Chapter 19
TOKYO BOYS
Chapter 19
In the morning, while Yuuto got ready for school, Daisuke thought up his plan. He would’ve loved to show his parents he didn’t need them, but clothes were elementary, he couldn’t do anything dressed in nothing but Yuuto’s underwear.
“Are you okay?” Yuuto asked when he saw Daisuke staring into space. “I’m sorry I don’t have any clothes to offer you… I’ll go check if your undergarments are dry”.
Daisuke only hummed in response and Yuuto stopped. “Can’t you call your brother to get you some clothes? I’m a little worried about the breaking in part…”
Daisuke stood up and stretched. “It will be fine, don’t worry about it. Besides, I can’t get Akira involved.”
“Just don’t get into trouble…” Yuuto said in concern.
Daisuke smiled and rested his hand on the boy’s shoulder. “You’re going to have to come up with something clever to cover for me when Moriyama-sensei takes attendance.”
“I… what should I tell him? You’re going to be late, aren’t you?” Yuuto already felt the worries gnaw at him.
“Probably. Just tell him I had to take a blood test or something like that, don’t say too much.”
“But you’ll need a note from the hospital.”
“I’ll just say I forgot to ask.” Daisuke shrugged.
Yuuto sighed. “Moriyama-sensei won’t buy it.”
“Oh, don’t worry… if it’s Moriyama-sensei I know how to deal with him…” Daisuke smirked and tapped on his knees. “Okay, better set the plan in motion!”

Daisuke had no problem with the people who gave him funny looks for walking around the neighborhood with nothing but wet sneakers and underclothes on his body. Most of them just hurried on and avoided any contact with him. He reached his destination and looked around to see if anyone was coming out of the street.
After waiting on purpose till the time most people would have left for work and school, he checked to make sure his mother’s car was gone as well. He passed the gate and went to the rear, where he knew the window was unlocked. With ease, he raised himself up and sneaked into the family room. He didn’t even care that he was violating the house with his shoes. For his parents, he was now nothing but an intruder.
Daisuke didn’t waste time and went upstairs to his old room. His uniform was folded neatly on the chair just the way he had left it, and his school bag seemed untouched. Quickly, he took off his damp undergarments, and dressed up in his summer uniform, which included a dark gray dress pants and a white button-down shirt.
He opened his closet to take out a large duffle bag that he only used for camping and annual school trips and started filling the bag with some summer clothes. After a bit of hesitation, he picked a handful of his winter clothes, as well as his winter uniform. He packed more underwear as well. He then picked up his white school bag. He saw the smokes were still in the inner pocket, so his mother didn’t rush to clean out his stuff as he thought she would.
After also picking up his black shoes from the entrance, he unlocked the back door and left the house, never to return. He didn’t even look back as he made his way to Yuuto’s house.
Yuuto had already gone to school when Daisuke arrived. Yuuto had given him a spare key and he dropped the duffle bag in Yuuto’s room and left for school.
When he arrived at school, his class was in the midst of Physical Education class, and he realized with a start that he had forgotten to bring his P.E uniform.
“I’m sorry, sensei,” he told the teacher, giving him such a sorrowful expression of remorse.
The teacher allowed him to sit the class out.
Meanwhile, his friends wondered why he didn’t answer any of their emails and he had to lie that he had lost his phone and it will take some time to replace it. When the teacher scolded the boys for leaving the line, Daisuke sneaked out of the gym and went to the registry. He needed to check if his tuition was paid in full or if he would need to start paying it himself.
“My mother wanted me to check that everything is settled, since she had lost the booking.” He gave the middle-aged treasurer his sweetest and most charming smile.
She didn’t even ask for a note or a phone call from his parents, just smiled back and said, “Tell her not to worry. It’s all paid in full. I can issue a new receipt if she needs it.”
“Thank you, it’s quite all right. Save a tree.” Daisuke winked at her and made his way back to the gym, feeling satisfied.
He yawned and stretched his arms and nearly bumped into no other but Moriyama-sensei.
“Oh, Hasabe-kun, you’ve arrived.” His teacher gave him a look. “How did the blood test go?”
Daisuke smiled at him and quickly lowered his arms and held them behind his back. “It was fine…”
“I need to get back to my class,” Moriyama-sensei said quickly. “Hm, don’t you have P.E now? Are you feeling okay?”
“Yeah, I just forgot my uniform, so the teacher gave me a break.” Daisuke made a face. “I’m becoming forgetful at old age…”
The teacher shook his head, smiling in amusement. “You’re something. I’ll see you later.”
Daisuke turned around to watch the teacher leave. It seemed like his mother didn’t contact the school. It was better that way. He didn’t want anyone’s mercy or sympathy. He could get through the situation and show his parents…
“Ah, who cares…” he punched through the air.

