Since Jaci had left nearly a week ago, Nana was quickly becoming a frequent visitor to the chief's tent. After some encouragement from Liwanu, Atreyu seemed to finally take his business of getting over Jaci and finding a wife more seriously and Pakuna's young cousin seemed to be just the cure. Liwanu was rather pleased himself with the decision; Nana was quite cute and seemed made to be a wife. The food had also greatly improved...Nana's visits usually resulted in cooking of some kind and the shaman was always too happy to stuff himself on the young faun's culinary creations, given his own mates could barely boil water and his own cooking was average and mostly consisted of throwing things into the pot, which meant they mostly lived on soups and stews. It also helped that Pakuna liked Nana as well and there would be no conflict if Atreyu took him as a wife. There most certainly would have been if it had been Naomi.

At the moment, the young breeder was in their tent yet again. He was happily playing with Kuruk, who had also seemed to have taken a shine to Nana, and shelling melo beans into a pot for cooking later with Pakuna while he waited for the return of Atreyu. The young chief had also begun to take his work more seriously and Liwanu was proud of how much the youth had grown up and risen to the task of running their tribe. Since the night they had finally consummated their marriage, Atreyu seemed to have matured. It amused Liwanu to think that he might have been the reason.

“Nana, how lovely to see you again. Waiting for Atreyu?” Liwanu smiled as he greeted the young breeder. He dropped a kiss on his wife's forehead, then picked up his son, who was doing less to help in shelling the beans than he was in trying to cram them, shell and all, into his mouth. Nana smiled a little shyly and nodded.

“Yes, but I suspect he'll return late again. He seemed awfully busy when I walked by the elder's pavilion earlier. I suppose it'll give me time to prepare dinner, though.” Nana sighed and tossed another empty shell into the basket.

“Well, I'm sorry you have to wait, but I can't say I'm sorry you'll be cooking for us again.” Liwanu chuckled while he bounced Kuruk on his hip and noticed what a plump thing his son was becoming. “What are you preparing tonight?”

“Oh, I thought I would roast these melo beans and I have some rabbit marinating in that bowl over there. I think those will roast on the skewers well enough and when the rice is done cooking, I can toss it all together.” Nana shrugged as if it was nothing, but to Liwanu it sounded like a gift from the Spirits. “Does Atreyu like melo beans?”

“If he doesn't then that means there's only more for me.” Liwanu grinned and plopped down on one of the cushions next to Pakuna. He settled Kuruk onto his lap and tried to keep the empty shells from finding their way into his curious mouth.

A few hours later...

"Almost got it." Atreyu said as he worked from a rather precarious position atop a thatched roof, replacing the old and rotted wood and hay with fresh, dry parts. The young chief was helping one of the younger faun males in repairing the roof of his mother's hut. The heavy snow had caused the old thatching to weaken and the melt was starting to drip inside. Aside from hunting and tribal affairs, upkeep of the village huts was another essential task Atreyu undertook. Deftly he tied the dried grasses with thick twine to the firm branches and made sure the roof was waterproof.

"Thank you so much Chief Atreyu! My mother will rest well at night without cold water dripping onto his head. It was driving him nuts." The boy chuckled, helping Atreyu down and brushing snow off the taller faun.

"Not to worry, if it by chance leaks again let me know." Atreyu nodded tot he boy then turned to head back home. He was a bit chilled from the cold air and being out for hours that day seeing to various tasks as well as the repair he finished. He looked forward to the warm fire in his hut and the company of his family. He had become much closer to Liwanu and Pakuna over the months and since he and his mate sealed their bond properly, he could hardly get enough of him. They had mated again at least three times in the week since Jaci left, and the young Chief found some time the previous day to have another go with Pakuna off in the woods when they had gone to hunt for dinner. The breeder was quite adventurous and took him by surprise, but it had been quite enjoyable regardless.

Then there was Nana. Atreyu found himself growing fond of the little breeder, but still he struggled to feel the same things his heart felt for Jaci. He knew it had only been a week and he hoped in time the brunette would grow on him more and more. After all, he seemed to be perfect wife material in every way. He cooked wonderful meals, he was good at crafts and had a sweet temperament, not to mention he was beautiful. It wasn't a difficult choice to pick him over the rambunctious Naomi. The only downside was the jealous glares he got from the rejected breeder, but he could handle that well enough. Soon Atreyu found himself entering his hut, stripping off the thick fur poncho, gloves, and leggings until he was in his warm leathers. He could smell something wonderful and fragrant filling the air and sure enough, there was Nana by the fire cooking a meal.

"Ah hello Nana, good to see you again." Atreyu smiled, finding the breeder a welcome sight, as welcome as the dinner he was cooking. His culinary skills put him and Pakuna to shame. "Whatever you're making smells heavenly." He breathed, taking it in again as he walked over to Liwanu and Kuruk, leaning down to give his wicasa a quick kiss on the cheek and pet Kuruk's head. "And hello to you too wicasa, and the little bear cub. My he's really getting big, aren't you?" He grinned, tickling Kuruk's belly and sending the baby into a fit of giggles.

Pakuna leaned his head against Liwanu's arm and snuggled against his mate as the smells of cooking meat, beans and rice filled his nostrils. He felt a bit of pride that he was at least able to help Nana prepare the meal, at least as far as shelling beans went. He did try and observe the faun as he cooked, hoping to glean some useful tips along the way. "You'll have to give me lessons one of these days Nana, I usually burn the meat and Liwanu hates my cooking, don't you maska?" He grinned, his blue eyes gazing wistfully at his cute cousin.

Atreyu then sat beside Nana, leaning in to give the breeder a friendly hug and a kiss on the cheek. There had not been anything overly romantic between the two aside from hugs, hand holding, and polite cheek kisses thus far as the two slowly got to know each other better. Atreyu knew eventually he'd have to make a move and kiss the breeder on the lips to let Nana know he was becoming more interested, but the young chief found himself waiting. When the time was right and he felt that spark, he would make his move... Surely the feelings would come soon. "Don't feel bad Paku, I'm the worst cook here by far. At least when you burn the meat it's still somewhat edible." He grinned as the breeder stuck his tongue out at him.

“Of course I don't hate your cooking, yahzi. It's...ah...adventurous.” Liwanu replied as tactfully as possible, plucking another empty shell out of Kuruk's mouth. “Sometimes the adventure is a little dangerous...”

“I'd be happy to help you, Paku.” Nana laughed while he tossed the beans in the pan. They were already smelling delicious, their spicy, nutty scent filling the tent along with the succulent aroma of the chunks of rabbit roasting on the wooden skewers by the fire. He gave Atreyu a shy glance from beneath his lashes, his rounded cheeks pinking a little. Although he was happy that the chief had chosen to court him, he was beginning to wonder at the restraint he seemed to handle their relationship with. He did not expect that Atreyu would be asking him to spend the night in his tent, but that he would have at least kissed him by now. Was it him? Nana had been trying so hard to be pleasing and impress his mate and wife, but Atreyu still seemed distant.

The food was soon done and Nana handed out plates piled high with spiced rice, the rabbit and roasted melo beans. Liwanu sighed happily as he took that first bite, not even minding when Kuruk stuck his hand in the middle of his plate. “Spirits, Nana...This is incredible. Can we keep you? Please?”

Nana laughed and blushed, shaking his head as he settled back with his own plate. “I think you're just easy to please, Liwanu. I didn't do anything special.” The young breeder cast Atreyu a sideways glance, biting his lip. “Although I wouldn't mind always cooking for all of you like this, someday.”

“Nana, if I wasn't already married, I would propose right now.” Liwanu spoke around a mouthful of beans and rice. “I haven't had melo beans this good since my mother moved into the elder's tent with father. Pakuna tried to make them once, but...well, he was lucky his eyebrows grew back.”

Re: Hell (eiji)

Pakuna rolled his eyes at Liwanu as his mate tactfully belittled his cooking skills. At least he tried... "You're stews and soups could be a little more 'adventurous,' maska, perhaps you can learn a thing or two from Nana as well." Pakuna smirked, giving his mate a sidelong glance as he slipped a hand behind the shaman to give his tail a playful tug as he turned back to Nana and smiled pleasantly as though he had done nothing. "That would be wonderful." He beamed, letting his fingers pet the soft fur of his maska's tail once he was done with his reprimanding pulls.

Atreyu couldn't help but feel the not-so-subtle pressure coming from Liwanu and Nana as their meal was finally served. They dropped hints that he would be making a wise choice in marrying Nana, and the young chief blushed when Liwanu asked to keep him as if Nana was some sort of pet. Indeed, if he did marry the breeder they would all be eating exquisite cuisine for the rest of their days together, and Nana was pleasant enough company if not a bit ordinary and typical of what Atreyu imagined most breeders to be.

When Liwanu made mention of wanting to marry Nana if he hadn't been married already, Pakuna nearly spit out the beans he was eating and glared at his mate. "You are such a flirt, maska. You know that I am the only one for you now and forever." He snorted, shoveling in more rice than was proper in his jealous huff. "Not that you aren't amazing Nana, but Liwanu here has big eyes." He then elbowed his mate in the side lightly to send his point home before focusing on devouring his meal.

Atreyu sat with his plate, eating in silent amusement as he watched Pakuna's reaction to his mate taking such a shine to Nana. Despite the pleasant atmosphere, he felt like he was wearing a mask. It was hard to be completely himself around Nana. He felt that he had to impress the faun as much as he knew the breeder was trying to impress him and gain his favor. He wished they could just be themselves. Nana seemed too perfect, too calm and sweet. He wondered if there was any spice or playfulness to his personality at all, or at least something to make him stand out from the typical role of a perfect little homemaker. Would Nana be someone he could tussle with in the furs or talk to for hours? Could he sit by the river fishing with the breeder at his side, or go for long walks in the forest? He wondered all of those things as he ate, suddenly realizing he hadn't said anything about the food.

"This is amazing, Nana. You are truly a fantastic cook, you shouldn't be so modest. This is a gift. I couldn't help but wonder though, what else do you like to do?"

Re: Hell (eiji)

“Hey, my soups and stews may be ordinary, but at least they're palatable. If not for me, we would all starve.” Liwanu huffed, jumping a little when Pakuna pulled his tail. He shot his wife a look back when Pakuna elbowed him and grumbled into his food. “And you get jealous over nothing, yahzi, but I'll be happy to remind you later of your position as my wife.”

Nana's eyes went wide, his earthy brown gaze filled with amusement at Liwanu and Pakuna's antics. They were certainly a boisterous couple and he could not help but feel a little envious at the obvious love between them. Despite the older breeder's words, any fool could see the way Liwanu looked at his wife and no one else shared this look. There was nothing but love in those eyes and Nana sighed a little wistfully, wondering what it would be like to have someone look at him like that. To have someone who wanted him for more than just his cooking or his skills as a homemaker, not that he disliked doing either of those things. Being a wife and a mother were certainly ordinary dreams, but he was an ordinary breeder. He glanced back at Atreyu and wondered if perhaps he was too ordinary for someone like the chief, who had a mate like Liwanu and a second wife like Pakuna, who were certainly more interesting. A heavy feeling settled in his chest and he suddenly found himself lacking an appetite. He lowered his plate, but was suddenly drawn out of his wondering by Atreyu.

“Oh, thank you. It's not hard to be good at something when you enjoy it.” He smiled and fidgeted with the fringed hem of his buckskin dress, which he had cut and sewn himself. He floundered for a moment, unsure at how to answer the question. How was he to answer it without sounding more dull than he already appeared? “I suppose I like doing the same things as anybody else...”

Liwanu frowned as he watched Nana struggle uncomfortably and finally noticed the tension between the couple. He sighed and nudged Pakuna, giving him a pointed look, then set his plate aside. “Ah, Paku, I nearly forgot that we were supposed to see your brother this evening. We still have to bring Kuruk to meet his new cousin.” Liwanu rose to his feet, hefting up his son who was now snoring away. “Thanks again for dinner, Nana, it was delicious. You two enjoy the rest of your evening, don't wait up for us Atreyu.”

Atreyu noticed the sudden change in Nana and realized he couldn't have picked a worse question to ask the breeder. It was likely as he thought, there was nothing more to Nana than the typical breeder... He felt sorry for putting him on the spot and judging him, expecting too much of him. When Liwanu spoke up he realized he'd soon be alone with the breeder. It was all on him to find a way to make the evening entertaining now, with Pakuna and Liwanu gone for the evening...

