Saiai  began receiving roses with notes attached to them  , some of them saying things like “Missing you , “Thinking of you “, and “Hope you have a nice day “ . Saiai thought the sentiment was sweet and he found himself  thinking about Nori and he didn't know what to think about the situation , he did forgive Nori , but Saiai wasn't sure if he was ready to have Nori back in his life . Sora certainly took a liking to him , of course  how could he not . Nori would bring him a gift every time he would see him . Saiai smiled wryly , he knew his son would benefit having both parents in his life .

Saia took Sora out of the car and carried him to the park  . He set the toddler down and placed the bag he carried with him on the ground  . He took out some toys , and Sora grabbed one and began to play . Saiai sat on the floor next to him and picked up a toy to play with Sora  . Neither noticed as Nori and Daichi walked up .

“Hello there  , hi Saiai “.

Saiai looked up to Daichi and smiled  . “Hi “.

“Looks like you two are having fun , can we play to “?

Saiai  grinned  at Nori who knelt down  .

“Sure  . How about it Sora “?

“Aichi ! Noe  ! Play “?

Nori  and Daichi  chuckled as they sat on the ground .

“Yes , play “.

The trio played for a while with the toys  making Sora giggle , then Nori chased him  as Daichi and Saiai watched in amusement when Nori  would swing Sora in his arms and make him laugh . It was a touching moment  of father bonding with his son . One could easily see the love Nori had for Sora  .

“He looks forward  to these moments , you know  . He wishes he could have more of them “.

Saiai faced Daichi and nodded  . “ I'll see what I can do , but I have no problem with that “.

“I'm  so glad you changed your mind about us . I know we don't  deserve it , but we are grateful to you for letting us see Sora  . He is a blessing to us “.

Saiai  smiled as he had a faraway look on his face  . “Yes , he is to me too. I love my son ,everything I  do , I do it for him . You realize that's the reason  I left , why I was so angry at you . I was just trying to protect  Sora “.

“Yes, I  know . I'm  just grateful for this chance you're  giving us".

“It's  nothing . I'm just doing this for Sora  , I would hate for him to grow up bitter because of me “.

“I'm  sure he'll  be fine “,

They glanced at Nori who was now had Sora on the swings . Both seemed to be enjoying themselves  immensely as Sora squealed in delight .

Daichi  chuckled softly  to himself .

“So , uh , about me xbd Hanna  . Are you sure you don't mind us seeing each other  ? I don't want that to be a problem “.

Saiai sighed  . “It's like I said  , what Hanna does in her personal  life is her business . She looks happy  , so I'm happy for her . I'll admit it took me by surprise  , but I'm glad . I just don't want to have anything unexpected happen  . You know know what I mean “?

Saiai  gave Daichi a  serious look . He nodded  .

“No surprises , I  promise . At least not from  me “.

Nori  walked up carrying Sora and set him down before  he sat himself . He glanced at Saiai and Daichi and gave a grin . “So did I miss something “?

“Me telling your brother not to worry about him and Hanna , and not wanting any surprises  “.

Nori  looked at Sora  , who was getting out a plastic bag  out of the cloth bag , he opened it and took out a apple slice . He munched on it happily ignoring the adults .

“There's  no reason for me to hide anything else from you , Saiai  , I want to be upfront and honest with you . I hope you understand how much I value the precious gift you’ve given me “.

Saiai felt uncomfortable with how Nori talked to him . Like he and Sora were indeed precious to him .If only that were the case

“You need to stop that .  It's like you're building  me up into something I'm not “.

Nori shook his head . “But you are something  , something to me , something special , and I  want you to know that . I'll wait for as long as it takes  , I just want you and our son in my life “.

Saiai  couldn't  breath momentarily as he looked at Nori  , he was apparently laying his soul bare for him  . It was a sign of vulnerability for Nori to show .

“We'll  see ,Nori “.

Daichi  looked around not wanting to brake the moment  , he hoped Saiai and Nori would reconcile . Then they could truly be happy .

“I have time , Saiai , for you and Sora  I have time “.

“Uh , yeah , well  okay . I have to go , Sora will get grumpy soon if he doesn't  take his nap “.

Nori  and Daichi  helped Saiai gather everything and as Saiai  bent to pick Sora up , Nori quietly asked to carry him . Saiai  let him and they walked together to the car . Saiai put his bag in the car as Nori and Daichi placed Sora  in the back seat and buckled him into his car seat .

“Can we meet tomorrow  ? Please “?

“Um… sure . Where “?

“At the cafe  . Around 4 “?

“Okay “.

Nori  smiled as he brushed a hank of hair out of Saiais’ face . “You know you're  beautiful ? So beautiful “.

Saiai moved away from the touch blushing . “I'm a guy  , you know “.

“Oh , I  know , I know  . That's my favorite  part about you “.

Saiai  rolled his eyes in exasperation then climbed into the car  and left .

Daichi chuckled shaking his head . “I think you had him flustered “.

Nori  grinned  . “I think so too . I just wanna let him know  how bad I want him back “.

The next day Saiai received a large bouquet of roses with a note .

