An Unwanted Love 2: Jason's Revenge
Chapter 12
My eyes slowly opened, Jason’s arm was across my abdomen. I looked back at him and saw that he was still asleep. He looked so young when he was asleep. I quickly and gently slipped out from his bed. I grabbed the dress and quickly dressed. I turned around and walked to the door. I walked out in to the dark corridor again, that time I was drawn down a particular direction. I soon entered a large room lit by torches along the walls. The walls were black but when the light hit them they sparkled.
“Welcome my dear. You look even more beautiful awake and in person.” A voice from my left said. I turned to find a man who looked like an older version of Jason. “Call me Devlin.”
“Your Jason’s father. But I thought…” I started.
“I simply took the image that was familure to you. I do apologize for what has happened.” He said.
“Then let me go back home.” I said looking him dead in the face.
Devlin started to laugh as he started to walk towards me. “I can not do that. That would break my sons heart.”
Faith sat in a room lit only by the small fire before her. She spoke in a strange language in a chanting form. The smoke from the fire started to swirl and take shape. The form of a woman could be seen. “Why have you called me forth Lillith?”
“She is here what do you want me to do?” Lillith asked.
“Send her to me before Devlin can do any harm.” The woman said.
“As you wish my lady.” Lillith said bowing. The woman disappeared. Lillith picked up a small crystal. “A child of power descended from the other world. Now let her ascend back up to that world to reclaim her place in the universe.” The crystal started to glow brightly then the room was empty.
“I don’t care about Jason. He kidnapped me twice and tried to kill me once. I don’t give a dame what he feels send me home.” I yelled my anger giving my voice a sharp edge.
Devlin’s eyes grew darker with anger. “I think you need to be taught your place.” He said as he came to stand before me. But before he could raise a hand to do anything my vision fogs up, and I could feel warm feeling travel through me then nothing.
