Chapter Eleven
Hello, Tatoa back again. Sorry for the delay but I have been trying to update my other storied as well but this chapter should be much longer than my other ones so please enjoy. ^^

~.~.~.~. Break in time.
Toya had a hard time sleeping that night, not only was Kira hurt but he wouldn’t even confide in the blue haired boy. This was one of the reasons that led Toya to believe that someone had beaten up the redhead. If it had just been a run in with some thugs he was certain the boy would have told him about it. This made him believe it was someone that Kira knew. Toya had thought that luck was on his side when the redheaded beauty had to remove his shirt since he had gotten juice all over it, since the blue haired youth had been unable to fully enjoy their moment in the hot tub. Sadly the small victory meant nothing when he had noticed the dark bruises on the boys body. He truly wished that Kira would have told him about it but he wouldn’t push the boy. He had no intentions of ruining their budding friendship; no he would wait until he was certain Kira would feel more comfortable talking to him.
/Goodnight Kira. I hope you sleep well./
~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~
The first morning light shown softly into the room, slowly rousing Toya was from his sleep. Yawning he sat up and stretched, taking a moment for his eyes to focus before chuckling slightly when he saw the redheaded beauty next to him. Kira was more or less sprawled out on their make shift bed with one leg sticking out of the covers and his arms slightly raised over his head of messy hair. He truly did look like an angel when the morning light hit his face, albeit a disgruntled one. This would have been the time where Toya would enjoy the view of the youths exposed chest but the bruises only made him feel sorry for his friend.
A light knock was heard on the door before Rina stepped into the den.
“I do apologize if I awoke you young master, but breakfast will be ready soon.” She said with a small bow.
“Oh thank you Rina. I’ll wake Kira and we’ll be right down.” Rina left with a small nod as Toya turned to the slumbering angel, simply looking at him for a few moments before gently grabbing him by the shoulders and shaking him a little. “Wake up Kira it’s morning.” He said softly. A small snort and a ‘wha?’ was heard as Kira’s eyes fluttered open.
“Oh, good morning Toya.”
“Morning Kira, did you sleep well?”
“Yeah pretty good. You?”
/How could I not when I was sleeping next to you?/ Toya thought as he removed his hands from the boy’s shoulders and stood.
“Yeah I slept pretty well. Come on breakfast is almost ready.” Stretching one last time the blue haired youth slipped on his rather large and fat tiger feet slippers. Kira, having been in the middle of a yawn, couldn’t help but laugh when he saw him since they made the boy look so puny, especially in his boxers and t-shirt.
“Nice slippers.”
“And what’s wrong with my uber cool tiger feet slippers?” Placing his hands on his hips Toya did his best to try and look somewhat menacing as if it were a crime to insult the puffy black and orange slippers, complete with little puffy claws.
“Nothing. Come on let’s go eat.”
“Wow Rina it looks great!” The boys had ventured downstairs and into the dining room to find the table with pancakes and waffles as well as an assortment of cut fruits and juice. Taking a seat the blur haired youth motioned for Kira to do the same.
“Enjoy your breakfast boys. If you need anything then don’t hesitate to ask.” Reaching out with his fork to the stack of pancakes in the middle of the table, Toya went to pierce the defenseless cake and draw it to his plate where he would commence consumption. However, it seemed that Kira had the same thing in mind and also pierced the pancake just when Toya did. Toya smiled as he looked up at the redhead and growled slightly drawing the other to do the same. After a few minutes of playful growling and tugging the pancake gave way and split in two.
Breakfast had come and gone quickly, which saddened the blue haired youth because it meant that his guest would be leaving soon. Toya was currently getting dressed in his bedroom as Kira used his bathroom.
/I wish I knew what happened to you Kira…/ He thought as the boy came out fully dressed.
“Jo is ready out front with the car if you’re ready to go. Do you have everything?” His tone was happy but he knew that sadness was evident in his eyes.
“I think I do, if not I can always come back and get it. You’re going to come too right?”
“Well of course. It would be rather rude if I didn’t at least join my guest on the ride home.” Toya finished tying his shoes before standing and leading the redhead down to the front doors where Rina was waiting with their jackets.
“Hello boys. We do look forwards to seeing you again master Kira.” She greeted happily as she passed the boys their coats before opening the front door.
“Thanks. I wouldn’t mind coming back.” Kira replied with a smile as he followed Toya out the door. “Do they always do that?” He whispered referring to them using the term ‘master’.
