Spirit Dragon Gods!
Hello everyone. Another story..this time I am trying my hand at an original story so please R&R. After the first chapter I will do a small profile page to help you better understand my characters.
Chapter Warnings: Violence, some swearing, obvious shounen-ai.
Ryou Watanabe sighed as he entered his parents’s house from school.
“Ryou-chan! Phone call for you.” His mother called and Ryou hurried upstairs and into his bedroom shutting the door. He fell onto his bed and snagged his cordless phone.
“Moshi moshi.” He greeted whoever was on the other end.
“Ryou?”
“Kauro.” Ryou breathed out feeling his heart pound at his secret boyfriend’s calm, deep voice.
“I miss you.”
“Me too. Your home early though.” Ryou noted.
His older boyfriend Kauro Motosumi had graduated from the high school they had both attended two years ago and had been working for a video game company ever since. He made a very good amount of money and enjoyed spending it on Ryou.
“Yeah..I came up with a hot new idea for a video game. The bosses liked it so they let me go home early. Annd..I am on vacation this week soo..”
“Yes?” Ryou asked hopefully.
“I figured you could come stay with me..for a few days. I’ll take you to school, pick you up..and at night..well..” Kauro allowed his voice to trail off suggestively and Ryou blushed.
“Ok. Let me ask my parents.”
And so Ryou now stood outside the door to Kauro’s large apartment with his overnight bag at his feet. The door was pulled open and Ryou once more felt himself melt at how gorgeous his boyfriend was. Tall and trimly muscled, Kauro had long midnight hair and dark brown, alluring eyes. At thier school he had been one of the most popular boys and girls and guys had fallen at his feet. Ryou still could not believe that Kauro had chosen HIM over all the other desireables.
“Come in.”
Ryou sat on the plush living room couch and accepted the tea Kauro handed him. The tall young man sat down gracefully beside him and they shared a peaceful moment of silence.
“How is school?” Kauro asked.
“It is..” Ryou’s words trailed off as Kauro’s left hand rested against his cheek and the younger boy blushed staring deep into Kauro’s dark eyes.
“I..”
“You?” Kauro teased lightly leaning foreward until his lips hovered mere inches away from his younger boyfriend’s. Ryou swallowed feeling his entire body burn for Kauro’s touch, his kiss.
That night Ryou had gone out to pick up some groceries for the next day. He wanted to cook breakfast with Kauro and blushed at the thoughts he was having. It is like we are married or something, he thought shyly. Although I wouldn’t mind being married to him. The petite seventeen year old exited the store begining the short walk back to Kauro’s unaware that he was being closely watched..
{Is HE one of them My Lord?} A sinister shadow asked from where it was hidden near Ryou. At the confirmation answer the shadow snickered cruelly slipping into view and begining to follow the boy.
Ryou turned around hearing a footstep behind him and suddenly the ground before him exploded throwing him clear across the way and into an alley. Ryou painfully got to his feet shaking his head to clear it.
"W..what happened?" He mumbled
"Human! You are MY prey." A dark voice sneered and Ryou gasped at the cruelty radiating from it. A sinister shadow emerged from the others approaching Ryou who shrank back. Now what do I do!?
"Prepare to die Human!"
"Earth Dragon..go!" A different voice shouted and a loud rumbling was heard. Ryou looked up in pure shock as a huge shimmering green dragon emerged in the air between him and the shadow.
"Rock Blast!" The voice commanded and the dragon opened it's mouth spitting large rocks at the shadow who cursed.
"This isn't over yet!" The shadow snarled vanishing. Ryou cringed back as the dragon turned it's golden gaze upon him.
"Return!"
With a mighty roar, the dragon dissolved.
"Are you alright Ryou?"
Ryou looked up to see a pale teenage boy about his own age with dark green hair and thin glasses holding a hand out to him. Ryou took the offered hand and gasped as a shock went through him. The green haired boy's solemn face broke out into a wide smile.
"You ARE him!"
"I..what?" Ryou asked confused and still a little in shock.
"Here."
A pendant of some sort was shoved into his hand and Ryou's eyes gazed down on it. It was a white golden pendant with an engraving of a silver dragon on it.
"What..is this?" Ryou wondered moving his fingers over it. He gasped as warmth flowed from it through his fingers.
Master. I have waited many a year for you
Ryou gasped in surprise. The voice was warm and soft and felt RIGHT to him. Like there was nothing wrong with hearing a voice in your head...
Meanwhile Kauro paced the apartment worrying and annoyed. Where IS he!? he thought fighting back the worry that wanted to overtake him.
