Betrayed
Andrin slowly walked down the entrance to his court. He smelt blood, and he knew that something was wrong. He held his breath as the smell got stronger, and he covered his mouth so he wouldn’t gag. He gasped as he came into the chamber, and saw his lords and ladies of the court lying scattered around the room. He felt his stomach turn as I saw the bodies, and I tried to keep it down. A massacre had happen here, and it looked like every one of his members was dead. He made his way over to his throne, and tried not to step on any of the bodies that lay brutally slain. He turned his head to not see the decapitated bodies, and he tried not to slip on the blood that had been spilt. He managed to get to his platform, and he turned to look at the damage. It looked worse from where he stood, and he slump down into chair, and tears began to flow faster then ever. His whole court was slain while he was away, and he was not here to protect any of it. He began to sob as he thought about what happen, thinking that it was his entire fault for not being here to protect his court.
“What happen here?” I heard Davis’s voice rang out through the chamber. Andrin looked up to find Davis standing in the entryway, and he quickly stood up.
“Davis get out of here!” Andrin yelled. “I don’t want you to see this!” But it was too late, Davis had seen everything. He was in shocked from seeing all the dead bodies and I collapsed to the floor. “DAVIS!” Andrin cried out, and race over to his lover’s side. “Are you okay?”
“Yeah, I’m fine.” Davis replied. “I’m just a bit light headed.
Andrin gave him a small smile and kissed him. He then moved Davis and leaned him up against the wall, so that he couldn’t see the dead bodies. “You stay here okay. I am going to find Kadin, and try to fine what happen here.”
“I can perfectly tell you what happen here!” a deep voice ran through the chamber. Andrin shot up and growled low in his chest. He turned his head, and growled lower as he saw Canon step into the chamber, his mouth, and claws dripping with blood. He snickered as he entered the room, and slowly started to lick away the blood away from his claws. Andrin followed Canon around the room with his eyes, never leaving sight of him as he moved around. He barked as he saw him stop right in front of his throne, and sat down. “Nice to see you again, Andrin.” he smirked.
“Canon.” Andrin spat. “What the fuck are you doing back here? You and your men were exiled from the kingdom.” Andrin slowly walked as he talked, stopping in the center of the room.
“I know that, but I just had to come back one more time.”
“You’re not welcome here! Get out!”
Canon laughed, “I would love to do that. But…I have the upper hand.” he smirked and sat back in the chair.
Andrin’s face fell as he peered around the room, and saw that all entrances were blocked. The rest of his court watched with scowls and smirks on their faces, they were laughing at him. Andrin’s heart start to pound out of his chest as he turned in circles, his court had betrayed him. “What’s the meaning of this?” Andrin yelled, seeing the rest of his court alive and well.
“The tables have turn Andrin, your court as also turned their backs on you. The ones you see below your feet asked for it. They were the ones that would stick with you till the end, they had to go. And the ones you see standing, think that you are a worthless piece of shit for a king.”
“Is that what you all think of me?” Andrin yelled, address the other furries.
“That’s what we ALL think.” Canon replied for them. “In fact, I thought of you like shit since the day you became king. In fact, I believed your whole family was a piece of shit. They didn’t even deserve to be on the throne.”
“Is that why you killed my family?”
“You can say that. I thought your father and brother weren’t suitable for the throne, and neither are you. So I poisoned them.”
“You were our friend! My father and brother trusted you, and you killed them. My brother even put me in your care when he died.”
“I only befriended your family so I could get close you them, close to the throne.”
“So that’s what you’re after, the crown?”
“Yeah, and your fucking head. With you still alive, you are still king. But if your dead…”
“Then Davis becomes king.” Andrin smirked, crossing his arms.
Canon snickered, and tried to hide his laughter behind his hand. “Your love, Davis, is dead. I poison him, and left him on his family’s doorstep. So now…you have nothing.”
“That’s where you’re wrong Canon. Davis is alive and well. He’s safe from you, and he has told me everything. And you better pray that I never get my hands on you. Because if I do, I’ll rip you’re fucking head off.”
“You think you can do that? Because I would rip your head off first.”
Andrin laughed, “Then lets settle this once and for all. Just you and I, and I don’t want anyone of your followers to intervene.”
“Fine.” Canon smiled, and slowly walked down to Andrin.