“Oh yes all the time, and they never, ever stop.”
“Thank you for having me over Toya, I really did have a great time.” Kira said with a smile as they drove down the street towards the boy’s home.
“Anytime Kira. You’re always welcome at my house.”
“Master Toya, we’ve arrived.”
“Thank you Jo. I guess I’ll see you in school on Monday.”
“Alright. Here’s my phone number. Feel free to call anytime.” Toya felt oddly giddy about getting the boys phone number. He knew it was only a friendly gesture but he could dream.
~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~
Sunday. Possibly the most boring day of the week, or at least that’s how Toya felt about it anyway. The only thing he really liked about Sunday was that he got to sleep in otherwise it was simply a dull day. Most of the stores were closed and barely anything good on the television, the blue haired youth had actually been doing his homework since he had woken up, though he took a break when he thought his brain was on the verge of liquefying and oozing out his ear. While he sat at the table idly munching on an apple he considered calling Kira but he found that something was holding him back. Was it to soon to call the boy after receiving his number? And if he did call him what would he say? Sure he wanted to talk to him but he didn’t have anything in mind to talk about.
/I am such a fool sometimes. I can’t crowd Kira or I’ll scare him away. No I’ll wait until I see him school tomorrow./ Finishing his apple he tossed the core into the compost bag and made a mental not to tell Rina it was full now as he made his way back to his room, taking a phone book with him.
“Something has to be open…” Once he had gotten dressed and fixed his hair, Toya began his search through the book to try and find a store he would find of interest that was possibly open on the boring day. “24/7 plumbing job…Xtreme sex party now ordering in new oh god! That’s sick! How can they put that in the phone book?!” Quickly turning the page the blue haired youth smiled when his eyes skimmed over the page and landed on an article.
“Crystal View Book Store. The largest book store in the city, open all week.” Toya, not one to think of himself as a book worm, would often find a lovely gathering of books to read, most being male/male love novels which he made sure to keep well hidden. Along with those books he would make sure to purchase a couple fantasy novels and arts books to keep the suspicion down. “Rina I’m going out for a few hours.” Toya called out as he made his way to the front door.
“Would you like to have the car brought around?”
“No thanks. I think I’ll ride my bike today since it looks so nice outside.”
“Alright then but I would take a lighter jacket since it’s a little warm out today.” Nodding in agreement the blue haired youth pulled his jean jacket out of the closet and slipped it over his white t-shirt.
“Have a good day Rina. I’ll see you when I get back.” Heading out the door Toya happily walked out to the garage to retrieve his bike. He did enjoy riding it since it got him to places way faster than walking and it helped keep him healthy since he had a rather large sweet tooth.
The trip had taken a little longer than he had expected since he was still new to the area but after stopping to ask for directions he made it to the rather large bookstore. Locking up his bike Toya straightened out his hair and jacket before walking up to the building, glad that he had remembered to take some money out of the bank to spend since he didn’t really like using credit cards very often. Making his way through the store to the stairs, Toya was happy to find that the store didn’t smell like only musty books like several libraries he had gone into. The store had two different stories, the bottom being for ages 15 and under and the top floor being for ages 16 and up. Once he reached the top step he was stopped by a rather chubby man who asked him for some kind of I.D to prove he was 16; happily pulling out his wallet Toya handed the man his drivers license since it was the only good piece of I.D on him. He said a small thanks as the man handed him the card back and let him onto the floor. Walking through a small crowd of elderly people he made his way towards his favorite section, happy that the fantasy and art sections were close by since he didn’t want to have to go looking all over the store for them. His eyes widened as a very large happy grin crossed his face while he took in the size of the graphic novel* section, most of which being boy love. Pulling out one book after the other that caught his eye he took what he wanted and placed the others back in their respective places before moving onwards. After getting a few of those books he decided the move on to the fantasy section though a small book caught his eye as he walked by. Pulling it out he skimmed through it and smiled as he placed it on his pile and continued on.
“Maybe I should have gotten a basket or something for these.” Toya, now waiting in line to buy his books, was struggling a bit with holding onto all of them. Fourteen in all, eight graphic novels, three art books, two fantasy books, and the one little cook book that had caught his eye. It had been mainly on yummy desserts and when he saw it he had the great urge to bake things plus all of it looked so very good and he wanted to make some for Kira as well, though he was unsure as to what the redhead enjoyed. Well he would simply have to make a variety of things then.