"Ah, okay. Have fun you two." Atreyu said quickly as Pakuna stood up.

Pakuna knew his husband was plotting to give Atreyu and Nana alone time. It seemed they would need it, Atreyu was a hard nut to crack and the young chief's social awkwardness always seemed to complicate everything. Before he left, Pakuna reached out to ruffle Atreyu's hair, making a good mess of it. "Be good." The look Pakuna gave Atreyu before his left was nothing short of 'lighten up and don't scare the poor dear.' Atreyu blushed, reaching up to try and fix his messy locks of ebony hair back to some semblance of tameness.

Soon the couple was gone and Atreyu sat with Nana, wondering what to do to not make the breeder feel so out of place. He set his plate aside, having managed to clean most of it aside from an errant bean or two. "Um, would you like to play a game with me? I have a little collection of round pine cones. I made up a game where I draw a circle on the floor and you have to try and knock my pine cones out of the circle. Whoever gets the all the other's pine cones out first wins. I painted them red and blue too so I know which are mine. So, want to try it?" He smiled, hoping a little game would make the breeder feel more at ease.

Nana watched as Liwanu and Pakuna suddenly left, a little surprised and perplexed at their sudden departure. It was then that he realized they were trying to give him time alone with Atreyu and he felt his stomach start to turn itself in knots. He had not truly been alone with the chief since they started courting, now that he thought about it. Usually Pakuna or Liwanu had been around or they were in some public place with many other people around. He glanced at Atreyu, feeling a mix of nervousness and excitement at the implications of being alone with the chief and his cheeks darkened in a blush. Perhaps the reason for his restraint had simply been the lack of privacy; maybe Atreyu was not really one to display his affection as publicly as other couples and now that they were completely alone in this large tent...His eyes wandered to the hide door of the chief's room and he wondered if he would be seeing the furs tonight...

He was startled from his thoughts when he realized Atreyu was talking to him. Nana blinked, feeling a small bit of embarrassment at the way his mind had been wandering instead of paying attention to what the other faun had been saying. His brow furrowed a little in confusion when he heard Atreyu proposing a game with pinecones instead of something more romantic. He tried to hide his disappointment with a smile and he nodded. “Oh, sure. That sounds like fun.”

Re: Hell (eiji)

Atreyu stood up then and took care of all the plates, setting them aside where Pakuna or Liwanu could wash them later. He certainly wasn't going to do it. "All right! Let me just get these out of the way so we have some floor space." Once the chief finished that task, he grabbed a long walking stick that was leaning against the wall. He carried it to a large open spot on the floor and started to draw a circle in the soft dirt. Once he finished that he put the stick back and grabbed his small leather pouch of pine cones, scattering them all in the circle making sure the colors were evenly mixed up. He kept a larger one for himself and took the other one for Nana, holding it out for him. "I'll play blue and you can have red. It's pretty simple... just toss it down and watch them scatter, like so."

The young chief then swung his arm, sending the pine cone down to the floor hard until it made contact with the other assortment, sending a few scattering all over and making a few pop up from the impact. "Oops, I knocked a few of my own out too. Try not to do that." He chuckled, seeing that he threw his pine cone with a bit too much oomph. He looked over to Nana then, noticing something off about the breeder. Atreyu began to worry then that he was forcing Nana to do something he had no interest in. "Erm, if this is kind of boring we can do something else..."

Re: Hell (eiji)

“Atreyu, are you really interested in me?” Nana finally asked, looking up at the chief. “I mean, you haven't done anything beyond a kiss on the cheek. At first I thought maybe you were simply shy or just not the type for displays of affection in public, but now we're alone and all you want to do is toss pinecones at each other!” The young breeder threw up his hands in exasperation and huffed, glaring up at Atreyu with an expression of anger that seemed uncharacteristic of the normally sweet and gentle faun.

“Do you find anything about me outside of my cooking attractive at all? I am more than just a person who cooks good meals or keeps a good home and I don't want someone who can't find any appeal to me outside of that. I know I would make a good wife, I get told that all the time. I don't mind it that much, since that's what I want to be someday. But...but that's all I ever hear. No one sees that there may be any more to me.” Nana sighed and all the bluster seemed to drain out of him as he slumped and his hands fell back to his lap. “And I don't know what you want from me...I don't see any passion in your eyes when you look at me. Not like when Liwanu looks at Paku.”

Re: Hell (eiji)

Post by Butler Eiji on Jan 3, 2012, 8:50pm

Atreyu was a bit stunned then as the mask finally came off and Nana stopped pretending. He wasn't quite expecting the anger that came with him though and the young chief stood there, feeling quite awful as Nana revealed just how Atreyu made him feel. He furrowed his brows then and tossed the pinecones aside, stepping up to the breeder and looking down at him as Nana poured his heart out to him and let all of his frustrations be known.

"I'm sorry Nana... I had a feeling I was disappointing you the moment I got in. I know it must be frustrating to just be complimented on how well you cook or do whatever you do, knowing that's not all there is to you. That's the problem though, all I see is the sweet homemaker, the pretty, kind and generous Nana that cooks and does nothing but try to please everyone. I don't know who you truly are either, but that's what I want to know." Atreyu paused a moment before continuing, not wanting to say anything to hurt Nana's feelings or offend him in any way.

"I've never really been in love before Nana, at least, I'm not sure I have. There has only been one breeder that I felt truly attracted to on my own without any pressure, but I couldn't have him. What Pakuna and Liwanu share is wonderful and it was hard for me to become a part of that bond, though I am growing to love both them very much. It has taken me a while to even warm up to them. Liwanu and I just sealed our bond last week despite being married in the fall. I don't know what to do, what to say, how to act... It's nothing that is wrong with you, Nana, it's me." Atreyu sighed, feeling his throat tighten a bit as he thought about why he had such a difficult time getting close to others. Here he had a beautiful breeder, sweet as can be, alone in his hut yet he wasn't man enough to bring Nana to his room and take him in the furs. Surely that is what his brother would have done if he was still alive, and it is likely what any male in his predicament would do.

"I do want a lover I am passionate about who is also crazy about me. I should just stop trying so hard to please everyone, I'm only making a fool of myself and embarrassing you. I'm sorry Nana... I just don't get it." Atreyu stood there feeling cold inside like a stone as he gazed upon Nana's beautiful face. Slowly he reached out then and brushed his fingers across Nana's warm cheek, his eyes lowering to look at the breeder's plump, inviting lips. Surely now was not the time to make amends, but perhaps it would help ease Nana's tension. Atreyu then leaned in, hoping to press a soft kiss to those lips and show the faun he was sorry.

Re: Hell (eiji)

Post by onichan01 on Jan 3, 2012, 9:08pm

Nana turned his face away and pulled back. “Well, I suppose that answers my question.” He murmured sadly and shook his head. “I'm sorry too, Atreyu. I really did like you and I did hope that we would have a chance to grow close...but I don't want to feel like a trial you have to go through. If you're not attracted to me, then there's nothing I can do to change that. We both deserve better than this.”

The young breeder rose to his feet and reached for his fur-lined cape, swinging it around his shoulders and tying it before he turned back to Atreyu. He looked up at the other faun with a sad smile and he reached out to cup his cheek in one of his soft hands. “I hope you find someone you can have a passion for, Atreyu. I'm sad it wasn't me, but the Spirits have different paths for us.” He leaned up and pressed a kiss to the chief's cheek, then let him go. “Good luck on yours.”

Nana stepped around Atreyu and pushed aside the heavy hide door, leaving the tent in a cold gust of wind.

Re: Hell (eiji)

Post by Butler Eiji on Jan 3, 2012, 9:21pm

Atreyu couldn't find any words in that moment and Nana put his feelings into words for him. He did not know what path the Spirits intended for him to travel down, but he knew it was true that Nana was not the one for him. His eyes watered a bit and all he could do was nod solemnly at Nana before the faun left. Once he was gone, Atreyu sunk to the floor and stared sadly into the fire. He felt like a failure, wondering if Pakuna and Liwanu would be angry and disappointed in him that he let the perfect wife slip away. Despite it all, there was only one face he had in his mind. His heart ached as he thought about Jaci and with the pain he also felt anger that he could not get over what he felt for Yuma's wife. "Why must I want someone I can never have..."

In a moment of anger, Atreyu reached for the pine cones on the floor and tossed them into the fire, letting out his frustrations now that he finally had a moment alone. It was then that he decided he would never take a wife. There was no one in Niabi that he could ever truly want, and he had to accept that he wanted what he could never have. If he was to have any heirs, it would have to be through Pakuna. There was no one for him, that must be the path the Spirits made and it hurt the young chief to accept the truth he believed in his heart.

******

The days gradually grew longer and winter began to loosen its icy grasp over the lands as spring set in. Most of the snow had melted and the grounds were damp and just starting to sprout fresh grass. The streams and rivers flowed fast and strong, full of cold melt water that came down from the mountains. The sun shone high in the clear blue sky and birds sang, returning from a long migration back to their homes to breed. The villagers of Sewati too seemed to emerge from a long period of dormancy, eager to get out and start working the land once the soil was ready. It was a time of regrowth, and many babies were to be born around that time to many of the centaur families. Yet Chief Yuma and Jaci still had not produced a son despite their efforts...

Against a tall tree, Yuma was panting heavily, having Kanzi pinned beneath him as he roughly thrust his cock in and out of the pliant breeder. The sounds of their lovemaking filled the air and the centaur chief made sure they were far enough away from Sewati that they would not be caught. Things had gotten complicated since he and Kanzi started their rut during the hunt a few months earlier. The breeder did not want their tryst to be a mere one-night affair, and somehow it continued even after they had returned home for the winter despite Yuma's fear that Jaci might find out about his infidelity. However, Jaci had not found out, and Yuma made sure to keep his relationship with Kanzi discreet. As much as he hated going behind his wife's back, he knew that he needed the sexual relief Kanzi provided. His body was made to be pounded, and the breeder knew exactly how to satisfy him in ways that Jaci could not. He never had to worry about hurting Kanzi, and on days he and his wife had arguments it became a new past time to relieve stress.

"Ahhh Kanzi, so good... so tight..." He said breathily, his hands caressing the breeder's chest and toying with his pert little nipples as he laced Kanzi's earlobe with heated kisses. It had crossed Yuma's mind many times to take Kanzi on as a second wife, but he knew Jaci would be torn. The pale faun tried so hard to be everything he needed, and Yuma loved him more than any other. He had grown more attached to Kanzi as well, but he knew that Kanzi could never replace Jaci. Jaci owned his heart. "Mmmm yes, I'm coming! Ahhh! Fuck..." Yuma grunted, giving another powerful thrust of his hips before his cock gave one hard throb, sending his hot seed deep inside his lover.

“Aaah, Yuma!” Kanzi moaned, clawing at the tree as he reached his own climax not long after when felt the Sewati chief fill him again. Despite his earlier misgivings and protests, Yuma had not been all that difficult to talk into continuing their relationship after the hunt had ended and many winter days had been passed in Kanzi's tent with the big centaur buried inside him over and over, although the black pony had not been able to keep Yuma the entire night. It was something Kanzi had been working on, irritated at the fact that Yuma still stubbornly insisted on keeping his nights with Jaci. Still, he could sense Yuma was breaking; he was fighting with his wife more often these days, which had surprised the tribe, but delighted Kanzi. The couple had never argued in the three years they had been together. Apparently the lack of a child was becoming a tense point for them and every time they fought, Yuma would vent his frustrations with Kanzi on the furs.

“Mmm, that was wonderful as always, my love.” Kanzi sighed when Yuma finally pulled out of him, the large centaur's semi-erect shaft still leaking his seed. It dribbled on the grass, glazing the newly sprouting leaves. The breeder smiled and turned to Yuma, lifting his slender arms and sliding them around Yuma's broad shoulders. He pressed kisses to the other centaur's broad chest, tasting the salt of his sweat.

“So, winter has ended. Will you finally tell Jaci that you're taking me as a wife?” He asked, looking up at Yuma from under his lashes. He idly traced circles on Yuma's taut abs with a finger, his other hand curling itself in the other man's soft brown locks, which had grown longer over the winter. “We are all but mated officially, Yuma. I don't understand why you are waiting. You are chief and it is your right to have as many wives as you like. I know you are more than satisfied with me...Jaci could never make you feel as I do.”

