed the sweet flesh, causing Roy to moan into the kiss violently. Jason grabbed Roy’s hair and pushed himself deeper into the younger one’s mouth, while raising his hips once to grind with the beautiful boy that he had so easily gotten on the floor with him. Roy’s moans were more pronounced now and louder, causing Jason to sigh back, the kiss becoming deeper and deeper by the moment.
Jason whimpered as Roy pulled back from the kiss, a trail of spit connecting their mouths for just a few seconds longer. A light blush was feathered over Roy’s cheeks, and he sat up, pushing himself away from Jason. His eyes half closed, he looked like he was in complete ecstasy, which in truth he was. Jason crawled toward him, grabbed his shoulders and straddled his hips. He tucked his face in the crevice at the bottom of Roy’s neck. Roy closed his eyes and gasped at the contact.
“Whatsh wrong? Mweheh…that was fun.” Jason thought that maybe if he played the drunk act some more, he would be able to taste Roy again. But when he said these words in a groggy tone, something struck in Roy. He pushed Jason away, the blond hitting his head against the couch. The younger touched his lips, now sitting cross-legged on the floor. His eyes were wide with horror.
::Oh….shit. ::
“Whatsh-“
“Shut up Jason.”
“Awww,,,watsha matter wif…”
“You owe me around fifty or sixty dollars.”
“But I did it fwah you-“
“Would you shut up already Jason? I didn’t taste any alcohol in your…mouth…when I kissed you. I know you’re not drunk.”
It was Jason’s turn for his eyes to widen as he looked away. He knew he had forgotten something. Just not something that obvious.
::This is your fault…::
::Man, you’re on your own now.::
“I-I-I…”
“God, just fuck off Jason.” Roy grabbed his shirt and started to stand, but Jason grabbed his wrist.
“Don’t tell me that after you responded to what I did.”
“I didn’t respond-“
“Kay, yeah. That’s bullshit. I wasn’t planning on kissing you, I was going to let you go, but you’re the one that decided you had to fucking ravish my mouth.”
Roy twitched at this and glared at Jason. He whipped up his hand, disconnecting Jason from his wrist. Hastily, Roy stood.
“I was humoring you! You…idiot…” he looked away, not particularly sure as to how to respond to Jason’s accusation. He decided it best if he went to sleep.
“Night Jason.” Roy used the silence from Jason to his advantage and quickly went to his room. Throwing his shirt on the dresser, he laid back on the bed, exhausted from not only the party…but from his most recent…experiences.
He gave a sigh as he heard Jason shuffling around outside of his door.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
::GOD DAMN IT!!::
Jason yelled at himself for what he had done. No matter how rewarding that had been for him.
Leaving his shirt on the floor, he went over to the little mini fridge that Roy had bought a while ago. He pulled out a water bottle and some tea mix amidst some of the hidden alcohol that Roy had put in there. He pulled tons of loose change out of his pocket, including the mysterious drug. He didn’t notice it slip out, looking harmless, as he threw everything on the desk.
::Shit. Just…GOD! Ahhh!::
He hastily made some tea for himself. The soothing drink tended to calm him down. And he definitely to be calmed down. He took a swig of the deep golden liquid, cringing at the bitter taste.
“Blargh. Yeesh, what a taste…”
He looked at the Fridge and spotted the little packet. At least something favored him…
::Meh, convenient little sugar packet.::
Without thinking, he ripped it open and poured it in his drink. Stirring as he looked out the window. He took another drink, happy with its sweetness. He continued sipping it until he was done with it, then went to the bathroom to rinse the cup out and put it back in the fridge. Near it, he dropped to his knees, clutching his head.
::The hell…::
He looked in and grabbed the first drink he saw. Popping the cap off, he downed a bottle of beer within seconds. But he couldn’t stop. He kept telling himself that the pain would go away after drinking more and more.
After around five of those bottles, he sat back, his head more dazed then ever. He could hardly think straight, much less try to stand up. But he tried anyway, too stubborn to admit to being completely drunk. He still had the glass in his hand, but his world faltered for a second time. Before he lost consciousness, he dropped the glass, shattering it as the shards sprayed everywhere
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
RIIIIIIIIIING!!! RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING!!! RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING!!!
Roy looked up, a little sunlight streaming in through his window. His cell phone was ringing on the dresser. He stood up slowly and looked at the caller ID.
::Why the hell is she calling me? And for God sakes, at 7:00 in the stupid fucking morning?::
“Hello?”
“ROY! Thank GOD! It’s Ariella. Where’s Jason?!”
Roy twitched at the name, remembering the previous night. He scowled.
“Why?”
“He’s not answering his cell phone! Where is he? I was trying to get in touch with him to say thanks for bringing my car by last night after I got drunk and all…but he won’t pick up!”
::That’s odd…Jason’s cell is normally on the highest volume except when he’s in class. I wonder what’s up with him? Maybe after last night…he didn’t want to talk or something.::
“Hold on Ariella, I’ll go check on that little dumbass,” he said bitternly, pulling on a shirt so as not to tempt him again. He shivered from the morning chill and pulled open his sliding door, tears coming to his eyes as he yawned.
“Don’t worry Ariella, I’m sure he’s-“
Roy stopped mid sentence, seeing Jason sprawled on the floor, glass shards lying around him. Along with five different beer bottles. The glass had cut him a little on his arm, and there was a tiny trickle of blood that had made it’s way down to the tile floor. Roy looked at Jason.
::Dumbass, actually getting drunk after you get turned down by your stupid gay obsession. ::
“Oi, fucker, get up. I’m guessing someone has a massive hangover eh?” he chuckled as he kicked Jason lightly on the side. No response.
“Jason?”
“Roy?! What’s wrong?! What happened?!”
“Calm down Ariella, the idiot’s got a bad hangover.”
Roy kneeled down, tempted to slap Jason, but decided to hold back that urge.
“Hey Jason! This isn’t funny! This-“
He felt Jason’s chest, then below his chin, then finally on his wrist to make sure. Roy couldn’t breath.
“Ariella…listen to me, and listen carefully. I want you to get over here as fast as you can. Call 911 on your way.”
“WHAT?!”
“Do it Ariella!! HURRY THE HELL UP!!” Roy screamed into the phone.
“Oh my God…okay, I’ll be there in a few minutes.”
“Stop jabbering and hurry!” Roy snapped his phone shut and felt Jason’s pulse.
It was slow…and getting slower…gradually fading…

::I can’t believe it….I thought I loved Ariella. But…whenever I’m around Roy…::
::Then do it stupid!::
::……I hate you.::
::Oh….shit. ::
::This is your fault…::
::GOD DAMN IT!!::
::Shit. Just…GOD! Ahhh!::
At least something favored him…
::Meh, convenient little sugar packet.::
::The hell…::
