Chapter 13


Jai took in the feel of the powerful machine they sat in once out on the highway. He said after a few minutes of studying the car. "This is beautiful. I've only dreamt of what it would be like to have one of these."

Damian smiled then replied as he watched the road before him. "This car was the first thing I bought when I moved to America. Even before having my house built." Jai looked at him. He smirked when seeing the look then added. "I had been staying with Kielan at the time. This car isn't meant to sleep out of, love." The other laughed a little, nodding. Damian smiled again touching his face and took Jai's hand into his own.

He could tell that Jai was beginning to trust him a little more and hoped that he wouldn't do something to jeopardize that. They arrived at the secluded beach house an hour before sunrise and Damian led the way inside then said sitting down their suitcases. "Kielan made sure that this place was about as private as it could be, which is why it sits inside of a gated community. This is where he comes whenever he wants to entertain important clients, or just wants to get away from everything for a while."

"It is a lovely place. My Aunt used to own one in Pacific Palisades before moving to Marin County after divorcing my Uncle. I remember going there for summer vacation, many times when I was little." Jai said leaning against the counter behind him.

Damian walked over to him then said lightly touching his cheek. "I have waited all evening to do this right."

"Do what?" Jai was answered by carefully placed kisses. Beginnwithwith his forehead, then both cheeks and finally his lips, before stopping. He sighed quietly and slowly moved his arms around Damian's waist, letting the other know it was okay to continue. "Jai. Do you know what you are asking here?" His bass player asked running a thumb across the perfect lips in front of him.

"Yes, Damian. Although it is something that I don’t fully understand, I do know that it's you I want. I don't care that I am still a virgin because that means nothing to me anymore. I am sure about all of this, if I wasn't, I wouldn't have come to your house that night and I wouldn't have allowed my secret thoughts of you to surface."

The taller guy sighed quietly and leaned down gently meeting his mouth again pulling them into another slow, deep kiss before breaking it again then took his hand and led the way into the downstairs master bedroom. A view of the ocean was the only thing visible to them inside the room, leaving both unaware that two figures stood out by the road beside a dark car, silently watching them.