Kanzi smirked and moved closer, pressing his body against Yuma's. “I'm growing tired of this sneaking around. Announce our marriage to the tribe. A spring wedding would be nice, wouldn't it? And it's good luck, to be married during a time of fertility...”

Re: Hell (eiji)

Post by Butler Eiji on Jan 3, 2012, 10:49pm

Yuma wrapped his arms around Kanzi and felt a knot in his stomach as the breeder pressured him again to tie the knot. Things had been getting tense with his wife ever since he had returned from the hunt and he was certain taking on another wife would be the worst thing he could do. "Now is not the time Kanzi. I have given this a lot of thought and I do desire you to be my wife, but Jaci is depressed and ashamed at his inability to become pregnant. The arguments have been getting worse lately and I don't think he will take the news too well. We need to wait. Please, just a while longer..."

Yuma then pet the pony's hair affectionately. As much as he had grown to love the breeder in his arms for the tender and passionate moments they shared, he still hated the way Kanzi openly declared how much better he was for him than Jaci. It continually reinforced that despite how much he loved the pale faun, they may not have been an appropriate match. "I'll try to talk to Jaci and at least get him used to the idea of me taking on another wife. I'm starting to doubt he is capable of baring me a child, and I need an heir, so he has to understand..." It hurt Yuma deeply to admit such a thought, but after three years he began to believe that his worst fears were true; Jaci could not have a child for him.

Kanzi's eyes narrowed and he glowered up at Yuma. He slapped the bigger centaur on the chest and yanked away from him with a huff. “Why do you care so much what that damned faun thinks?! Who runs this tribe, you or him?” The black pony stamped a hoof in irritation and crossed his arms. “You have been trying to get him 'used' to the idea all winter! I am so sick of waiting while you sneak back and forth between us. This is becoming ridiculous. I want you to tell him I will be your wife, Yuma, or else. I am not going to allow you to simply use me like this.”

He turned back around to face the chief, anger flashing in his iridescent eyes. “I don't understand your hesitation anyway. You do nothing but fight with him, the whole tribe has heard you yelling at each other. It's become very obvious that you no longer suit each other.” Kanzi snapped, then his expression softened and he went back to Yuma. He reached up and wrapped his arms around the bigger centaur again and sighed. “We are a far better match than you and Jaci are. It was a mistake by the elders and you should have been mated to one of your own kind from the beginning. I can't imagine how you've dealt with the burden he has put on you for so long.”

Yuma's temper finally flared as Kanzi snapped at him and insulted his wife yet again. "I do care of what he thinks, he is my wife and therefore my equal. I love Jaci, regardless of our spats and arguments. Do you not know what love is? I'm tired of the way you speak about my wife, Kanzi. I'm sorry if you feel I have been playing games by sneaking around with you, I never intended for this to happen the way it has. Just give me time to think, dammit!" The centaur growled, stomping his back hooves a moment as his tail swished in agitation.

When the dark pony came back to him and held him Yuma's brows furrowed and he cast a glare at the breeder. "You are not better than Jaci. Stop comparing yourself, I love you both. I want you both as my wives and if you wish to coexist peacefully with us, you’d better learn to respect my wife, otherwise I'm afraid this is all going to have to end. Jaci may be a faun, and he may be blind and have trouble conceiving a child, but he makes up for his shortcomings and disabilities in many ways. You have no right to judge us." Yuma then pulled away from Kanzi, fed up with the pony's manipulations of his feelings for his wife. "I'm going to wash up and go home, I need some time with my wife."

“...Fine.” Kanzi spat, just barely resisting the urge to hurl a rock at Yuma's stubborn head. “Go back to your 'wife'. But I warn you, Yuma, if you don't resolve this, then I will. I am not going to remain just a way for you to vent your frustrations with Jaci.”

Jaci sighed despondently, scrubbing the tears from his face with a wet cloth. He hoped he did not look as bad as he felt. After the last fight with Yuma, he had been unable to help himself and had spent the hours his husband had been away crying into their furs and wishing things had been the way the way they had been before. Since Yuma had returned from the hunt and Jaci had informed him that he was without child, the centaur seemed to have grown distant. He spent hours away from home and when he came back, he hardly touched him. Jaci did not know what to think anymore; it had to be him. Obviously the fact that Jaci had still yet to bear him an heir bothered him more than he had let on and he was finally getting frustrated with the faun's inability to perform his function as a wife. It was bad enough that Jaci could not perform the other chores by himself, but now...For the first time in their marriage, Jaci felt like a burden to his husband. The thought caused another round of tears and he buried his face in the wet cloth to muffle his cries.

“Yuma, I'm so sorry...” He whimpered. Spirits, why did he have to lose their child? What could have been their only child? The thought that he had blown his only chance at a baby filled him with a fresh sense of grief. Their child...little more than ash blowing in the winter wind. Jaci could hardly breathe, his chest constricting tightly. He shut his eyes and drew a shuddering breath, trying to gather himself together. If Yuma returned, the last thing he wanted was for the centaur to see him in a such a weak state.

Yuma stayed off on his own for another three hours, bathing in the cold river and washing away the evidence of his tryst. Though Kanzi had upset him, the pony did have a point. He hated to think he was using Kanzi as a stress reliever, even if there was some truth to it. He couldn't afford to have Jaci find out about the affair from Kanzi, knowing that the centaur would likely rub it in the faun's face and be as nasty about it as possible. He knew it would be a disaster and he was well aware that Kanzi would rather replace Jaci entirely than share a hut with him as a fellow wife.

Yuma ran a calloused hand through his mop of tousled, wet hair as he thought long and hard on what to do. Perhaps taking Kanzi as a wife would be a mistake... He did not want the pony's hostility towards Jaci. His wife did not need someone making him feel like he was a worthless burden. Slowly the chief rose from the cold waters, shaking himself off and shivering slightly as he began walking back toward Sewati village.

When he entered his hut, he reached for a fur hide to toss over himself, helping him warm up. He then looked over and spotted Jaci on the furs. His brows furrowed with worry and he walked over to his wife, lowering himself so he could gaze at Jaci's face. He could tell the faun had been crying by the redness of his nose and slight puffiness around his eyes. "Jaci... my love, I'm home. I'm so sorry... I never meant to make you suffer this way." He said gently, reaching out to pull the faun into his arms. His skin was cool to the touch, but he hoped to warm up soon with his mate. He felt the throb of guilt deep in his gut and anxiety began to build as he thought about Kanzi's threats. "I need to talk to you about something... Whether it is a good time or not."

“No, Yuma, you don't have to apologize. I don't blame you for leaving all the time, I've been horrible to live with. I shouldn't yell at you like that, I don't know what's come over me.” Jaci clung to Yuma, burying his face against his chest. He wondered a little why the centaur felt so cold; the day had been rather mild from what he could tell, but he did not think about it overly much. “I know you're just frustrated that I haven't been able...I am too. But we just have to keep trying and I'll pray harder to the Spirits to finally bless us with a child. I want to give you a son more than anything, Yuma...Please forgive me for failing you. I know I'm nothing but a burden, it's no wonder you can't stand to mate with me anymore.”

The pale faun's hands curled against Yuma's back and he sniffled, wondering at how weak he had become. It was as if the baby had drained his spirit when he had left him, leaving him this weak mess. How could Yuma possibly find this attractive? He flailed inwardly, trying desperately to grasp the frayed shreds of his confidence, the allure that had captured Yuma before. He rose up on his knees and ran his fingers over Yuma's face, tracing its strong contours and the scars it held. “Will you make love to me now, maska?” He asked softly, overwhelmed with desire to be held in Yuma's arms again, to know that he was still desirable to the centaur. “Please...I need you now. Take me as you used to. Show me you still love me, maska.”

Yuma was torn then to see how broken his beautiful lover had become, blaming himself and calling himself a failure for something neither of them had any true control over. Only the Spirits could truly bless their union with a child. He buried his face against Jaci's hair, inhaling deeply as he wrapped his arms firmly around his mate, his life. He knew Jaci was his heart and Kanzi, although strong and beautiful in his own ways, could never compare or hold the same place in his heart that Jaci did. "Jaci, my precious Jaci... Please do not say such things about yourself. I love you, it is I who has failed you and put too much pressure on you. I'm the one who should be apologizing, love."

Yuma then gently cupped the sides of Jaci's face as the faun felt his own and asked him to make love to him. His green eyes watered then, seeing the desperation in Jaci's sightless eyes. There was no possible way he could tell him about Kanzi, not now... "You are my moon and stars, the light in my darkness. Without you, I am nothing. I love you more than a man can love another Jaci, I will always love you. I will make it all up to you tonight, over and over." He said gently, tears starting to silently fall from his eyes as he leaned in and kissed his mate passionately. He let his tongue slide out to taste those tender lips, tasting the salt there left over from Jaci's tears. He knew there was no way to undo the damage he had done, but in that moment he knew what was right. Jaci was the only one for him and he would have to end his relationship with Kanzi, even if Jaci could never bare him a son.

"Lay down on the furs yahzi, I want to make you feel good." He said softly, rubbing his hand down Jaci's body and gently pushing him down onto his back as he lowered himself more, lacing the faun's neck and collar bone with warm kisses. His hands found soft flesh and tiny pink nipples, teasing them with the rough pads of his fingers. He adjusted his large body to lay on his side so he could lay beside Jaci and give him all the pleasure his mate deserved. There would be no piece of flesh left un-kissed and unloved that night...

It was the first night in weeks that Jaci finally slept well, driven to exhaustion by the vigorous ministrations of his husband. He woke up late the next morning feeling deliciously sore and as deliriously happy as he had been their wedding night. The night he knew that Yuma was indeed meant for him, for more reasons than just the elders' superstitions. He rolled over onto his side and wrapped his arms around his snoring husband, a smile curling his lips as he ran his hands down Yuma's strong chest and listened to his sleeping growls. He knew he should have gotten up and started breakfast, but he could not bring himself to leave the safety and warmth of Yuma just yet. He even wondered if the centaur would be able to take him again before he left to attend his duties, but he did not allow himself to get too eager. Yuma had spent himself at least three times the night before and he was going to need to recover himself before they lay together again.

“I love you, maska.” Jaci murmured, snuggling closer to his husband while finally just making the decision that he would stay in bed for as long as he could. He wanted to hold onto this feeling of completeness for as long as he wanted. It seemed all he had needed was a night feeling like Yuma's bride instead of his burden to finally fill the painful void he had been feeling since he had returned from the Niabi village. Although the lack of a child still hurt, the love of his husband helped soothe the wound and he was finally optimistic that it would indeed heal.

Yuma was in a deep slumber, exhausted from how many times he really spent himself the previous day between Kanzi and his wife. It was well worth it to spend the day making love to Jaci and to roll in the furs the way they used to when they were newlyweds. Any doubts he had in his mind about Jaci were completely erased and he was filled with peace. "Mmmm." He mumbled, hearing his lover tell him he loved him. He never grew tired of hearing those words. "I love you too, yahzi." He spoke in a husky voice, laced with sleep and deep satisfaction. His arm came up to rub Jaci's back as he laid there, not wanting to move. "I want to spend the day with you. No work today, just us. Whatever you want to do, we will do it."

“Are you sure you have the energy for it, maska? You seem pretty worn out.” Jaci laughed and pressed a kiss to Yuma's shoulder, then moved up so he rested halfway sprawled across the centaur's chest. “You're not exactly a young man anymore...Perhaps you should continue resting. The last thing I want is for you to strain yourself with more vigorous activity.”

Yuma's lips curled into a wide, sleepy grin as his eyes opened to gaze upon his lover. "I might not be able to get up anytime soon, but you can always ride me and take your pleasure." He purred, leaning in to plant a firm kiss on Jaci's lips as the faun pressed closer against his body. "I think I can muster the strength to roll onto my back at least." He then let his large, horse body roll over on the furs, his four legs sticking up, bent and casually hanging in a submissive manner. His cock was still in his sheath and the centaur wasn't sure he had the energy to get it out without some serious coaxing from Jaci. He couldn't remember the last time Jaci wore him out so nicely...

“I think you're lucky I am blind, maska, because I can just imagine what a sight you are right now.” Jaci snorted and slapped Yuma's shoulder lightly. He shook his head with a smile and sat up. “I think breakfast would be better right now. Maybe after we've eaten, you'll feel more up to the task of pleasuring your wife.”

