Can't Get You Out of My Head

Hey ya'll I'm sorry it's been so long! I've been busy busy busy. This next chapter is short, but it's just so I can back into this story without writing a huge chapter. I'll definitely be updating much more frequently now!

Jesse sat up in bed when he heard the door to the bedroom open. He squinted his eyes when Nicole flicked on the light, her eyes and face showing both surprise and anger when she saw that he was in her bed. Cara had replaced him in his bed, and he wasn't going to sleep cramped up on the couch.

"What are you doing, Jesse?" Her aggravated voice made him tense up slightly.

"I should ask you the same thing, it's 3 in the morning," he glanced at the alarm clock on the night stand.

"You're not my dad, now get out of my bed." She yanked off her black high heels and tossed her purse onto the bureau.

"It's mine, too. If you have a problem with it, you can go sleep on the couch." He hurled a pillow at her and laid back down.

"Seriously Jesse, I'm not in the mood for your bullshit." She stepped closer to the bed.

He shot back up and glared at her, "Fine, Princess" he said sarcastically and threw the covers off and swung his legs off the side of the bed. He gathered the comforter in his hand and then grabbed his pillow, leaving only a few pillows and a sheet. He made his way to the door.

"You're such an asshole, no wonder your old girlfriend picked Jason over you." She knew it was a low blow, but in her mind he deserved it at this point. He stopped dead in his tracks, looked at her, and then laughed slightly.

"And you're such an uptight bitch that your ex-boyfriend would rather fuck a fat girl than put up with your bullshit." He regretted saying it, even though she had just said something similar to him it sounded worse coming from his mouth.

He couldn't explain the hurt look she gave him, it made his heart sink and he suddenly wanted to grab her and just hold her. "Sorry, Nicole I'm sorry." She practically ran to the door, but he stepped in front of her, letting her crash into him. He had lightly grabbed her waist with his hands to keep her from falling back, and he slowly and reluctantly pulled them away.

"Move Jesse," she yelled, lifting up her hands which had landed on his bare chest and attempting to push him to the side. He didn't budge.

"No, not until you tell me what I did to piss you off so bad." He had dropped the pillow and blanket and his arms were now placed on either side of the doorway.

"Do you really not know?" Anger still pierced her voice. He shook his head. "Hmm, well where should I start? You get into a fight and blame me for it, you fuck the biggest slut you could find after I told you not to, you say mean stuff to me every chance you get, you throw me in the ocean, you--"

"Wait, who did I have sex with?"

"Gina."

He laughed, "Soo that's what all this is about, huh. Well you better get your facts straight because me and Gina did not have sex."

She didn't know whether to be relieved or to accuse him of lying. "Then how come you came home with a monster hickie?" She replied, her voice dry and scratchy.

"You don't need to have sex to get a hickie. Do you wanna know the truth Nicole?" He stepped closer to her and didn't wait for her to respond. "She tried, but I couldn't do it. There I was, with a gorgeous naked girl laying infront of me and all I could think about was you."
