I’m kind of glad that Viktor will get his own little love (if the way I feel this is headed goes that way). While he was kind of a dick to our boys he seems lonely and jaded from his long life. That cute little angel boy is just what he needs. And it will keep him from messing with our boys.
I’m kind of curious which Gods are warning them. And who is doing all the plotting. Although my bets are on Anubis trying to fulfill the prayers of his people. (Even though I don’t think the Gods would normally give two craps about their people unless it suits them).

I had a thought!! So... since mating with a werewolf gives humans a boost to make them less vulnerable and more like their werewolf partner. Then why wouldn’t the same work with vampires? And since their only real vulnerability is the light maybe that could be helped even slightly. Also since they are the “first” werewolf- vampire mates no one would know that that can happen. But maybe it happened before and other vampires tried to take advantage of omegas to force them to mate so they would have the powers even though it only works for destined mates. And maybe that’s partially why Khonsu hates vampires so much and refuses to let her omegas mate them.
Just a thought. Lol. Maybe I should just stop thinking. ;)

Since I can't do a review response forum blog just yet (what little time I have goes into editing and posting chapters fairly consistently), I'm going to try to answer your questions here in this review.
* Mating and boosts- Yes, you are absolutely right. Nolan and January have the equivalence of 15SPF sunblock after their completed union. It's not enough protection, but they have a touch more defense.
*They are the “first” werewolf- vampire mates- Right again! Though Henry was an alpha and not an Omega, Lucian was still his soulmate.
*Why Khonsu hates vampires so much- That's a bit more complicated, but it will be explained. Robin and I are actually working on the last few chapters as we speak. It's amazing that we're so close to wrapping up already (I believe we're working on chapter 20 right now, wow).

Whaaa a new mate!! And it’s another vampire!! But a weak vampire. I feel like he’s going to shock us and be stronger than we expect and like a crazy hacker or something. And he’ll be the key to the book they need.
I feel like it’s kind of sad the vampires can’t go out in the sun even after hundreds of years. They should make a spell or something. I mean they can open portals and all this stuff why not spell themselves sun protection. Lol.