The pale faun rose up and started moving about the tent in his usual careful, measured way that lent him a unique air of grace. One benefit of being married to the faun, Yuma's tent was always meticulously neat, as everything needed to be in its place for Jaci to perform his chores. Soon the fire was stoked and the smell of frying boar bacon filled the cozy tent. Jaci cracked a several eggs into the pan alongside it and started toasting some bread as well.

“Ah, so that's what that smell was.” A familiar, deep voice spoke and Yuma's elder brother, Yuza poked his head inside. Although nearly a decade older, Yuza was an illegitimate son and thus had been ineligible to be the next chief. He bore no resentment to his younger brother, however, and his status in the village had hardly been diminished. He was well respected as a hunter and one of the most desired bachelors, although he had yet to find a wife of his own, even at his age. Much like Yuma, he had his own collection of scars although his face had been spared. He stepped into the tent, looking over the pale faun at the fire with an appreciative eye. Jaci was wearing only a leather thong, mostly for safety; no one in their right mind would put their sensitive parts that close to a fire bare. “Jaci, you make me wish that my father had taken my mother as wife every time I see you.”

“Good morning, Yuza.” Jaci shook his head and kept his attention on breakfast. “Did you come for breakfast?”

“Actually, I came for my brother, but since you're offering...” Yuza grinned and settled in. He cast a look at Yuma, sprawled on his back and raised an eyebrow.

Yuma grinned and gave a deep, throaty laugh. "You know the true way to your husband's heart." He kidded, though he really did love Jaci's cooking. It never ceased to amaze him that despite his blindness, he was one hell of a cook. Once the air started to fill with the scent of boar bacon, Yuma's mouth was practically watering and he slowly coaxed himself to get up and sit down in his usual place where he eagerly awaited his morning meal.

"Good morning brother. Come to steal some of my bacon, have you?" Yuma smirked, always letting down his serious air that he kept up around most of the villagers. When family was involved, he could simply be himself with no expectations to uphold. "Come, sit." He said, patting a spot on the floor with colorful woven cushions, there were always plenty for guests. "So you need to see me about something? I was hoping I could take a day off and spend more time with my wife. We've been doing much better since last night and I am going to try and make sure things stay this way." Yuma looked to his wife then, his gaze soft and caring. He truly wanted everything to go back to the way it was before he left on the hunt. "I don't want any more arguments, just peace the way it has always been. And speaking of a wife, why are you still single?" Yuma grinned and reached over to playfully nudge Yuza with his elbow.

“Because the Spirits have not seen fit to bless me with as fine a wife as Jaci and you know I won't settle for anything less.” Yuza teased and Jaci rolled his eyes.

“You know I will feed you, Yuza, there's no need for all this flattery.” The pale faun spoke while he laid two slices of toast on each plate, topping each piece of bread with an egg and several strips of the bacon. He passed them to Yuma and Yuza before making a plate for himself.

“Ah, I might have to consider getting a wife more seriously, though...It would be nice to have someone to make me breakfast like this.” Yuza grinned. “Perhaps afterward we could take a walk, Yuma? I need a word alone with you.”

Re: Hell (eiji)

Post by Butler Eiji on Yesterday at 3:18pm

As Yuma took his plate and listened to his brother speak he wondered what the centaur had to tell him. A small knot of anxiety formed in his gut and he wondered if it had anything to do with Kanzi. His brothers and fellow hunters all knew about his little affair and Yuma hadn't expected it to carry on for as long as it had. "I suppose I'll walk with you. I hope it's going to be a bit warmer today, most of the snow is gone aside from what lies in shadowy parts."

Yuma then picked up his toast and took a bite of it with his egg and bacon. "Mmmm." He purred, knowing it was all that needed to be expressed as he eagerly devoured the breakfast his wife made for him. "Thank you, love, this is delicious." It wasn't long before his plate was empty and he was licking the grease from his fingers.

“The weather is mild enough, you shouldn't need to wear anything heavy.” Yuza replied while he ate. The food was indeed delicious and it was too soon gone, in his opinion. When nothing remained of breakfast but a few errant crumbs, he rose to his feet with a stretch and gestured for Yuma to follow him. “Thank you again for the meal, Jaci. I think I may have to visit more often.”

“You are welcome anytime.” Jaci bowed his head while he cleared the plates away. He went to Yuma before the centaur left and pulled him down for a lingering kiss. Yuza averted his eyes and shuffled to the door.

“I'll be waiting outside, Yuma...”

“Don't be gone too long.” Jaci murmured, “Remember, you promised yourself to me today and I have many plans for you.”

Re: Hell (eiji)

"I won't break my promise." Yuma said gently, enjoying the kiss and reaching out to stroke Jaci's face affectionately. His lips curled into a soft smile as his mate promised him good things to come once he returned, but despite it all he had still had a lingering worry. Reluctantly, he pulled away from his wife and quickly threw on a leather waist-wrap adorned with embroidery and beads as well as a few other pieces, wanting to look proper before leaving his hut. He tied his hair back into a simple, loose ponytail then finally headed out to walk with Yuza.

It was another clear, sun-filled day and the air was mild, not too cold or too warm, just perfect. They had started their walk then, leaving the village where they could speak in private. Yuma eventually stopped, hearing the river nearby. "So what is it you need to discuss with me? I'm curious."

Re: Hell (eiji)

“First, I want to say that I am greatly relieved to see you and Jaci getting along again. We were really worried, when we heard you fighting. We have never heard you fight like that before, you and Jaci always seemed to be so perfectly in love. It made me wonder what had happened to him while he was away in the Niabi tribe or if he had found out about Kanzi after all.” A deep frown lined Yuza's face and he shook his head. He crossed his arms across his broad chest, absently rubbing at his stubbled chin. Yuza favored their father more than any of his brothers, who had been a very large man, heavily muscled and rough in his appearance. “Speaking of Kanzi, what have you decided to do with him? I know you have been sharing his furs all this time, which I still think was very foolish of you. Have you decided to take him as a second wife?”

Yuza turned his stern gaze to Yuma and for a moment it was almost as if their father himself stood in his place. “You had the love of such a fine wife, Yuma. I still can't understand why you chose to debase yourself with such a poisonous little snake like Kanzi. He has never made it a secret that he dislikes your wife and he has ever had an eye for power. Even now, I have been hearing talk from him that you will be making him your wife this spring and his plans to 'improve' the way the village is run. What is it you are really planning, brother?”

Re: Hell (eiji)

Post by Butler Eiji on Yesterday at 4:17pm

The topic of conversation was the one Yuma had hoped to avoid, but since Yuza brought Kanzi up and questioned his motives, he had to find a way to explain himself. "I made a terrible mistake, Yuza. When I finally reconnected with Jaci last night I realized it... I don't know what I am going to do about Kanzi now, but during the hunt I was weak and I fell prey to his charms. I had a moment of poor judgment and it turned into the mess that it is now." Yuma crossed his arms and looked out at the horizon past the trees, his eyes full of the deep troubles that plagued his mind.

"Kanzi never hid his malice and dislike for Jaci from the start, but I tried to ignore it and I just wanted to satisfy myself. All those weeks away from Jaci were maddening, I was lonely..." Yuma admitted, feeling the shame as he thought over how gullible and foolish he was to let Kanzi seduce him when he wasn't in his right mind. "I got carried away in the moment, but I didn't expect it to carry on past one night. The guilt weighs on me heavily, but Kanzi keeps insisting he'd bare me strong sons and make a good wife. He is a hunter, he's strong and beautiful in his own way. You're right though, he seems to hate Jaci and I fear he would want to replace him entirely if I tied the knot." Yuma furrowed his brows, realizing more and more how Kanzi threatened him and kept things going for as long as it has.

"I thought if I cannot have a child with Jaci, it would be prudent of me to take on another wife so I can have children, but I don't think Kanzi would co-exist well with Jaci. Now he is threatening to tell Jaci everything and I don't know what to do... I've changed my mind about taking him as a wife, I won't have someone who despises my Jaci. I love Jaci, Yuza, I really do. More than anyone or anything... I did him wrong and I don't know how to fix it."

Re: Hell (eiji)

Post by onichan01 on Yesterday at 4Description: :36pm

“I wonder if maybe it might be too late to fix this, Yuma. Kanzi is far more ambitious and I am not sure that Jaci could stand up to him. I know, you have told me so many times that he is not as frail as he seems, but I worry nonetheless. He has a such a gentle nature.” Yuza sighed and shook his head. “Our father took many breeders, even while he was married and his wife simply accepted it. I am not sure Jaci would be so accepting, though. I don't think this will end well for you.”

Re: Hell (eiji)

Post by Butler Eiji on Yesterday at 5:09pm

"I have to set things right somehow. It can't be too late... I wanted to try and tell Jaci last night, but it just... wasn't the right time. There won't be any easy way to tell him, but I have to. If I don't, Kanzi will and he's threatening to do it any day now if I don't marry him." Yuma sighed, worrying every moment he was away from Jaci that Kanzi was doing just that. The chief then turned to his brother again. "Kanzi may be ambitious, and he may think he has power to ruin my marriage and slip into the cozy position of being the wife of a chief, but at the end of the day I am the Chief of Sewati, and my decisions are final. I will not take Kanzi as my wife. Jaci is all I ever needed and somehow I will make it up to him... I just hope he can forgive me."

Re: Hell (eiji)

“Well, at least wait a little bit before you tell him. Jaci finally seems happy again, it would be a shame to burst his bubble right now.” Yuza patted Yuma on the back and turned to leave. “Hopefully things will work out better with Kanzi than we think. He may surprise us and accept your refusal gracefully. Just promise me you'll stop rutting with him. Especially when you have such a beautiful wife to be spending your attentions on, faun or not. Now, if you'll excuse me, it's my day to check the snares.”

Yuza grinned as he trotted, shooting one last glance at his brother. “You have no idea how envious I am of you brother. If Jaci was my wife, I would not be straying, that's for sure.”

Re: Hell (eiji)

Post by Butler Eiji on Yesterday at 6Description: :38pm

Yuma felt a bit relieved to have told his brother what had been going on in full detail. Yuza was always one he could confide in over anything and he knew his brother had a soft spot for Jaci more than anyone else in the village, aside from their younger brother, Yuu. He knew he was a fool to ever betray Jaci and try to see if the grass was greener with Kanzi. "Yeah, I will wait for the right time to tell him, then weather the storm of emotion that will likely go with it. Today we're just going to make up for lost time and I'm going to show my wife just how much I love him. Thanks for the chat, brother. I'll see you later, or perhaps tomorrow." Yuma then waved to Yuza as he headed back to the village, eager to be back in Jaci's warm embrace.

Birds flew up and into the air like a swarm as a shrill scream filled the air the tree shook. Down below Naomi stood, sobbing and kicking at the tree in anger. "Stupid tree! Stupid Atreyu! I hate him, I hate everyone!" The breeder yelled in a fit of rage. The past few months more and more men were turning him down and he found that the few villagers that were interested in him only wanted him for the sex. Time was flowing onward and there hadn't been any who sought his hand in marriage, at least none he would ever approve of. He could not understand how anyone, let along Chief Atreyu, could refuse him.

Eventually the breeder started to run out of steam and he wiped his eyes on the sleeve of the spring dress he made in the winter. Although he always acted like he was better than everyone else, deep down he had doubts. True, he was beautiful and many fauns desired him to warm their furs, yet when he stood back he realized he didn't truly have any friends and most of his fellow breeders kept their distance from him. He'd even heard whispers that he was the village whore on more than one occasion. "Curse all of them..." He sniffed weakly, getting up and wandering around the forest aimlessly. He wanted to get away and be alone, since there surely was no one in Niabi that cared if he was there or not.

Suddenly there was a snapping sound under his hoof and before he could look down he was flying high into the air, surrounded by leaves and rope. "Ahhh!" He cried out in shock while he was whipped up from the ground to hang on a medium high branch, firmly stuck in a hunter's net. "Gah! Who the hell put that there!?" He yelled, struggling to get out of the net to no avail as he swung in a precarious manner. "Help! Someone! I'm stuck!!" He cried frantically, afraid that no one would find him and he'd be left to hang in a tree and die a slow, horrible death.

