When I first saw him.
The first time i saw him, he did not even know what a bar or pub was. Now he doesn’t leave and acts like a drunk. I never met a person that never head of things like that. It’s like he is from another world he doesn’t know about anything in this land. He just sits there with wide eyes excepting whatever people tell him. The first time he got into trouble he was in the jail for a night. Then i felt that i needed to save him he looked so inoccent I had no idea at the time of what he was really like. He was the thing from eveyones dreams and nightmares, he was the person you were looking for and running away from. HE was the person that I was in love with, he was my other half. He is what made me keep living even though it got unbearable sometimes. I looked forward to seeing him every day when I got home. I was his care giver and lover. And then that beauty and piece was stolen from me, he was taken against his will, whal I was forced to sit and watch as they hurt him. Torchered him infront of me. When he was an inch away from death they fianally stopped,and took him away. That was in the 16th month of the 5th season in 2007.
It’s 4025, and the weather has not changed much the whole world is experiencing a drought and the leaders are buying water from the other nearby worlds. The newest planet in the alliance, this earth system is our best bet. Most of their planet is made up of water and they have just resently opened p another resivor on mars. My newest job is to go to these planets and bargain with them in the hopes of getting the much needed resorse for our people. But alas I have quit yet again before they notice that I do indeed have very good skin, and look so young for my age. It’s probably time to become a student again. I am a half elf half elemental. My kind are hunted on both sides for our power and abilities. With this drought my people have been captured and forced to constantly create water, and you can’t do that, it needs to come from something. It is one of the oldest rules, you cannot create something from nothing. So in the efforts of protecting their young they use bits of themselves to create the water that they need, ever so slowly killing themselves.
The most powerful elemental that they have is the person that I have been looking for since 2007. The man that I fell inlove with all those years ago and was suddenly taken from me.My goal is to find him, free him, so that we can be together again and liberate the elemental people. Get their city back, they need the forest so that they can rebuild their tree homes. All I know is that i need to help my people the elemenatls are all that I have left the elves left years ago. Going to a mess of other planets so that they would not be hunted anymore. It was believed that if you ate parts of an elf you would get their imortality. It was false but the people still hunted them and with the elementals being captured they had no one to protect them. I am the only one of my kind, that I know of I havn’t really been keeping up to date on these things. All I have left to do is put my plan into action but I need more people to help me. That is why I am serching out all of the hiden elementals trying to find them before the government does. So far I have found 3 families, and their older children have all offered to help me but they need training. I need people that are already trained or ones that know how to teach. The second choice is my best bet. But I still have some hope. There is a rumor that there is an underground housing elementals and the very few elves still here. I have ti find them they are my only hope of getting him back. If the rumors are true, there should be alot of them there. All ages and skill levels, there would be teachers foe the ones born after they hid. There would be warriors and healers everythying that I could ever need. They just need the right motivation and the right plan of attack I have had years to develope them. I know I will suceed. As long as I find them first, I know I am close.But I just don’t know how close.
The rumors that I have heard say that they reside somewhere in the village sundance, which is where I have come. My only hope is that I at least find evidence of them, so that I know if I should continue my search. The last clue was a piece of paper with a crudly drawn map, I have it with me now so it was either a trap, or they did not clean up properly either way I should find them. I hope. This is my last chance if I don’t at least prove that they do indeed exsist and this isn’t just some stupid quest that has nothing behind it, I will have to give up and at least try to free him. I just hope that they are hear, I have to find a way to reach them so that they do not think that I am an enemy the only way that I can think of is iving my self up for what I am. But then they will also have to move so that they are not found. I know that I will have to use my powers to find them i just need to know to what extent.
I am heading to the place that the note suggests is their hiding place, that staff there might know something. I have hope but I cannot let myself get carried away, like last time. As I get closer to the door I can smell it. The beautiful sent of elvin food. I havn’t had some since this stupid thing started it is amazing it cures diseases, it heals grave wounds, it brings peopel together. And the only people that can make it are the elves, and lukily the only people that can smell it for what it truly is are the elves themselves or their friends the elementals. I think I have inally found them. Now I just need to let them know who I am. When the door opens I can’t help but smile these are my people. All I can do is look at the inkeeper with that stupid grin on my face. She smiles politly back at me.
“Can I help you, Miss.”
“Ahhh, you are cooking the elven way I can smell it, please I am not part of the resistance but I m looking for the underground. The food smells amazing and I cannot help myself please my I have some. I think I have money that can pay for it. I have not seen my people for so long.”
She gave me a big smile and held out her hand which I took without another thought. Thats when ath world went black.
