Really hot story, your best one yet! I loved how horny you made the characters, for example Brook and Naomi's angry argument while making out like sluts. Or Izzy almost kissing another femboi but barely managed to stop their natural slutty instincts

My oh my, I've returned to this fic after so long, and it's just as great as ever. 

Nothing is held back in this world of depraved, carnal pleasure, with the first chapter serving as a powerful, impressionable introduction to what Pleasant Hill truly means.

I want to see more of Pippin and Rina. Like one where he got rich from one his ideas, and now is the millionair with the hot ass thoey 'wife'.