Yuza was rather enjoying his stroll through the woods, the early spring weather making his task far easier than it had been in the winter. Normally he disliked being part of the group charged with checking snares, but when the forest was smelling so green and the breeze was gentle, it seemed like less of a chore. He did not even mind that the traps had not caught much game. So far he had only two small rabbits to bring back. Not a lot of a meat, but the pelts looked to be in good condition and might even make a presentable gift to a breeder he had been considering courting in the village. Yuma was right, it was high time he had found a wife. He certainly was not getting any younger and even he needed sons. It would also be nice to settle down. Although he had enjoyed his bachelorhood, he had to admit it was beginning to lose its appeal. He wanted someone to spend his life with, to not have a different breeder on his bed furs all the time. However, he just could not seem to find the one he wanted to be with, despite all the lovely breeders he could take his pick from.

He sighed as he checked another trap and his mind went back to his brother and Jaci. He wondered again at Yuma's foolishness to dally with Kanzi when he had the pale faun waiting for him at home. Yuza would not deny that he had an attraction to Yuma's wife, the faun holding great appeal to him. He was so petite and well curved, especially those hips and that backside...Yuza grinned as he considered his brother-in-law, imagining having those dainty hooves wrapped around him for a change. He was so distracted by his musings, he nearly missed the shrill squawking coming right above him. He paused, looking up in bewilderment as he realized that this was the place where one of the snares was and he wondered exactly what had been caught to be making such a racket. His eyes widened in surprise when he spotted a pair of red-furred hooves and his gaze traveled upward. The look of surprise turned to one of amazement and the lecherous amusement when he saw it was a faun. A rather pretty faun in a rather fetching dress...a fetching dress that was currently riding up a pair of lovely ample hips and exposing quite a bit from this angle. Apparently the faun, who was definitely a breeder, was not wearing anything beneath that pretty dress.

“Well, well. Looks like I caught something interesting.” Yuza chuckled. He enjoyed the view a few moments more before he went to the rope. “Hold on, I'll get you down little one. Stop squirming or I might drop you.”

Naomi's ears perked when he heard a voice and he looked down through the holes in the ropes to see a centaur staring up at him with a dumb grin on his face. Naomi knew that kind of look all too well and his sandy cheeks grew hot with a bright blush as he realized the position he was in and that his squirming and struggling had rendered him fairly indecent down below. "S-stop staring and get me down already!" He growled, feeling his heart begin to race as he was slowly lowered to the ground where he could get a better look at the rugged male that rescued him.

Once his bottom touched the cool earth he flailed his arms, trying to get the ropes off. "Was it you who put this blasted trap here? I ought to hang you up by this thing and see how you like it!" He said defiantly as he broke free of the net and stood up. He patted himself off, making sure his skirt was covering his extremities the way it was meant to. He then kicked his hooves to free them of the ropes that were looped around his delicate ankles. Finally he looked back up at the stranger, who was obviously from the Sewati tribe. It was then that Naomi got to have a good look at the centaur and his anger abated a bit when he saw a lean figure covered in firm muscles, deep tanned skin marred by a few scars across the chest and abdomen, and a face that held a strong, masculine beauty all of its own. Naomi found himself just staring, dumbfounded for a moment as he took it all in.

A mild wind then picked up, rustling the centaur's chestnut brown hair, sending the wavy locks across his high, well-defined cheekbones and accentuating those eyes. Naomi could not pinpoint what color they were, but a mix of blue, brown and silver. They were gorgeous. "U-um, sorry I didn't mean to sound so rude. I meant to thank you for getting me down..." He quickly chirped, hoping he wouldn't make the centaur upset.

“Oh, of course. Think nothing of it.” Yuza replied while he fixed the snare back in place. It distracted him enough to keep from laughing at the awestruck look on the Niabi faun's face. He certainly was quite docile now that he was on the ground. When he was done, he straightened up and brushed off his hands, then turned back to the little breeder. He looked the faun over shamelessly, his eyes drinking in all those sweet curves now that he could see him better. The faun was lovelier than he had expected him to be, with his dusky colored skin and rich red hair. His features had a rather devilish quality about them and his eyes were a startlingly luminescent green. He looked like sweetness and spice in one luscious package.

“So, what are you doing so far away from your village, little faun?” Yuza asked, absently stroking the small goatee just under his lip. “I'm sure it wasn't just so you could stumble into my snare. Are you lost?”

Re: Hell (eiji)

"I-I'm not lost, never." Naomi stammered, suddenly feeling embarrassed as he realized he must have walked onto Sewati grounds without realizing he had gone so far from his village. It began to dawn on him that he didn't know where he was, he had been so upset and consumed by his problems that he didn't pay any attention to where he had been walking.

His shoulders slumped then and he crossed his arms, looking around for anything that could be a familiar landmark, but he saw nothing but unfamiliar trees and shrubbery. He then turned his gaze back to the centaur and his delicate brows furrowed a bit. "Am I going to be in trouble for being on Sewati lands? I know it's forbidden for Niabi peoples to trespass, I didn't mean to come out this way... I wasn't paying attention. I guess I am lost..." He admitted, watching as the stranger eyed him up and down. He noticed the way he stroked his little goatee and that he was fairly hairy, quite a manly specimen if he ever saw one. Already Naomi's mind became distracted and he couldn't help but wonder how big his cock was or how Centaurs could mate with faun. After all, the Chief of their tribe was married to one.

Quickly he tried to shake off his lewd thoughts, knowing it was not the time to think with his breeding hole despite the fact he did it often. "My name is Naomi, and you are?"

“Yuza. And you're right, it is forbidden for you to be here on Sewati grounds. At least, I think I remembering hearing something about it from my brother. I think he might have just been upset at the time, though.” Yuza chuckled and dropped his hand, planting it on his thick waist. Something about the faun made him want to tease him and he schooled his features into a serious expression. “Still, I should probably take you in as a prisoner. Who knows if you really just accidentally set off the trap or if you were trying to poach our snares? I should let the chief decide what to do with you.”

Naomi's expression suddenly changed to one of fear and his eyes widened as his fuzzy ears drooped. The breeder then took a step backward, not trusting the stronger looking centaur not to grab him up and bring him to an angry Chief. He had seen Yuma and the day the centaur stormed into Niabi, easily shoving off all the guards when he came that morning to retrieve his wife. That demon was no joke and Naomi did not want to be his hostage. "No! I just stumbled upon it on accident, I'd never try to steal your prey!" Naomi huffed, feeling the urge then to run. He looked around, wondering which way to go that would take him home rather than further towards Sewati village. "You stay away, you brute! I'm not going without a fight!"

Re: Hell (eiji)

Yuza could not fight it anymore and he burst into laughter at the faun's expression. It was just too cute, like watching a kitten try to intimidate with its little claws. “Do you think you could outrun me or fight me off? I've wrestled bears, kitten. I didn't get these scars tripping on a branch.” He chuckled and shook his head, looking down at Naomi in amusement. He took few steps closer to the little redhead and leaned down a little. “I could be persuaded to let you leave with a warning, however. I'll even point you in the direction of your village. All you have to do is give me a little kiss.”

Re: Hell (eiji)

Post by Butler Eiji on Yesterday at 8:43pm

Naomi's fur bristled then and his tail puffed up as Yuza began laughing and the faun realized the centaur was teasing him. The little breeder then lowered his hands to his sides, balling them into fists and puffing out his chest as he gave the centaur a defiant look. He knew he didn't stand a chance if he really had to fight the tall, powerful creature, and he likely wouldn't get very far if he ran either. When Yuza finally gave him an option the faun blinked a moment, his cheeks growing redder. "What? A kiss? I guess can do that... if you promise you'll help me get home." He huffed, realizing the Yuza was probably just another perv wanting to get his kicks.

As the centaur stepped closer and lowered himself Naomi gazed right into his eyes and reached out to grab the sides of his face with his delicate hands and slender fingers. Yuza's skin was warm to the touch and Naomi could feel a bit of stubble across his jawline as he leaned in closer. Their lips were then a hair apart and the breeder found himself trembling slightly in a mixture of fear and anticipation. There was something about this demon that tugged at him, and when he was that close he could smell his rich, woodsy scent and feel his warm breath against his face. Naomi's heart sped up again as he pulled Yuza's face to his own, closing the tiny gap between them and pressing his full lips firmly to the other's.

Re: Hell (eiji)

Yuza started a little when Naomi suddenly grabbed his face, then relaxed again and let himself enjoy just how soft and smooth those hands were. He breathed in, inhaling the soft scent of the breeder. It reminded him of lingaberry blossoms and summer rain. This close he could also see those strangely bright eyes which seemed to draw him in deeper the longer he stared, enticing him from under the dark fan of his lashes. Was it really possible that lashes could be so long? Then suddenly that pout he had been admiring was pressed against his mouth and he forgot his study to dedicate his full attention to that sweet mouth. It very nearly took his breath away and sent a shiver racing up his spine. Gooseflesh broke out on his skin under the dark hair that furred it. He was hard pressed to restrain himself and keep it relatively innocent, despite the way his cock started to harden in his sheath. Yuza pulled away abruptly and straightened up, trying to cover up his sudden discomfort.

“Your village should be that way.” He spoke, pointing to the west. He ran a hand through his hair, tousling it more than it already was and nearly ruining the braid. “You better run along now and don't let anyone catch you again. The next one may not be so lenient.”

Naomi felt a bit strange kissing Yuza, it felt different from anyone else he had ever kissed, and not simply because the centaur was a perfect stranger to him. The breeder felt a spark of something between them and the sensation traveled up his spine and made him feel butterflies in his stomach. Yuza's lips were so warm and fit so well against his own, as if they were made for each other. His taste was intoxicating and Naomi was hard pressed not to deepen the kiss and explore the centaur's mouth in more depth.

When Yuza pulled away, Naomi felt weak in the knees and he realized that moment they shared made him grow a bit wet and his cock was semi-hard beneath his skirt. He couldn't believe a mere kiss was enough to turn him on. His lips were parted and he gazed up at the demon, remembering he needed to breathe as Yuza spoke. He turned then to face the direction Yuza pointed him to and somehow felt a bit of disappointment sinking in. He turned to the impressive hunter once more and gave him an impish smile. "Thank you... um, I know this is probably going to sound stupid, but..." Naomi paused, fiddling with one of his braided pigtails and swirling a hoof around in the dirt "...do you think I can see you again? You seem fairly nice and my Chief does welcome your people to our village. If you ever want to, I can make dinner and you are welcome to come over. Just ask for Naomi and I am sure someone will show you to my hut." He fluttered his thick, dark lashes then, hoping the centaur would take up his offer. As innocent as dinner seemed, Naomi was hoping for a bit more and he knew the implications of inviting a man into his home.

“...” Yuza stared down at the faun, at a bit of a loss. On the one hand, Yuma had specifically commanded that their villages were not to mingle with each other. Even if Yuma was younger, he was still Yuza's chief and he was bound to obey him. On the other hand, he had never felt an attraction to any breeder like he did to this one and at that moment he would have been willing to give his left hoof to see Naomi again. He drew a breath and sighed heavily.

“We'll see. I can't promise anything.” He finally answered and he turned away to walk off in the opposite direction he had pointed Naomi. “You better get going if you want to make it home before nightfall, kitten. And try to avoid any more traps.”

