The new partner
Stepping onto the grass Rikki folded his wings and walked up to Ashieyu\'s house. It was a small little cottage with wild flowers and birds of all kinds. There was only one window in the front to look out of, knocking on the door Rikki waited and waited and waited. \"I know she\'s home.\" Opening the door he peered through, not seeing anyone he walked into the house \"Probably sleeping\" walking to her room he opened the door to find her sleeping in her bed.
The sheets were half on the floor as one of her arms were as well and her head was to the right with her hair was neatly placed to her side of her head. Rikki silently walked up to her touching her face lightly down to her collar bone, \"Ashieyu.\"
Stirring Ashieyu opened her eyes to see Rikki standing in front of her, giving a little scream she falls off the bed with a THUMP! Her legs still on the bed, \"Morning Rikki,\" yawning Ashieyu smiled while Rikki tried his best not to laugh.
\"Morning. I\'ll wait for you to get ready meet me outside I\'m gonna to help you train today.\" Leaving the room he walked in the back and sat down on the ground. Walking outside Ashieyu tapped Rikki on the shoulder and smiled.
\"Ok ready to train?\"
\"Sure are\" getting out their swords Ashieyu ran to Rikki swinging her sword at his, blocking her attack Rikki sent her back and ran up to her jumping in the air and bringing his sword down hard on hers falling to he ground Ashieyu looked up and blocked Rikki\'s next attack and tripped him making him fall to the ground. Getting up Ashieyu created a dark energy ball and threw it at Rikki hitting him in the stomach, making him back into a tree she ran to him slashing hard at him dodging the attack barely Rikki moved to the side while Ashieyu\'s sword was stuck in the tree.
\"Come on Ashieyu\" laughing a little Rikki regains his composure and attacks Ashieyu while she\'s still trying to get her sword out, dodging the attack Ashieyu sinks into the shadows and creates another ball of energy, reappearing behind Rikki she throws the ball but missed because Rikki saw it coming. \"Stop playing,\" Ashieyu grabbing for her sword again and get\'s it out of the tree while Rikki cut her arm.
\"AHHHH\" looking at her arm Ashieyu swings and ducks hitting Rikki right in the stomach making him go down, Ashieyu now holding the sword to his head. \"I win Rikki,\" smiling Ashieyu puts the sword down and helps Rikki up.
\"About your partner he\'ll meet you at the pub at around 10 ok be up by the bar stools\" smiling Ashieyu put her head on her head like a captain solute.
\"Yes sir,\" both of them cracking a smile Rikki went closer to her pushing her up against a tree \"Rikki what are you-\" Ashieyu got interrupted by Rikki\'s lips pressed against hers. Closing her eyes she wrapped her arms around his waist making the kiss deeper.
\"Why am I feeling like this? I can\'t fall in love. Its impossible I\'ll get kicked out of heaven forever if I take this any farther.\" Breaking the kiss Rikki looked away \"Remember, 10 at the pub,\" opening his wings Rikki took off not looking back. Tears now stained Ashieyu\'s face as she placed her face in her hands and cried. Walking through the town Ashieyu looked at the night sky closing her eyes all she could think about was the kiss and why Rikki looked so disappointed.
Opening her eyes again she walked into the pub. It was dark and smelt of smoke and booze the lights were dim and it was filled of people mostly men, not a lot of women came into here unless they were demons. You can hear the drunken men ramble on about things that happened to them and if they see a woman then they usually end up trying to hit on you, but luckily I can handle myself so I\'m fine. Sitting on the bar stool she looked to the ground waiting for the man. Seeing her Tetsumi walked up to her grabbing her shoulder, he took off his hood for her to find his long blue hair falling onto his shoulders and his beautiful grey eyes \"You\'re the person Rikki told me to get I see, hn follow me.\"
He looked Ashieyu up and down then walked out of the pub, glaring at him Ashieyu followed. Coming out the door Tetsumi gave her a horse \" So you\'re Tetsumi then. Rikki told me your one of the last surviving water dem-\" she was cut off by Tetsumi.
\"Are you done? I don\'t want to listen to your rambling.\" Glaring at him they rode off into the forest. Glancing at Tetsumi Ashieyu saw his long blue hair blowing in the wind and the moonlight hitting his face made him look so beautiful but mysterious she knew he was hiding a lot inside him but didn\'t want to probe his mind to find out. Tetsumi seeing this glared at her \"What?\" coming out of the daze Ashieyu looked back to the road. Getting off the horses they went inside Rikki\'s house to find him sitting they\'re reading a book. \"I\'ve brought her here, and met her now can I leave?\" Tetsumi now crossing his arms looks at Rikki.
\"Sure I guess I just wanted you two to meet, but Tetsumi be at her house tomorrow you going to train with her.\" Rikki getting up smiled at Ashieyu as Tetsumi gave him a death glare and Ashieyu gave him a small smile. \"Whether or not both of you are going to get along.\"
\"Like I need a partner I can do just fine on my own I don\'t need a worthless demon,\" Tetsumi started walking out of the house as Rikki stopped him.
\"Tetsumi stop being stubborn, be at her house tomorrow that\'s an order!\" Rikki now clenching his fists.
\"Hn, what ever\" and Tetsumi walked out.