“Next.” Relieved the blue haired youth stepped forwards and placed his books on the table before brushing his hair from his face and giving a small smile. “Wow you sure are buying a lot of books today. Is this everything?”
“I certainly hope so since I don’t think I could lug anything more home.” Toya replied as he reached for his wallet before actually looking up at the cashier. Though he had only seen her once from afar he recognized her almost instantly. She had been the lonely girl who stood by the large oak in the front of the school when he had come on his first day. “Hey don’t you attend Booradon Heights?” Looking up a little surprised the girl nodded.
“Yes I do, how did you know that?”
“I saw you in front of the school my first day there. My names Toya, Toya Seichiro.”
“I’m Heira. I didn’t think anyone had noticed me. They usually don’t” Noting the small blush on the girl’s cheek he pulled out the money for the books and offered a kind smile.
“I’m sure lots of people notice you. You just don’t know it that’s all.” Heira gave a kind smile as she placed his books in a bag, not really noticing what Toya had purchase or the fact that most of the books were rated 18+. “You can keep the change and it was nice to meet you Heira. I hope to see you again in school.”

Monday. Possibly the second worst day of the week simply, because it followed after Sunday and signified that the weekend was over. Naturally the day had been agonizingly slow with a couple pop quizzes and very boring lectures. At lunch he had been unable to sit with any of his friends because his entire class had to stay behind and finish their quiz since the teacher had used most of the class to talk about boring crap that no one really cared about anyway. After lunch had been the best since he had art and the teacher had constantly praised him for his wonderful ‘masterpiece’ as she called it. He was glad he had Jo bring it during lunch though since it would have been rather inconvenient to carry it around to all his classes since it wouldn’t fit in his locker. Toya had almost been late for P.E though since he had to hurry across the school but luckily the teacher had yet to arrive so he felt he was safe for the moment. Quickly changing into his gym clothes he exited the change room and went to stand by the far wall as he always did since he found that if he stood close to the other boys he was more likely to get stepped on. It was fair to say that he didn’t really enjoy this class since had no friends in it. Hijiri was in his math class so he always had someone to sit beside since no one liked sitting next to the rather smart half Japanese boy. In science he had Bakari to sit with, but all his other classes he was alone in. Sighing Toya let his eyes drift around the room, all boys of course since the school looked down upon coed gym classes. Some of the guys were setting up the badminton nets and he found himself looking over each one of them. Some of then were okay looking but none were what he wanted. They didn’t have soft redhead and perfect green eyes, many of then were really muscular and others were punier than he was, not like Kira. Kira was absolutely perfect, none of his previous crushes had been as attractive as the redhead angel and he longed to spend more time with the boy.
“Toya? Oh wow I didn’t know you were in my class.” Turing the blue haired boy was startled by what he saw.
“Kira?” He almost couldn’t believe it but then he remembered Kuchi saying something about the redhead not attending the first few days of P.E but he couldn’t remember why. Damn him for not paying attention while he had been daydreaming. Not only was the perfect boy in the class he had dreaded the most but damn did he look the good. Of course he was wearing the same gym clothes as everyone else in the class but the small shorts seemed to hug him in the most perfect of ways and the boy had chosen to leave the only two buttons on the white shirt undone revealing part of his smooth chest. “Wow this is great. I didn’t think I would have any friends in this class.” He stated quickly to cover up the fact that he had been openly checking the other out.
“Yeah me too. Now I won’t have to be forced to be partners with one of those idiots.”
“Alright boys partner up and lets get some games going” Smiling the boys went to retrieve some rackets and a birdie before heading out to one of the courts to start a game. Toya would never say he was an expert at the game but he did have some skill since he used to play his father when he had been younger.
Soon enough the boys were panting from running and since it was rather warm in the gym they were also getting rather thirsty. Toya suggested a time out to rest and get some drinks.
“Man it gets hot in here.”
“Yeah they should invest in air-conditioning or something.” Both boys chugged down their water and idly chatted at they rested.
“You know, I thought today was really going to suck but it turned out pretty nice.” Toya said with a smile before tilting his head back and pouring some water on his face to help cool off.
Yes end of chapter eleven and yes Kira and Toya are in the same gym class simply because my mind can produce lovely steamy scenes involving the gym >> Please review, it helps me update faster. ^^ and thanks to all who have reviewed.