Re: Hell (eiji)

"Take care then, Yuza." Naomi smiled, turning away and walking with a slight sway to his hips as his tail swished side to side. He truly hoped the centaur would take up his offer, and he had a feeling he'd be spending his days and nights practicing his cooking skills, eagerly waiting for the day he'd show up... It was better to have some hope than none at all.

~~~
A week had gone by and Naomi found himself growing slightly distant, even going so far as to turn away the usual band of suitors. He was losing interest in his casual romps in the furs with whoever showed up to his hut looking for a good time, and many of the faun that fancied him started to grow resentful. A few even began passing hurtful rumors that he was becoming too used up to service their cocks any longer. Naomi hated it, realizing most of them had been using him and that none of them were truly interested in ever taking him as a wife. It was the same old nonsense and he found himself growing tired of it.
He bided his time by cooking, trying his best to be good at it in hopes that Yuza would visit him someday. He knew it was probably a foolish hope, the Sewati peoples didn't trust or like the Niabi tribe, so it was probably not meant to be. He sat in by his fire, stirring a rabbit stew he seasoned with mella spice and pepper. He took a sip of the gravy from his wooden spoon and smiled lightly, delighted that it finally came out right and the meat was perfectly tender. He usually ate alone and gave his leftovers to the breeders that tended to the children in the communal hut. It was all he could do to try and get his fellow tribesman to see that he was more than just a sweet lay. He could be just as honorable as any other breeder and was deserving of a proper husband.
He sat then and listened to the crackling of the flames, staring at it and becoming lost in his thoughts, which mainly consisted of a certain handsome centaur...
He had debated about it with himself for several days and nights, but in the end Yuza found that he could not stay away. Since their meeting in the forest, he had not been able to get the faun out of his mind, even turning down a roll in the furs with one of his favorites. He figured if Yuma never knew about it, then there was nothing to worry about. There was a chance that kiss in the forest had simply been a fluke and nothing would come of his courtship with this faun, but deep down he knew it was not true. Naomi had caused a reaction in him, one he had never experienced with any other before. Naomi was going to be his wife one day, but his cautious nature compelled him to take things slowly and be sure. That was how he found himself walking into the Niabi village with those rabbit pelts he had been planning on courting another with and a string of freshly caught fish slung over his shoulder.
His presence immediately drew wide-eyed stares and worried murmurings, several villagers bolting at the sight of him. Yuza raised an eyebrow, confused by the reaction and he stopped where he was at the village's border. He met the frightened expressions with a bemused one of his own until a tall, dark haired faun approached him with a wary, yet stern look on his face.
“I am Liwanu, one of the tribal leaders of this village. What are you doing here, Sewati?” He asked as he looked up at Yuza with a defiant expression on his face. Although it was obvious by the way he held himself that this one was no warrior, Yuza could respect the confidence with which he met him and the way he met his gaze. “We haven't been trespassing on your lands, you should have no quarrel with us.”
“Ah.” Yuza relaxed as understanding dawned on him. Yuma must have made quite an impression the last time he was here. “I'm not here to start trouble. My name is Yuza and I am here to court one of yours. Can you direct me to Naomi's home?”
That gave Liwanu pause and the shaman blinked up at Yuza in confusion, clearly not expecting to hear that. “Oh, uhh...” He stammered for a moment, then pointed down the path. “He's down that way, the one with the red thatch roof.”
“Thank you.” Yuza bowed his head respectfully and then moved past Liwanu, who continued to gape after him. He ambled down the road, ignoring the stares until he found the hut the dark faun had indicated. Yuza frowned, seeing how small it was and he wondered if he would be able to get himself inside it. Well, he would find out. “Naomi, are you in? It's me, Yuza. I've come for that dinner you offered.”
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by Butler Eiji on Yesterday at 10:48pm
Naomi was snapped out of his reverie when he heard a familiar deep voice calling his name, announcing who he was. The faun quickly scurried up to his hooves, pulling back the hide doorway and gazing up at Yuza. His eyes grew slightly teary and he blushed in embarrassment, quickly wiping away the evidence of his emotion with the back of his hand. If Yuza asked, he would say it was from cutting onions for his stew...
"Yuza! I wasn't sure you'd ever come. My home is a little small, but please come in! I made a stew, I'd love to share it with you." He smiled, unable to hide how happy and excited he was. Even his dimples were showing and the little breeder became more radiant as he noticed Yuza holding beautiful rabbit pelts and fresh fish. "Oh my... w-what is all this?" He asked curiously, surprised that the centaur came baring gifts. No one had ever given him anything, most expected him to service them in the furs if anything. "A-are those things for me?"
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by onichan01 on Yesterday at 11:07pm
“Well, it's traditional in my tribe to bring courting gifts. Don't you do that here?” Yuza asked, raising an eyebrow. He looked Naomi over, amazed again by how beautiful the faun was. His memory of the breeder could not compare to having the living, breathing reality. He held out the pelts and the fish to Naomi, presenting them formally. “I didn't just come for dinner, I came to make my intentions clear. I wish to court you, if you will accept my attentions.”
Yuza had a feeling Naomi would not say no, but he still wanted to give the option. It was also endearing to see the way he lit up at the sight of the gifts and he wondered if the breeder had ever been courted before. He found it hard to believe; Naomi was beautiful, he was probably fending suitors off with a stick. For a moment Yuza's confidence faltered; if that was true, then he had a lot of competition and how would he, old and weathered as he was, compare to a bunch of young bucks, especially with Naomi so young himself? He shook off the thought and straightened up. He was a prime mate; no youngling was going to put him off his pursuit. Naomi would be his bride by summer, he would see to that.
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by Butler Eiji on Yesterday at 11:25pm
Naomi reached out to take the furs and the fish, and the faun was practically about to burst, his excitement and happiness bubbling over. "Yes, Niabi men do bare gifts when they court properly, but no one has ever given me more than false promises. Most of the faun here don't take me seriously and I suppose it's my fault, I didn't exactly make myself difficult to have..." He admitted bashfully, not wanting to outright tell Yuza that he was always encouraging the hunters to come to him for some erotic playtime. He was always an incorrigible flirt and he made his needs known, and so his fellow tribesman never saw the need to court him in a traditional manner since he was far too easy to get. At least, that's what Naomi felt. "This is..." Naomi shook his head, his eyes watering again much to his dismay "...this is so wonderful, I accept your courtship. Thank you Yuza, I'm so happy I don't even know what to say!"
The breeder then set down the pelts, taking a moment to caress the soft fur and wondering what he could make with them. He then motioned for Yuza to enter his home and sit on his colorful throw pillows by the fire. He hung the fish too, knowing he could make a good feast from them that could be their meal later if Yuza stayed that long. "I'm sorry if it's a little cramped in here... I have a lot of clothes and jewelry strewn about. I like making those sort of things." He grinned, it was easy to see the faun was fashion forward and had a liking for material things to adorn himself with. The dress he had on was also one he made for himself, consisting of dark brown hide with lighter tan fringes along the edges. Down the center the dress was tied closed by a long leather strap, making it form fitting to Naomi's shapely figure.
The faun then went to his pot of stew, grabbing two wooden bowls and spoons and ladling the steaming meal out into both. "Your timing couldn't have been more perfect, you must have smelled this cooking from Sewati." He chuckled, handing Yuza the bowl and then plopping down close beside him with his own. He could hardly take his eyes off the centaur, eager to get to know him better. "I hope you like it, I've been practicing all week... hoping you would come over."
Re: Hell (eiji)
Yuza followed Naomi in, grimacing a little as he struggled to get in. He never realized just how big his backside was until he tried to wedge it through a Niabi village door. He seated himself where the faun indicated, taking up more than half the space around the fire. His eyes wandered the space, taking note of anything that could help him with courting Naomi. The breeder seemed to be fond of clothes and jewelry, which he confirmed with his happy chattering and Yuza decided next time he visited, he would bring some beads and feathers for him. Maybe something to match Naomi's eyes...
“Thank you.” He smiled when Naomi handed him the bowl of stew. It smelled and looked delicious. He dug his spoon in and took a bite. “Mmm, this is incredible. I haven't had a stew this good since my grandmother passed. This was definitely worth the long walk.”
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by Butler Eiji on Yesterday at 11:45pm
Naomi was glad that Yuza liked his cooking and he daintily started to eat his own, trying to act like a proper breeder should as he took in small mouthfuls. "I'm lucky I got caught in your trap." He chuckled, it certainly was an unusual way to meet someone. "The Spirits must have a good sense of humor." Naomi giggled, seeing then how Yuza took up most of his floor. Perhaps he should consider moving to a bigger hut...
"So, what made you decide to come here? I'm sure it's not usual for your people to court fauns and your Chief is always so adamant our tribes stay apart. I hope you're not going to be in any sort of trouble for coming here... Yuma seems very strict. Most of my tribe is afraid of him."
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by onichan01 on Yesterday at 11:53pm
“I noticed...” Yuza muttered, looking away as he thought about the reaction he had received when he arrived. He chomped down on his spoon, a distant look on his face for a moment before he turned his attention back to Naomi. “Well, don't concern yourself with it. Yuma won't cause any trouble over this, I promise.” Because I'm not saying anything until the wedding...
“I think it should be obvious why I chose to come here.” He smirked and reached down to tweak the faun's ear. They were quite cute, he decided, and wonderfully soft. The fur felt as silky as a taro's hide and it made him wonder about the fur on Naomi's lower legs. His fingers itched to run through it, but he restrained himself and went back to his spoon instead. “I suppose you left quite an impression on me. I haven't been able to forget you since I let you go in the forest.”
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by Butler Eiji on Today at 12:11am
Naomi felt reassured by Yuza's words, knowing that their union would be blessed by the Spirits. Something in his heart told him this was fate, and nothing could come between them, not even the grumpy centaur chief. Naomi smiled sweetly then, eating more of his meal and feeling content to have Yuza's company. As the centaur tweaked his ear he chuckled, finding his ears a bit ticklish. "I haven't been able to get you off my mind either. I feel like I would have been cooking dinners and waiting for you for the rest of my life since that day. You make me feel something no one else has ever made me feel before. I know we barely know each other, but when we kissed, Yuza, I swear I felt something special..."
Naomi then set down his bowl and turned to face the centaur completely, sitting on his knees. He reached out then to caress the demon's face, mesmerized by the roughness and smoothness all in one as he felt his stubbled jaw once more and higher up, his soft cheek. "I'm so curious about you. There are so many things I don't know about your people and... I am really eager to get to know everything." Naomi's eyes seemed to relay the true meaning of his words as the faun gave Yuza a sultry glance. Naomi was not one to hide his desires, and he knew the power he held over men. One look was usually all it took to have them in his furs.
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by onichan01 on Today at 12:24am
Yuza paused mid-bite when Naomi turned to him and laid his hand against his cheek. The look in the faun's eyes heated his blood and for a moment all he could imagine was stripping off that buckskin dress and having at the sweetness underneath it. In fact, his hand was reaching for leather ties already before he snapped out of it and stopped himself, snatching his hand back. He sighed and set his bowl aside, then reached up and took Naomi's hand in his own. It was dwarfed in his own broad, rough palm; he could close his fingers around it completely.
“Naomi, I'm sure you know how beautiful you are. I doubt anyone has ever said no to you.” Yuza smiled and reached out with his other hand to brush the hair back from Naomi's face, tucking it behind an ear. “But I was serious when I said I intended to court you and among my people, a courting couple does not share their furs until they are married. Although I feel strongly for you, I want us both to be sure that this match is truly right. After all, it's easy to get carried away in a moment. So I ask you to be patient and allow us time to get to know each other spiritually before we do...physically.”
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by Butler Eiji on Today at 12:42am
Naomi blushed brightly then as Yuza took his hand and told him what he hadn't been expecting to hear. The breeder tried to hide his disappointment and wondered how on earth he was going to survive this courtship without any sex. It was unthinkable... "Ah, in Niabi, courting couples are often encouraged to rut so they are certain they mesh well physically as well as spiritually. I will, however, respect your tribe's customs." He blinked then, going quiet for a moment as he tried to think of some way around such a conundrum. "Can we at least kiss and cuddle? And... maybe...." He licked his lips, hoping Yuza would give in somehow. "Maybe do some stuff with our hands? It's innocent enough, right?"
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by onichan01 on Today at 12:49am
Yuza raised an eyebrow at Naomi's proposal and shook his head. “I think we both know how that would end if we went that far. I'm only a man, you know. Even my restraint can only be tested so far.” He chuckled and then raised Naomi's hand, pressing a kiss across those delicate knuckles. “But I suppose I can consent to a few kisses and some closeness. If you can promise to behave.”
