“Have fun and school sweetie,” Kali turned around and gave a wave to her step-father. She was 7 years old and hated the fact her mother remarried only 4 months after her real father died. Granted she hadn’t seen her father for over 2 years, it still upset Kali that her mother remarried.
“Oh, Kali, I’ll be picking you up today, your mother left this morning on an emergency business trip.” He smiled, acting like everything was just fine and dandy. Kali groaned to herself and just smiled.
“Whatever, I’ll see you then Troy.” Kali watched him drive away and sigh to herself. Great a weekend alone with Troy, what fun… Kali turned around and began walking toward her school from the parking lot. As she walked around a large van she ignored the fact the side door just slammed open.
Before she knew it, Kali was grabbed from behind and as she was being pulled toward the van a strange smelling cloth was place over her mouth and nose. Before she could scream, the world went dark.

Kali woke up in the dark. She tried to sit up and the room span. She lay back down and tried not to vomit. After the dark room stopped spinning she slowly sat up and let that round of nausea pass as well. She slowly stood to try and figure out where she was. After she took a step the door across the room opened and a man walked in.
“Hello Kali, welcome to your new school”