Not as beautiful as you ,

Saiai  had to admit  the notes did something to pull on his heartstrings  , he wanted to believe in Nori , he did , but he just couldn't  forget the past . He had to think with his head ,not his heart , but it seemed like his resolve  was crumbling . He sighed as he pulled out a vase to fill with water . Hanna noticed the expression on Saiai  and frowned .

“What's wrong  “?

“Just thinking “.

“It has to do with Nori  , right “?

“Yeah , it's  so confusing “.

“Do you wanna talk about it ? It's  nothing serious, I hope “.

“No ,not serious , at least not that I  think . I want to believe in Nori , I do , but I  have a hard time letting go of the past . I can't go through that again “.

Hanna  looked on sadly  .

“When Nori  hired me to look after you and Sora  , at first I thought it was because you had done something  wrong , you know , like kidnapped Sora , but then I realized it was something  else . Then I saw how Nori talked about how much he missed you . Nori didn't tell me everything he did to you  , but that he hurt you and regretted it . Both he and Daichi felt so miserable that they considered just leaving you alone and letting you go on with your life , but the thought of you living with what they caused they couldn't  . Saiai Nori is in love with you , at least that's what the impression I get from him . He wants you back and he's willing to do whatever it takes “.

Saiai  stared at Hanna in shock as she smiled sadly  . “You , you really think that “?

“I know so  . I -I should've  told you this sooner , I  don't know why , but you should know “.

“Thank you , I  appreciate it . What you just told me has given me a lot to think

about “.

“You should know that Nori  wants you back not only because of Sora  , but it's a big reason , but he wants to make up for what he did .  He loves Sora and you so much “.

Nori  was surprised  to hear his secretary  tell him Saiai was in his office  to see him . Standing up he walked over to see Saiai  waiting for him .

“Hey “.

“Hello . Um , are you busy “?

“No , no . Uh why don't  you come into my office “.

Saiai  followed  Nori to his office  . “Please sit down . So what can I do ? Is everything okay “?

Saiai  shook his head . “No , no . Everything's  okay . I just wanted to talk , um ,if you're not busy  ,that is “.

“No  ,I'm not .. never too  busy for you . What's on your mind “?

“Um , well , I  don't know where to start “.

“Why not just say what's on your mind “?

“Tell me why you want me back . Is just guilt “?

Nori  blinked at the unexpected question  .

“I don't understand  . What brought this up"?

“I mean what's  your reason for all this we're going through  ? If you're worried about me asking you for anything  for Sora ,then let me tell you , I'm not “.

Nori frowned  at the unexpected way the conversation  was going .

“If that's what you think  , no , no . Yes , I want to be in your life , but not because of what you think . Saiai  , I need you because I'm not complete without you . I miss you in other words “.

“I see . Hanna  and I had a conversation and it just had me thinking these thoughts that I can't  make sense of . I don't like feeling this way , it leaves me confused I ,I, worry that  I'll make a mistake “.

Nori  stood up and knelt in front of Saiai  .

“Oh , baby , don't  . Listen I'm not trying to pressure  you ! Please , whatever it is you want to do , please take your time and decide what it is you want  . Know that I don't want to cause you any distress . Don't get me wrong I really want you back , but only if that's what you want “.

“Thank you  .That helps . I need to think of Sora  , you understand that right “?

“I wouldn't have it any other way . Sora needs to be first in your priorities “.

Saiai smiled down at Nori  . “He's the one thing we did good “.

Nori  smirked as he reached up to caress the side of a cheek  .

“Yes , we sure did “.

They both chuckled and then Nori  gave Saiai a look of pure desire .

“You know I  do miss you , the way you smile , the way you look , and most definitely,  oh most definitely the way you feel in my arms , the way you tase . Just the way you look when you come . That's  the hottest thing I've ever seen “.

“Nori  , please “!

Saiai turned tomato red as he hid his face with his hands .

“It's  the truth . I love the feel of you in my arms  . I want that feeling back , but only if and when you're ready “.

Saiai gave Nori a wide eyed look  , he was sure now of it . He was falling for him again  . He shook his head .

“Um , uh , I,I have to go  . Thank you for your time “!

Saiai  stood up and practically  ran for the door , leaving a bemused  Nori behind . Nori was determined to have Saiai and prove to him how good they could be together  .

Hanna  blushed as Daichi gave her a bouquet of flowers  and a box of chocolates .Saiai looked on with a smirk  , Daichi caught it and gave him a smirk of his own .

“We Kitamura  are known for romance , you and Saiai should get used to it  “.

“Thank you ,Daichi  . You're sweet “.

“Aichi “!  They turned to see Sora walking toward  them he had a foam block in his hand . He stood in front of Daichi and reached out to him . Daichi smiled down at the toddler as he knelt down  . He took the block that Sora offered .

“Aichi..,bok"?

Daichi  glanced at Saiai  , who smiled at his sons antics  .

“I think he wants you to have it “.

Daichi  looked at the red block with a grateful smile and hugged Sora  .

“Thank you  , Tenshi “.

Sora  struggled  for a moment before  was let go and he ran off to play  unaware of the look of pride in his fathers face .