Re: Hell (eiji)
"I'll be good for you." Naomi promised, though he began to think he'd be using those toys of his that had been collecting dust for quite some time. He never had any need for them. "I'm sure you've probably figured out my nature by now. I'm a bit of an addict..." He blushed as he started to tell Yuza the truth about himself. "I rarely have gone more than a day without rolling in the furs with someone, so this will be extremely difficult for me. This past week I have cut down because all I could think of was you, and I started to see that the other fauns that visited me only wanted one thing, but you might give me what I really need... love, stability, a family maybe? All I want is to belong to someone and be a good wife. So if it means I have to spend my nights diddling myself, I will. For you!"
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by onichan01 on Today at 1:12am
Yuza could say nothing for several minutes after Naomi's blunt confession. He stared down at the faun with his mouth hanging open, his words chasing circles in his head until he realized he was doing it and snapped his mouth shut. While he had suspected that Naomi was not exactly innocent, he had not been expecting this. “I...uhh...I see.” Yuza finally managed to stammer out. Although rather than being repelled, like some would, he instead found himself imagining the little faun spending his nights pleasuring himself and he gulped. His cock began to stiffen in its sheath. His resolve wavered for a moment and he released Naomi's hand. “I think I had better take my leave...Thank you again for dinner, Naomi. I will see you again soon.”
He pressed a chaste kiss to Naomi's lips, then all but fled the hut, knowing if he did not make it out now, he would be pinning the faun to floor in no time. He left the village at a rather fast clip, drawing stares of confusion this time as he trotted past and disappeared into the forest.
Naomi felt a bit awkward then in the long silence between himself and Yuza. He started to worry that he said too much and was a bit too straight forward. It was the same bad habit that made Chief Atreyu turn away from him and the little breeder picked up his bowl, looking a bit more somber before Yuza finally spoke. When Yuza said he would be leaving, Naomi's heart sank and his lips parted as if to say 'don't leave,' but Yuza's kiss stopped him and before he could react, the centaur was gone. Naomi sat there stunned, his eyes welling up with tears as he feared he scared the demon off for good. "I'm such an idiot..." His lower lip trembled then and he began to sob, fearing Yuza would never come back.
Spring was Liwanu's time, a time for planting and the weather was perfect for it. The shaman had headed to the field with the breeders and the children who were old enough to help with the chores to start tilling the fields and prepare the first season's crops. The hunters had taken to the rivers to capitalize on the numerous species of fish that were spawning, save for Atreyu. Much to Liwanu's amusement, the chief had decided to assist in the fields today as well, claiming he wanted to get more involved in his mate's work, as Liwanu did in his. In truth, it was rather cute how he had insisted on helping and Liwanu would not turn down another helping hand.
Liwanu glanced back over his shoulder at the faun currently occupying his thoughts and a small smile curved his lips. The boy was rapidly becoming a man before his eyes and a fine chief. Over the winter Atreyu had put on several inches, bringing him up to Liwanu's height at last and the shaman had a feeling he would be putting on a few more before long. Atreyu had also thrown himself into his work more after his breakup with Nana, which Liwanu had been disappointed about for several weeks after, and his body was bulking up with hard muscle. At the rate he was going, Liwanu doubted he would be the bigger one for much longer; especially if Artax and their father had been any indication. He was also going to be quite handsome as well.
The shaman shook his head at himself and turned back to his task, taking a moment to twist his long hair up into a messy half-bun to keep it from getting in the way. He had not bothered to cut it during the winter and it had grown out to nearly reach his tail in straight, silky black locks. Both Pakuna and Atreyu had expressed their pleasure in his hair's growing length; the latter in particular seemed to have developed a fondness for pulling it in their more passionate moments, so he had been considering leaving it.
“Alright everybody, we'll start at the right and work our way across.” Liwanu announced, cupping his hands around his mouth to help project his voice to those in the back. The workers immediately set to the task and Liwanu prepared to join in himself. He hiked up the hem of his long leather kilt, a plain brown garment trimmed grey fur with a high waist and thigh high slits that showed off his powerful legs. Pakuna had crafted it for him during the winter, claiming he enjoyed seeing Liwanu's shapely thighs when he had questioned the design. He also wore a matching short poncho that Pakuna had made to go with it and some leather straps around his thighs and upper arms that had pockets attached for holding any little tools or other things he might need.
Liwanu picked up a basket of guri squash seeds and went to work, leaning over and pressing the seeds deep into the dark, wet earth. It was still a little cold from snowmelt and he wished he had thought to bring gloves.
"Thanks for letting me help, wicasa. I'm going to be doing a lot of fishing with Pakuna and the other hunters soon, but the river is still a little too cold for my liking, and I was hoping to wait a while before I go wading into it to spear fish." Atreyu grinned, carrying a pouch of nabu gourde seeds to be planted beside Liwanu's guri squash. The teen had turned eighteen only a few days earlier, and over the winter his hair had also gotten longer until it hung down to his butt in wavy tendrils. He had it tied back in a ponytail as usual, never bothering to do much else with it. Now and then Pakuna would take some time to brush it and braid it for him, but the breeder had his hands full lately with the spawning salmon that filled the river. It was a time where one harvest became bountiful while the other was just being planted.
Atreyu tried to spend more and more time with both of his mates, wanting to be closer to them and not spend so much time alone anymore. He enjoyed both of their company and started to feel loved by the pair almost as much as they loved each other. He knew that he was falling for Liwanu and Pakuna, day by day, and he found himself craving their attention. The young chief had become comfortable with both of them and grown to enjoy their fun in the furs or anywhere else the moment happened to be right. He was still certain he'd never take on a wife of his own, so he devoted all he could to Liwanu and Pakuna, and Kuruk had become as much his own son as he was Liwanu's.
As Liwanu announced the start of the planting, Atreyu busily started sewing his seeds into the muddy earth. It was still not warm enough to go out in a simple loincloth, so he wore buck-skin leggings under his thick loincloth that was layered by three pieces, the outermost layer laced in white fur. Around his waist was an embroidered belt with a leather strap of red and brown beads and two large eagle feathers hanging from the left side. On his upper body he wore a leather vest that closed in the front via bear claw buttons. The arm holes were also laced with fur and he had leather straps around his upper arms.
"You know, wicasa, I think Kuruk is going to start standing up soon. He's already crawling all over the hut and he looks like he's trying to get onto his hooves. It's going to be so cute when he starts walking. I can't wait until he's older and we can chase him around and play silly games together." Atreyu's eyes lit up as he thought about it, having a great fondness for children and his own boy-like love of playing games. He felt it was something he'd never grow out of, and whenever he found free time from his chiefly duties, he would often play sports with his fellow tribesman and their sons. Everything from stickball to rolling hoops, running, swimming, climbing trees, building snow huts... He loved to have fun outdoors. During the winter when the weather was too cold, he'd often play games with the children in the communal hut. He had already commissioned several toys to be made for Kuruk when the baby was older.
“He's growing like a weed. Won't be long before he has to move out of his mama's room and have his own bed.” Liwanu agreed as he worked, pausing now and then to blow on his cold fingers. Pakuna had told him to bring gloves...”Although I think you have more energy for chasing than I do. I'm an old man these days.”
The shaman grinned and pushed a few errant locks of hair back behind his ear as he bent down to push more seeds into the earth. “Enjoy all that youthful energy while it lasts, sani. Before you know it, you'll be a retired elder, spending all your days by the fire.”
Atreyu laughed then and shook his head. "You're not that old wicasa. I'm sure you've still got energy to play with your son when the time comes, you're only as old as you feel. You certainly have plenty of energy when we roll in the furs..." The young chief said that last part lower so no one else could hear, a devious grin crossing his lips as he looked over at his partner. Liwanu was quite fetching in the outfit Pakuna made for him, and Atreyu couldn't help but admire any parts of exposed flesh that greeted his eyes.
Each time Liwanu paused to blow on his hands Atreyu realized they must have been cold. The ground was still quite chilled. He then reached out, taking one of Liwanu's hands into his own as he set down his pouch of seeds. He squeezed the faun's icy fingers between his warm palms and grinned. "This is still better than wading in the river."
Liwanu rolled his eyes a little at the mention of their bedroom activities and shook his head. After that barrier of intimacy between them had been broken, Atreyu's skills in the furs had seemed to grow by leaps and bounds. He was an attentive lover and eager to learn and he also had made good on Liwanu's offer that he should spend less time with his hand when urges came and instead spend that energy on his lovers. As a result the winter had been rather trying time. Those long periods where they were snowed in or it was simply too cold to do much outside, Atreyu had only had one thing on his mind and it seemed to take only the littlest thing to set him off. It gave Liwanu a whole new appreciation for Pakuna; if the breeder had not been there for the young chief to spend his youthful energies on, Liwanu had a feeling he would have been crawling out of his tent when spring came. Still it was hard to complain too much.
“Thank you, sani. I guess Paku was right, I should have taken gloves. You better not tell him I said that, though. He enjoys being right far too much.” Liwanu smiled at Atreyu when the younger faun took his hand and warmed his chilled fingers. The shaman closed his eyes and sighed, turning his face up to the sun and exposing the elegant column of his throat. His voice came out as husky purr while he basked. “Mmm, it's so warm...feels good.”
"I won't tell." Atreyu promised, knowing that Pakuna did enjoy teasing Liwanu often, it was part of his charm and playfulness. It never ceased to amaze Atreyu how Pakuna ran the hut. He was more dominant than Liwanu when it came to domestic business. The goings on in their hut was his domain and he was always right, at least he acted as though he was. Neither he nor Liwanu could argue with Pakuna.
As Liwanu paused to turn his face up to the warm sun, Atreyu's breath caught in his throat for a brief instant as he gazed upon his lover. Liwanu was so beautiful in that moment, just enjoying the warmth of the golden light that bathed his beautiful face. Atreyu gave a gentle smile and squeezed his hand a little more, enjoying the peaceful moment they shared and nodded. "It is warm." He said simply before leaning in to kiss Liwanu's exposed neck. He just couldn't resist the temptation and that soft skin that begged for his lips. A few of the breeders nearby noticed the little gesture and giggled, glad to see their chief and his shaman had gotten so close. Atreyu then made his way to Liwanu's ear, nuzzling the soft fur a moment. "Perhaps you need a little break to warm up a bit more... I think I can help you." He said in a heated tone, moving one hand over the top of Liwanu's and stroking the faun's knuckles. "We should take a little break and go somewhere more private wicasa... your chief commands it."
Liwanu's eyes opened when he felt a pair of lips on his neck and he looked down at his mate, a little exasperation in his face despite the pleasure of that light caress. His ear flicked and a shiver passed through him as the sensitive appendage was teased. “Sani, are you serious? Again? I mean, just this morning...” He glanced around when he heard the giggles and he gave the offenders a hard glare, sending them scurrying back to work before he turned his attention back Atreyu.
“Being chief doesn't mean you get to command me, I'm the only one you can't command. I'm your equal, remember?” Liwanu smirked and shook his head. “I thought you wanted to work today...We barely started and you already want a break? You truly are insatiable...”
Atreyu pulled back to gaze in Liwanu's eyes, his own holding a look of playfulness mixed with desire. "I do want to work, but seeing you just now... You're so beautiful Liwanu. I just can't help myself. Maybe we can just take a short break then come right back? I want to do something for you, not for me, wicasa. I promise it won't take too long..." The young chief tried to coax the elder faun, his confidence waning slightly at his mate's exasperation. "I'll make it worth your while, I promise." He grinned, leaning in to kiss the side of Liwanu's jaw. "Come on, please?"
Liwanu was willing to admit that he was not the strongest man in the face of temptation; he could never resist lingaberry bread and he always ate the fattiest part of the roosing bird despite the way Pakuna yelled at him afterward. Right now, with the hopeful look on Atreyu's face and the promise in his voice, he could little but give in yet again to the demands of his mate.
“I can't believe I'm saying this, but I look forward to the day your libido stops dominating your brain. Come on.” Liwanu sighed and turned to drag Atreyu away into the copse of trees nearby. The fieldworkers looked on in amusement and he did his best to ignore the knowing looks they received. When they were out of sight, he turned back to Atreyu and pulled the youth close to kiss him. “Now, we can't be gone too long...There's a lot of field left to be planted and I expect after that that you'll really put your back into it.”
Re: Hell (eiji)
Atreyu couldn't help his delight when Liwanu caved in to his demands and they were soon out of sight from the others and alone together. As his mate kissed him, he wrapped his arms around Liwanu and kissed back with vigor, enjoying the sweet contact of heated lips. "Mmm I promise I will work very hard, wicasa, until all of the field is planted and I am sore from head to toe." He grinned, then tackled Liwanu's lips again with his own, deepening the kiss as a devious hand started moving down the older faun's body and was slipping under his kilt. Atreyu slowly maneuvered his mate so that Liwanu's back was pressing up against a tree, he was certain he'd be needing the support when he was done with him.