Davis kept in the shadows as he watched everything that was going on. His heart beat fast as he watched Andrin and Canon talk, causing him to cry for his love’s safety. When the rest of the furries surrounded the chamber, Davis stayed silent and prayed that no one would find him. He gulped as the furries huddled into the chamber, but Davis stayed put and kept in the shadows. He watched in horror as the two furries circled each other, both growling low and stayed low to the ground. Canon made the first move, ramming into the wolf as if he was a sheep. However, Andrin dodged his attack, and tried to take a swipe at the bear as he passed. He managed to cut into Canon’s shoulder, causing the bear to yell in pain. Canon was enraged now, and attacked Andrin again and again. Each time Canon attacked, Andrin would dodge his moves. Davis knew that he wouldn’t last that much longer, and he hoped that Canon will tire himself out soon. Andrin was able to miss every one of Canon’s attacks, but he could not dodge them all. As he moved out of the way from Canon’s swipes, he couldn’t get out of the way in time. Davis gasped in horror as Canon dug his claws into his love. He heard Canon laugh deeply, and he thrust his claws deeper into his stomach. Andrin let out a loud yell, and head-butt Canon. Canon growled and pushed away from the wolf. Andrin grabbed his side, and saw that he was losing a lot of blood. Canon smirked, and attacked Andrin again. Andrin couldn’t get out of the way this time, and Canon tackled him to the floor. Andrin yelled in pain as Canon bit into his neck, squeezing his mouth down into his fur and flesh. Andrin was able to claw at the bear, digging his claws into Canon, and rolling over so that he was on top now. He ripped away from his attacker, causing his flesh to tare. He hissed in pain, but he pushed his pain away and went after Canon. He bit down into the bear’s flesh harder, causing blood to spill out all over the floor. He shacked the bear around like a rag doll, and pull at his neck. He heard the skin started to tare, and he smirked, if he could tare out his throat he would win.
Unfortunately, Caron grabbed a hold of a rock and bashed Andrin’s head in. Andrin groan and rolled off his enemy, standing up as fast as he can to be ready for the next attack. Both furries were bleeding badly now, but it seemed that Canon was the worse. Davis couldn’t tell, but he hoped that the bear had the most wounds. Canon attacked again, this time aiming for Andrin’s throat again. He ran at full force with his hands stretched out in front of him. Andrin didn’t dodge this attack. Instead, he reflected Canon’s attack and got him in a hold of his own. He pulled Canon’s arms behind his back. The bear screamed as Andrin pulled tighter and tighter, popping out his arms out of his sockets. He managed to pop one arm out, but Canon elbowed him in the gut to let go. Andrin was force to let go, but he picked Canon back up by his fur and punched him right in the face. Canon fell to the floor, making it easy to kick him. Andrin repeatedly kicked Canon, causing the bear to grunt and unable to move.
“Do you give up?” Andrin asked, pulling Canon’s head back.
“Never.” Canon replied, spitting in the wolf’s face.
“That’s too bad.” Andrin sighed; wiping away the bear’s spit. “I was going to spare your life. But I guess I have to kill you.”
“Go ahead. Try to.”
“Oh, I’ll try.” Andrin said, his teeth clenched together. He then picked Canon up by the root of his heels, and flung him towards his throne. Canon hit the stone chair with a loud crash, causing the chair to shatter into pieces.
Andrin growled as he walked sternly over to Canon, he was going to end this once and for all. He gazed down at the pathetic furry that thought he was settable to be king, and saw he was lying under a pile of rubble. He kicked off a few rocks to pick up the bear, and stared him right in the eye. Canon was badly bleeding now, and half of his blood was now gone. He growled and shook the bear from side to side, causing Canon to plead out for him to spare his life.
“Please! Please, milord!” Canon started to beg. Andrin stopped and pulled him up from the broken throne. “Please, I am sorry for everything. Just don’t hurt me.”
“You fucking fool! Andrin snapped at him, throwing him from where he stood into the wall. “Do you think I will spare your life?”
“Yes, please sir!” Canon pleaded, staggering up from where he landed. “Please. I have learned my lesson. I will leave the kingdom for good, and never return.”
Andrin didn’t say anything; he jus looked down at the furry and spat on the floor. Staring at him for a few moments, he turned and addressed Canon’s followers. “Do you see this, do you? Your king talks of how I am not suitable to be your king, and yet he does not know what it means to be one. A king is loyal to his kingdom, has wisdom, has courage…and a king, and does not show fear. But yet, he is showing his fear. He is scared that I will win, and he will never become king. And that is true, I have one. A king knows when he is defeated when he has shown his enemy fear.” as Andrin spoke out to Canon’s followers he walked slowly over to Canon. Who, aware of his surroundings, had a broken piece of wood, ready to be driven into Andrin’s heart when he squatted down. “A king also shows forgiveness.” Andrin continued on, stopping in front of Canon. “He shows forgiveness to his court if they ask for it, and he shows forgiveness when it is needed. So tell me something, Canon.” he said, now talking directly to the bear. “Do you think, with everything you did to me, I should forgive you?”
“Yes.” Canon nodded, ready to make his final move.
“Really? Because I don’t.” and with that, he grabbed Canon’s head and twisted it. Davis, who had seen everything, gasped as Canon’s neck snapped. Andrin then pulled and pulled Canon’s head right off his body. He stood and caught his breath. Once he got his bearing in order, he turned and threw Canon’s head into the crowd. “There’s your king!” he yelled, feeling weak.
Davis saw that Andrin was going to fall, and he ran from his hiding place to catch him. He just barely made it, and gently laid his love to the ground. He looked at Andrin’s wounds to see if he could do anything, but he couldn’t do anything. Tears formed in his eyes, and he started to plant kisses over his head. “You’re going to be okay.” Davis told him, covering up Andrin’s neck wound with his hands.
