Lost
Lost
To anyone who has ever lost their true love.
Long ago of days long past,
We sat and talked about the future,
We planned a wedding,
We planned a family,
We never planned for you to leave.
So as I stand here after you\'ve gone
I feel the grip that stole you away,
Refusing to take me to you today.
So as I await deaths return,
Without you I am lost,
Wandering and looking for your love.
I simply wait and pray for death
But death is slow, proloning my torture.
So I wait and hope to be with you soon.
Finally a blackness goes over my eyes, darkness and When I awake
I\'m with you with a light surrounding us.
No more Pain,
No more sorrow just you and me and no tomorrow.
To anyone who has ever lost their true love.