The young chief found that Liwanu wasn't wearing a leather thong or anything underneath his kilt and his lips turned into a wicked little grin as he wrapped his fingers around the dangling piece of flesh he found there, squeezing it and stroking it slowly, coaxing it to harden. Atreyu's kisses then began to descend, moving along Liwanu's jawline and down to his sensitive neck. He then slid a hand under the faun's poncho and teased one of Liwanu's nipples until it was a hard little bud, delightful to pinch and squeeze. Heated lips made their way over the other nipple and Atreyu took it into his mouth between his teeth, rolling his tongue around the little piece of flesh over and over.
When he was satisfied with his work on Liwanu's chest he then kissed his way down even lower, finding the faun's naval and the little trail of fur beneath it that led to a happier place. He flicked his tongue out at it and then began to kiss it as his other hand left the nipple it had been fondling. He grasped Liwanu's kilt and pulled it aside so he could see that delicious cock waiting for him. It hung heavily as it grew, slowly lifting to greet him as his other hand worked it a little more. Atreyu looked up at Liwanu then and gave him a devilish grin before moving to take the blushing tip of his lover's cock into his mouth. He brushed his tongue against it, rolling it over the edges where the swollen tip met the rest of the impressive organ. "Nnnn do you like that wicasa?" Atreyu purred, continuing his ministrations and hoping to make the man above him tremble with pleasure.
“I just hope it helps you burn off this overabundance of energy you seem to have.” Liwanu spoke between kisses, although even he could not deny he was enjoying himself. He plucked open the ties on Atreyu's vest to slide his hands inside and run his fingers across the chief's well developed torso. He soon felt his back hit a tree and he pulled back to look at Atreyu, his cheeks flushed and his breathing coming in rapid pants that steamed the air between them. He groaned and his head fell back against the trunk when Atreyu's hand slid under his kilt and took hold of him. The youth knew just how to handle him now and warmth pooled in his loins as all the blood in his body seemed to change course to his cock.
“Oh, yes...Spirits, that's so good, more...” Liwanu panted when Atreyu began teasing his chest, his back arching under the chief's touch. He reached up with one hand to fist it in Atreyu's thick hair while his other hand curled into the rough wood above his head. Liwanu groaned throatily as his nipples were toyed with, every little tug and lick sending a jolt of pleasure through his body that went straight to his cock. His hips jerked into Atreyu's hand and he made a noise of disappointment when the chief abandoned his chest for greener pastures, pulling aside the front flap of his kilt to expose his perky nethers.
Liwanu gasped when a hot tongue started rolling over his stiff flesh and his body tensed for a moment before he slumped, his knees going weak. “Aaah, sani...you are getting far too good at this.” He keened, his hips arching up. The shaman's hand tightened in Atreyu's hair and he had to resist the urge to thrust. “Nnn, less talking, more tongue.”
Liwanu's reactions made Atreyu's own burgeoning member start to puff out his loin cloth. He loved his mate's voice when he was aroused and the way the muscles in his body vacillated between tension and relaxation. He knew the effect he was having on Liwanu and he wanted to make the faun completely lose himself in the moment. As his wicasa demanded less talk and more tongue, Atreyu happily obliged him by taking the faun's cock farther into his mouth until the head was brushing against his throat. Again he began to roll his tongue about the pulsing piece of meat, sucking and bobbing as he went. With a free hand he started to caress and massage Liwanu's warm sac, loving how his balls were so pliant and warm against his palm. With the other hand he wrapped his thumb and forefinger around the very base of Liwanu's cock, squeezing it to make sure his lover stayed nice and hard as he continued his oral adventure.
“Aaaah, Atreyu! So good!” Liwanu moaned. He could never keep his mouth shut during sex, which made discreet sex rather difficult, but he could never seem to help himself. He gave another purring growl of a moan and bit his bottom lip as he thrust his hips up into the chief's hot wet mouth. His fingers scraped the bark, sending flakes of it falling on the pair, but he hardly noticed. His other hand finally released its grip on Atreyu's hair and ran it through his own hair, then dragged his nails lightly across his shoulder and down his chest. He teased his own nipple, rolling it between his thumb and forefinger, then tugging on it as he abandoned himself wholly to the erotic sensations his lover aroused in him. He made a sensual picture with his mussed hair and his face flushed with sweat dewing on his tanned skin.
The shaman stopped playing with himself and reached down between his legs to take Atreyu's hand, the one that was cupping his balls and lifted it up. He had to lean forward a little to take the calloused digits in his mouth, running his tongue over each one and sucking them the way Atreyu worked his cock. He looked down at his mate heatedly, his brown eyes dark with lust as he groaned and painted each finger with his tongue until it glistened with his saliva. Then he released the appendage and leaned back against the tree, reaching up to grip the bark above his head with both hands.
“Do my ass too, sani.” He purred and spread his legs wider apart. Wetness glistened on his lips, and a bit trickled down his chin, making him look almost vulgar in this raw moment. He licked his lips, the tip of his tongue outlining the soft pillow of flesh with a flexibility that had been employed on the chief on more than one occasion. “You know just how I like it, fuck me with your fingers.”
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by Butler Eiji on Yesterday at 12:40am
Now and then, amidst the hot sucking action Atreyu looked up at his lover. The sight of Liwanu with his hand scraping at the tree while the other played with a taut nipple sent a sharp wave of arousal right down his spine to his cock, making it throb almost painfully with need as he neglected it entirely for Liwanu's sake. He could already feel a wet spot forming against his leathers and he began to wonder if his plan to simply give Liwanu a blow job was really all that would transpire...
The urge to fuck his mate up against the tree was quickly rising and the excitement that went along with that mental picture made the chief suck a little harder. His mouth made loud slurping sounds and now and then he pulled away to simply lap at the tip like a hungry dog. He found himself licking up and the down the sides of his mate's sizable cock, then dipping his tongue into the little hole at the tip. He could taste a slick bead of precome and he knew his partner was growing hotter by the second. "Oh Spirits Liwanu, you look so incredible right now... You're making me really hot." Atreyu practically growled, looking up at the faun as he took his other hand and started to suck on his fingers. That act alone was quite a turn-on and the young chief watched as Liwanu spread his legs and told him what he wanted.
Atreyu then slid his wet fingers up against that tight rim of flesh, rubbing at it and teasing it, coaxing it to relax as he began to slide the first finger in slowly and gently. He had learned through their romps together how to be delicate and make Liwanu feel nothing but pure pleasure. He knew exactly what spot inside the faun to touch and what speed and movement made him squirm in delight. As he began to move his finger in and out he resumed sucking on his wicasa's rosen cock, matching the pace of his mouth to that of his finger. He then worked in a second finger when he felt Liwanu was ready, and finally a third, thrusting them up in unison faster and faster until it mimicked the pace he would set with his cock. He imagined himself buried to the hilt in that heat, he yearned for it and in that moment Liwanu's moans and cries made his body shiver with pleasure.
He then let go of Liwanu's cock, keeping it in his mouth as he used his freed up hand to slip under his loincloth where he pushed the confining leather thong aside and let the engorged organ hang free. He gripped it then and began stroking himself hard. He couldn't hold back the moan that escaped his throat, reverberating across Liwanu's cock as he gave himself a bit of pleasure. "Mmmm!"
Re: Hell (eiji)
Liwanu was nearly screaming his pleasure and there was no doubt that the fieldworkers they had left behind knew exactly what was going on now. They may have been out of sight, but they had not moved that far off. This by far had been the biggest improvement in Atreyu's bedroom repertoire and was stretched taut on the tips of his hooves, his back scratching against the trunk with every upward thrust of Atreyu's hand into his tight ass. No doubt there would be a raw spot left behind, but at the moment the shaman could not focus on anything except the ecstasy that Atreyu built in him with the skillful ministrations of his mouth and fingers.
“Aaaah, Atreyu! I'm coming!” He cried out seconds before his cock twitched and released a flood of his seed across his lover's lips. Liwanu all but sobbed in relief as all the tension that had been stoked in his body escaped him with every thick rope of come that drained out of his cock and his hole clenched down around Atreyu's fingers, twitching with each pulse. Liwanu clawed at the tree as he trembled like a leaf in a violent wind. Then suddenly all the strength seemed to leave him and his body went completely limp. His chest heaved as he gasped for air and struggled to recover from the force of his orgasm.
“H-home...” He finally stammered when he was able to form words again. He looked down at Atreyu, a disheveled mess. He lowered his shaking hands and made an attempt to straighten himself up, albeit it was in vain. “We need to go home. Right now.”
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by Butler Eiji on Yesterday at 1:15am
Atreyu pulled back as Liwanu came, opening his mouth to receive the hot fountain of come that spurt forth, coating his lips and tongue in a slick mess. He licked his lips then, trying to take it all in and swallow the meal his wicasa had fed him. He could feel Liwanu's muscles clamping down hard on his fingers and the sounds and sight of his lover combined made the chief feel a wave of pride. He knew that he likely wrecked any hope Liwanu had of getting any work done for the day. The faun's next request made the young chief's lips curl into a large, victorious smile. "As you wish, love." He purred hotly, slowly letting his fingers leave that tight space he knew he'd bury his cock in soon.
Slowly he stood up, tucking himself away so he could at least appear to be decent until they were in the relative privacy of their hut. He leaned in towards Liwanu and kissed his lips hard, letting his hand slide down those tight abs and finally grab the faun's kilt, sliding it back over his softening cock. "Mmm do I need to carry you on my back wicasa? Or do you have the strength to walk?" He chuckled, taking his partner's hand firmly into his own and pulling him away from the tree to follow him.
Re: Hell (eiji)
“Don't get so smug, brat. I might change my mind.” Liwanu grumbled as he clung to Atreyu's hand and tried to manage his walk of shame through the fields with all the dignity he could muster. Dignity was difficult, however, when his knees could barely support his weight. It seemed to take an eternity before they reached their tent, which just had to be all the way on the other side of the village, and by that time Liwanu had caught his second wind. As soon as they were inside he dragged Atreyu down onto their furs and spent the next several hours riding the young chief's cock in just about every position they could think of and that the shaman's flexibility would allow.
It was well past noon and Liwanu was sprawled on his stomach, hanging half out the doorway of their bedroom. He had collapsed there after Atreyu had finished fucking him into oblivion yet again from behind and had yet to muster the strength to move. If he was disheveled before, he was an outright mess now, naked and covered in sweat and semen, his hair tangled. He groaned from his position and sighed heavily, stirring the dry rushes on the floor.
“You...I'm not bringing you to work anymore.” He grumbled. “You are just going to have to wade around in those frigid streams. At least they might keep you cooled off. Spirits, I can just imagine what Paku is going to say when he finds out about this.”
Re: Hell (eiji)
Post by Butler Eiji on Yesterday at 1:48am
Atreyu laid with his head against Liwanu's lower back, using it as a nice pillow as he rested across the furs. Even as young and energetic as he was, the past few hours with Liwanu wore him out and he knew he was likely done for the day. He licked his lips then and started to giggle as Liwanu grumbled at him from the floor. "Well, we did plant seeds today... or sorts." He joked, inhaling a long breath through his nose and closing his eyes to relax. "I'm sure Paku will will understand... we uh, well, when we work together things tend to happen too." Atreyu admitted with a sly grin. "Hunting is hard work and sometimes we need a break."
Typically Atreyu was a very hard worker, but he found himself slacking whenever Pakuna or Liwanu were around. The allure of having the best sex of his life made it very hard to concentrate on much of anything. They may have grumbled at him afterward, but he knew deep down they loved it and likely enjoyed the bit of spice he added to their already passionate relationship. "Anyway, I blame you both. You two taught me all that I know and now you must face the consequences." Atreyu chuckled and lazily rolled over, draping himself over Liwanu's back and hugging him. The tired chief rested his cheek against the shaman's shoulder blade after kissing the soft skin there. "You know what...? I love you guys."
Re: Hell (eiji)
“We trained a beast.” Liwanu muttered and gave another sigh, although he knew Atreyu was right. They were solely responsible for his sexual education; who would have expected he would be such a good student? Liwanu smiled and shook his head, feeling Atreyu shifting and draping himself across his back, then kiss his shoulder. That seemed to be a quirk all his own, that post-coital bliss kiss. Just one kiss, usually on the neck or shoulder before he snuggled in and made himself comfortable for a nap. Liwanu reached up and ruffled Atreyu's hair affectionately. It was hard to stay mad at him when he was being so sweet.
“I love you too, sani.” He murmured and it still amazed him how much he meant it. The young chief he had been so irritated at being paired with before had managed to burrow his way into his heart with the passing of time and now he could not imagine life without this energetic youth in it. Even Kuruk looked to Atreyu as a father now; the boy was truly family. “The Spirits always seem to know what they're doing.”
