City of Jaein
(What is she thinking now?)
Antille becomes worried and confused. After running away from many bandits, now they have come to a bigger city, not knowing how many of those bandits there are. Antille was filled with terror of the possibility of being caught.
"Antille, I found it!", Isabella points to the sign that has the word inscripted "Weapon Crafts". Antille becomes even more confused. (What is she thinking now?)
Isabella and Antille enters the shop.
"I've thought about how we've been traveling so far", Isabella starts to talk to Antille.
"I thought, now that the wound I gave you should be healing now, I want you to start protecting yourself by yourself. I'll buy a good sword for you."
"What!? I don't even know how to use a sword!", Antille was shocked.
"I know you don't. I saw you being all cowardly in the woods.", Isabella replies. Antille makes a brief glare at Isabella, but makes if fade quickly.
Isabella then continues, "that's why I, the great swordsman Isabella, is going to train you, I'm going to make you the best sidekick I've ever had!"
Antille now really doesn't know what she's thinking. Antille is not just an amateur swordsman. It would not be an exaggeration to say that, it was his first time holding onto a sword when Isabella handed it over in the woods. Even a training would not have him become a qualified sidekick of "the" great swordsman Isabella. While Antille was thinking such things, Isabella was already looking for his, Antille's, sword.
"I'll take this one, how much would it be?", Isabella asks the owner.
"You really have good ways of looking at swords, young lady. This is the best sword we have.", the owner becomes impressed by Isabella's senses.
"Yes, I can see that this is a well-made sword. So, how much would it be?", Isabella becomes impatient, trying to get the owner to the point.
"Well, since you have great senses, I will only take thirty pieces of silver.", answers the owner.
"I'll give you twenty-five.", says Isabella, and she give the owner the pieces, and hands the sword over to Antille.
"Give your sword a name Antille.", says Isabella.
"A...a name...?", answers Antille, still confused and surprised by the weight of the sword that he has already forgotten.
"Yes, give your sword a name, as I have given mine the name 'Ricquelle'. Well, you can give a name later, but that is your sword, take very good care of it. Not only because I bought it for you, but it is one of the best swords I've ever seen, maybe as good as mine."
Antille takes his sword, and makes it reveal itself. The blade reflects Antille with the background as clear as a mirror can, and the sunlight coming in through the window makes the blade glow.
"And a good sword needs a good swordsman. And you are going to become one very soon", says Isabella, with confidence.