After a couple of days he spent living at Yuuto’s house, Daisuke decided it was better to leave. He didn’t want Yuuto’s mother to become suspicious about his long stay. He told her his parents were abroad, but felt bad about lying to her and making Yuuto support his lie.
His greatest fear was that she would freak out learning he was “gay” and forbid Yuuto from seeing him. He didn’t mind being forced to leave his house and the nagging of his parents behind, but the thought of being separated from Yuuto scared him beyond control. It was one thing not to see him for a week or two, but a lifetime was a whole other thing.
Daisuke shook his head from the disturbing thoughts and hurried to pack his things again. He knew what his next destination was.

Tachibana was at work when Daisuke arrived at the den. Only Yoshimura, Nakagawa and Shima were inside. Yoshimura was dressing up for work. Daisuke thought he looked really sexy in the casual suit he was wearing but felt too down to make any suggestive remarks.
“What brings you here anyway?” Shima asked. “We haven’t seen you for a while.”
“He missed us…” Yoshimura grinned.
“Right…” Daisuke shuffled his feet. “I was wondering if I could move in with you guys.”
“Ehh?” All three of them looked at him in surprise. “Why?”
“I left home.” Daisuke shrugged.
“You know… the others don’t actually live here…” Nakagawa said. “We don’t support freeloaders.”
“Yes. If you want to live here, you’ll need to pay your share,” Yoshimura said. “How would you have money without your daddy?”
“I’ll get a job…” Daisuke shrugged. “It shouldn’t be hard.”
Yoshimura wrapped his arm around the boy’s shoulder, making him bend over to him. “It’s not cheap to live in the city, Daiichin… you’re going to need a lot of money… did you drop out of school?”
“No, I’m still going…” Daisuke said. “I could probably only work part time during the week…”
“I could help you get a good job…” Yoshimura hummed.
“What, as a host?” The taller boy eyed him. “I don’t mind.”
“No,” Yoshimura said quickly. “I mean, you’re underage.”
The other men snorted, “Like you didn’t start working there when you were still in High School…”
“Shut up!”
“Oh, come on. I can totally be a host!” Daisuke tugged at Yoshimura’s sleeve. “I’ll rock that club.”
“No way. You’ll steal all my clients. I can’t allow that.” Yoshimura shook his head. “I have a better job for you.”
“What is it?” Daisuke ignored the sniggering of the other men.
“You’ve met the boss, haven’t you?” Yoshimura asked, bringing his mouth close to the boy’s ear. “I bet he would hire you… and the money’s even better than the host club if you do it well.”
“You’re sending the kid to do porn?” Shima asked, lighting up a joint.
“No, of course not.” Yoshimura let go of Daisuke. “He’s underage.”
“Hmm…” Daisuke thought it over. “Won’t they check and find out I’m only seventeen?”
“I don’t think they’ll want to find that out once they see your body…” Shima chuckled.
“Okay, I’ll do it. If it pays well… I already fuck anyone I want, might as well get paid for it.”
“Gosh, Daiichin, you’re so easy. But I didn’t mean porn… it doesn’t pay as good as it should.” Yoshimura smirked. “I’m talking about the service.”
Daisuke already figured out as much. He thought about trying for a position at the Starbucks branch on the outskirts of 2-chome. But he probably wasn’t going to make enough money for a living, as well as paying tuition for the last year of school. Prostitution was not something he had ever seen himself doing, but when it came down to it, he could extort good money from the dirty old men that ravished him with their wrinkly eyes when he walked into Afterglow. To say he wasn’t considering it would be lying.
Yoshimura took out his cell phone. “I’ll talk to the boss. Just don’t mention anything to Tachi, he’ll blow it.”
