Come Back to Me
In the darkness of the night
I hear the wind whispering,
Not of love, not of sorrow
But only the possibilities for tomorrow.
I look into the starlit sky
So lonley I feel the need to cry
But then thoughts of you cloud my mind,
I cannot remember why I wanted to cry.
But I know that with the morrow,
Along with sunlight and the day,
So shall return my eternal sorrow.
I pray you love me deep within your heart,
Even if you wished to part,
My beloved, I am sorry,
Forgive me for whatever I have done.
Without you there is no reason to awake,
With the morning sun,
Come back to me, and I will vow
My eternal love, until the end of time.