“Don’t cry, Davis. It’s just a flesh wound. It will heal in a few days.” Davis smiled and gently laid a kiss over Andrin’s mouth, wishing that his wounds will heal right now. “Davis.” Andrin called, tapping the boy on the shoulder. “I want you to give your first and last order.”
“What is it?” Davis asked, and Andrin leaned in to whisper into his ear his order. Davis gulped as he stood up, and face the furries around him. He tried to remember what Andrin had say, and he slowly took several deep breaths in. “An order from the King!” Davis said, his voice booming around the chamber. “King Andrin has just announced that he will be stepping down from the throne, and will not be appointing any successor. The furry court is now discontinued, and you are hear by to leave the court. That is all.” Davis said the last part softer then the first, and slowly sat back down next to his lover.
Davis gulped as he comforted Andrin, and watched as the furries started to leave. They stood and stared at the couple for a while after Davis’s speech, but they started to leave after. They didn’t say a word as they left, they just shot cold hard stares at the two, and left. Once all the furries had left, Davis went to see if every last one of them were gone. He sighed once he checked, and race over to pick Andrin up. He carried him into the opposite hall, and right into his room. Placing his lover onto the bed, he gasped as he found Kadin lying on the floor.
“What happen to you?” Davis asked his friend as Kadin slowly came to.
“Ow, I was hit over the head with something. I bet it was this.” he scuffed, picking up a thick tree branch next to him. “What happen to Andrin?” he gasped, seeing his friend lying on his bed. He gasped again as he reach his bed side, and found a large pool of blood already forming. “We got to get his wounds clean up now!” he demanded, going back over to the cabinet, and pulling out medical supplies. Kadin didn’t speak as he took care of his friend, he only asked one question and that was it. “What happen while I was out?”
“Canon tried to kill Andrin.” Davis replied, holding Andrin’s hand as Kadin worked on him.
Kadin shook his head, and cut the bandages to his neck. That was the main priority, and then he worked on the smaller wounds. He smiled once all the wounds here mended, and he stepped back to give Davis some alone time with his love.
“Are you sure you’re going to be okay?” Davis asked, caressing Andrin’s cheek.
“Yeah.” he hissed in pain. “Furries can heal easily. I just need to rest for a couple of days.”
Davis smiled and settled down in Andrin’s lap for the night. He didn’t want to leave his side. He feared that if he did, Andrin would die. He pressed his head against his lover’s chest. He smiled as he heard his heart beating, and fell asleep listening to it.

~1 month later~
Andrin yawned as he heard a knock coming from the front door. As soon as his wounds had healed, he and Davis moved into a small house they had built together. It was mid-afternoon, and he had just fallen asleep when the sound was heard. He thought that if he would just ignore it, it would go away. However, when he heard a voice coming from the other side of it, he had to open it.
“What is it, Kadin?” he asked sleepily.
“Sorry Andrin.” Kadin replied, seeing the tired wolf. “I just wanted to say good-bye.”
“Good-bye?” Davis called from the kitchen. He quickly joined Andrin at the door, where he found Kadin and his family. “Where are you going?”
“Away from this god forsaking country.” Kadin replied. “I and the rest of the Skinwalkers are leaving for a different country. We are starting a new life.”
“Really?”
“I’m sorry. But the elders have spoken, we are all heading out. I just stopped by to say good-bye and to give you something.”
“Me?”
“Yes you. You had my scientist work on this for months now, and it is finally ready.” Kadin then unwrapped the cloth he had in his hands, and revealed a bright color fruit.
“Thank you.” Andrin smiled, taking the fruit from his friend.
“Your scientists were working on fruit?” Davis snickered.
“Not just any fruit.” Kadin smirked. “It’s Phuu fruit.”
“Phuu fruit?”
“The scientist named it, not me. Well, I will be seeing you.” he smiled, hugging his friends’ good-bye.
“Good-bye.” both Davis and Andrin replied together, hugging their friend. They then stepped down and hugged Kadin’s family good-bye as well. Once everything was said and done, the couple waved from their porch and tried to hold back their tears.
“So…” Davis sighed, taking the fruit from his lover’s hands. “What is so special about this fruit?”
Andrin smirked and took it back. “Why don’t you eat some and we’ll find out.”
Davis shrugged, and took the fruit once more from Andrin. He took a big bite out if it, and waited to see if something was going to happen. “Nothings happening.” Davis told his love, after a few minutes of nothing.
Andrin’s smirk got bigger. “Well, we have to do something first to make the fruit work.” he laughed, licking at Davis’s neck.
“What do we have to do?”
“Fuck.” Andrin whispered in his ear, and he led him into the bed room.
As Kadin was hugging Andrin good-bye, he whispered something in his ear. He told him that for the power of the fruit to work, he needed Davis to eat it. Then he needed to fuck him till the fruit had settled. After that, he needed to wait nine months. Andrin knew what the fruit was for, but Davis didn’t know. And even though he might get mad when he find out, he went ahead and gave him the fruit. Because that fruit Andrin had Kadin scientists made, would make males pregnant.
~THE END~
