Meeting with the Vampire
CHAPTER 1
Meeting with the vampire
It was a nice, quiet evening as I walked back to my home. You could hear passing of cars in the distance, and the music from close by bars. The night always soothed me, and as I walked, I could think through the whole day. Of course, I couldn’t let my guard down, after all, I lived in a dangerous part of the town.
When I opened my eyes, I saw him, lying in front of me. He had short blonde hair, and was beaten up. Blood trickled from his mouth, and he was all beaten up. I kicked him. “Hey, get up, you’re in my way!” The guy didn’t move. “Hey!! This is no time nor place to be sleeping. Get off the fucking ground.” I kicked him again, but he didn’t stir. I kneeled by him, and checked for a pulse. He was barely breathing, and his face was pale. I picked him up by the hands and pulled him to her apartment. Luckily, I was on the second floor, but in this case, it wasn’t very good. I had to drag him up the stairs, and that just made him have red marks over his back. I laid him on the bed and tended to his wounds. The room I was in was too small for two persons, but it was big enough for me. I bandaged him and went to take a bath thinking: ‘Heck, the bastards already half dead. If he dies it isn’t my fault.’ I took off my clothes and went into the shower. The water was cold, the heater probably broke again. The cold water cascaded down my body, enchanting me. I always had a special connection with water, and I always enjoyed bathing in it.
Unbeknownst to me, the stranger had awakened. He had managed to open his bruised eye, and underneath it were the coldest eyes you could ever gaze upon. The eyes of a cold blooded murderer. They were icy blue, and they could make you sit in a place if you looked into them. Little did I know that those eyes have been haunting for me for the last century, but how was I supposed to know that?
The stranger closed his eyes again and went back to sleep. After a few minutes, I was out of the shower and in the room I wrapped a towel around my hair and my body. I approached the bed, and kneeled down next to the stranger. I touched his cheek. It was hot, yet cold. His cheeks were soft, like a baby’s, and us hes he used cream, there’s no way that they would be this smooth. He suddenly opened his eyes and grabbed my hand. “What the…?” “Don’t touch me woman.” “Oh you’ve got some attitude, being that you’re in my apartment and all.” He looked around, eyes wavering across the whole room, then back on me. “Not much of an apartment.” “Well, it’s the only thing I can afford, besides why should you care you ungrateful bastard?” He quickly rose from the bed and grabbed my wrists. He looked at me. “You look so much like her, but you can’t be her. She’s dead.” “Oh great, now I resemble dead persons…” He pressed his lips against mine. My eyes widened. He let go of me soon after, and I jumped away. “What the fuck do you think you’re doing?!” “You even taste like her.” “What the…? Do you think I care?” He looked at me, deeply into my eyes. “I bet you fuck like her too.” I backed up against the wall. “I don’t wanna know that. I don’t care about your dead girlfriend. No one does.” He got off the bed and started approaching me. “Stay away.” “Why should I? You’re a hooker aren’t you?” He chuckled, and I could see his teeth. His long sharp teeth. “Oh my God.” “That’s it, you better fear me, because if you don’t you might just end up somewhere not so pleasant. I learned that the hard way, and I wouldn’t wanna do the same thing to you.” “What the fuck are you?” He smiled evilly. “Don’t you already know? I am a vampire…” He turned his head sideways, then switched it back in place quickly, that she almost couldn’t see his read eyes. “…and you’re my next target.” He jumped off the ground…

Sorry the first two chapters were short, but that way, I can upload stuff every day instead of every week. I'll update more tomorrow, if I get any reviews, if not, then I'll just uplit bit by the end of the week. I hope you like it till now. Also, at the end of the week, I will upload another story on which I worked before, and I'll tell you it's title later. It's a one shot fic, so if you have the time, please read it. Thank you, and if you have any suggestions, just email me at ruzica_conic@yahoo.com. Bye!
