Guy waking up as a female is not normally of particular interest to me but catgirls is nice so I decided to give your story a look.
Writing about waking up as a different gender is itself tricky since there for obvious reasons should be a somewhat traumatic experience. I think you handle it quite cleverly with enough partial amnesia for the scene to work, but without falling into the look-how-sexy-I-have-become routinee. She comes accross as sexy catgirl without her instantly knowing her body proportions or any similar sillyness.
The chapter end with her being found and we get a somewhat larger picture of the setting. Obviously it has enslaved catgirls serving men and a handy compulsion for sex to make the enslavement happen smootly. I was a nice touch that the first male did not want to capture her to build a harem. Not sure at this point if he is nice guy or if the setting contain social restrictions about collecting many sexslaves.
All in all I found the story interesting without it really blowing my mind so to say. I will most certainly consider reading more of the story.
