Forsaken

The thirteen year old boy with short black hair and blue eyes stood in front of the palace crypt as the Priest said the blessing of the immortals for the two new inmates of the crypt, King Poacid and Queen Zoei of Teinco. The king and queen were found in their bedchamber dead, the the autopsy that was performed on them showed traces of a posion that they had ingested.

Silent tears rolled down the boys cheeks as he mourned the lose of his parents. He was their only child the crowned Prince Aliktsu.

Aliktsu stood at the entarnce of the crypt as the council members walked by him. One man stopped in front of Aliktsu and looked down into his eyes. When Aliktsu looked up at the man the first thing to catch his attention were the man\'s eyes for they were black. Aliktsu recalled that this was the man that would rule Teinco in his parents place. Aliktsu did not like this man, his name was Oron Ruoh.

Oron spoke softly,\"Do not worry we will find the person who did this to your parents and Teinco empire will be waiting for you when your of age.\"

Aliktsu just nodded his head, he did not like this man. Something about Oron told Aliktsu that he should be on his guard. It was then that Aliktsu decided he had to leave the palace.

After everyone had filed out of the crypt the royal guard slid the stone taplet back in its place to seal the crypt. Aliktsu walked around the halls of the palce that\'s when he spotted two people he rcognized, one being Qus Rmakx the Blacksmith to his father\'s knights. Qus Rmakx and Aliktsu\'s father King Poacid were part of the Mercenary army that saved Teinco from Tansa God of Desruction who started the Immortal War. This was also when King Poacid met his future wife Zoei an Immortal who watched over Teinco. Next to Qus stood his daughter and Aliktsu\'s best friend Kema Rmakx. Like Aliktsu, Kema was an only child whose mother died giving birth to her. Kema was three years younger than Aliktsu and dark brown hair with violet eyes. The two had been friends ever sense Kema had been the age of two. Their parents the late King Poacid and Queen Zoei with Qus had arranged a marriage between the two sense before Kema was born.

Aliktsu started walking towards Qus who had noticed Aliktsu and turned to fully greet him,\"Blacksmith Rmakx I would like to ask you for a favor?\"

Qus looked down at Aliktsu, he had an idea what he was going to ask for Qus noticed how Oron was acting as if he were happy that the King and Queen were dead,\"I was wondering if you would allow me to live with you and Kema until I was of age to take the throne.\"

Rmakx looked at his daughter Kema who looked up at her father with pleading eyes to allow Aliktsu to live with them. Qus chuckled a bit then looked back at Aliktsu and said,\"Yes Prince Aliktsu you may live with us for as long as you like.\"

A small smile formed over Aliktsu\'s mouth as he nodded a thankyou and a silent yah was heard from Kema. Aliktsu with Kema walked off to his room to pack what he would need.

Oron who was watching the three knew this was going to prolong his plans. Oron walked over to Qus. Qus just stood there waiting for the counciler to say something.

Anger flowed from Oron\'s voice as he spoke,\"How long do you think you can protect him?\"

Qus looked into Oron\'s eyes and spoke calmly,\"As long as I can,\" Qus looked to where Aliktsu and Kema had run off, his attention was on Aliktsu and grief entered his heart knowing the boys future,\"I want to prolong the pain that is to come upon him as long as possible.\" With that Qus walked to where he saw Aliktsu and Kema waiting for him.

Reviews please as long a they are constructive (if that\'s spelled right). Hope you like and if you don\'t tell me, but no being mean. I decided to edit some thiings I found wrong like grammer, spelling, and I also changed Aliktsu and Kema\'s age (even though I never said how old they were in this chapter), their ages before were Aliktsu 8 and Kema 5 and some of the conversations I had for them sounded to old so I changed them so now they are older. Chapter 2 will be up hopefully within the next couple of days and it will be longer than this.
