Chap 14

AN: Sorry guys, this chapter is short. Thank you so much for giving reviews, I feel much better now. Of course, I still want more, my muse is a greedy one, and I'm down to my last pre-written chapter. Unfortunately, I'm sick, so I won't be writing until I'm better, and knowing my luck, by the time that's over, it'll be presentation time at school, then finals. It's been a hectic semester! Anyways, thanks and I'll get fifteen up soonish.

Reviewers:
Kolgrim: Yay! I'm glad you're still reading this, I was disappointed with no reviews from you.
Romanticfae: Don't worry, I want to continue this. This is my longest running story so far, at least as far as typed pages go, (I've only hit 29, but hell, that's good for me) and maybe, one day, I'll be able to see about this being published. Who knows. But I wanna see how Rae and Luc turn out too.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After achieving an orgasm or two, Luc had fallen into a satiated sleep, leaving me to my own devices. It was not long before it was dark enough out for me to go for a bit. I gently disentangled our bodies, positioning my slumbering lover into a comfortable stance, as I slid away. I gave him a peck before dressing quickly.

I left the window open so he would know I was going to return before hopping from the second story window. I impacted and winced before stalking off to feed, check up on Victor, and get the make-up to recreate the angry wounds. It did not take me long to feed, then I was off to my place, escaping inside just as the ominous clouds that had been lingering dumped their load. I soon reached the couch, glancing about for Victor.

I frowned when there was no sign, but shrugged it off and got the supplies from my private bathroom. Victorious, I headed back to the darkened house of my lover. Having grabbed an umbrella, I opened it, shielding myself from most of the downpour. With difficulty, I managed to make it into the window, dumping the supplies to the floor, pleased to see that my exhausted boyfriend had not woken.

I stripped out of my damp jeans and the rest of my clothes, leaving only boxers as I closed the window and the shades before moving back to the bed. I was content to spend my time with Lucas, especially since hi mother was gone. At my weight, the slumbering teen turned, wrapping his arms about me and I soon allowed myself to succumb to sleep, despite it being before dawn.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Lucas’s POV~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I woke when my alarm clock went off, signifying that it was time to get ready for another hellish day at school. Rae was sleeping beside me, and I was reluctant to wake him, but I wanted… no, needed him to replicate my healed wounds. It was already getting late and I did not now how long it would take.
When I shook him, he simply groaned and rolled over, so with a mischievous smirk, I slid my hand into his boxers, stroking lightly. His eyes flickered open and he rolled over to glare playfully at me. “You know, you have to finish what you started,” he warned.
I smiled, “I know, but first, you need to recreate the wounds and I need to prepare for my classes.” He growled softly before rising to get the bag he had dropped by his clothes. I did not bother wondering when he got it as he commanded, “Get dressed, then I’ll work on it.” I obeyed, pulling on baggy blue jeans and a green t-shirt. When he motioned me to the bed, I laid down, lifting the shirt.
He straddled me and used make-up to reform the words and cuts that were there. “When you get to school, if he tries to hurt you there, pretend that it hurts more than it does,” he instructed. After several minutes and a fine coat of setting powder, the job was done. I pulled back down my shirt and glanced at the time. With a smirk, I informed my beloved that his problem would have to wait or I would be late for school. He scowled, but waved me off before starting to clean up his supplies.
I headed to school, rather dreading what was likely to come, but at least I had my lover to go home to. My mother would not be back until Monday, having left on Wednesday. I pushed open the door to the school—after the walk, I was slightly breathless; the car did not have a sticker, so I could not park on campus.
One of my friends sidled up to me, draping an arm over my shoulder. He started rambling on about something, but I was not paying much attention. He walked me to my class, my friends knew I was having problems and they really did try to protect me when possible. Safe in the classroom, I bid him goodbye and slid into my seat.
The day went by fast, my mind more on the events of the last few days. It passed without anything happening, mainly thanks to my friends. Once I got home, I headed to the bedroom, surprised to find Azrael awake, reading a paper I had written for school the year before. He glanced up and gave me a warm smile, “This is good,” he commented.
I chuckled, pecking his lips before flopping beside him. “I know, hence the 100.” He laughed, nudging me, “Do your homework, babe, you now have plans for tonight. I take the good mood as a sign that nothing happened at school, so tonight, do your work /before/ we play.”
I pouted but obediently opened my bag and began my homework, Rae reading over my shoulder and point out a few mistakes. When I finished, he nipped my neck, directing me to get a shower—alone—while he got some more sleep. I frowned but obeyed, as usual, wondering what my lover’s plans for the night were.
