Poor Talya, in love/lust/other with two men. Thankfully Micah has forgiven Talya and not treated him too badly but clearly Micah is not emotionally healthy, as we see it. He's fine according to his own society as a nobleman. Talya is not safe with him though. Trance is young and selfish too, none of them worthy of Talya! I'm looking forward to seeing the results of thiis emotional storrm.

I think there's a part missing from this chapter. A few lines in it says:
He loved Micah. Of that he had no doubt. But what did he feel for Trance? Is it
Talya returned to Trance and Fralen. “What is happening now?” he whispered.
I'm assuming there's supposed to be something between Is it and Talya returned...? Especially since I was a little lost for a bit after that point. Just wanted to let you know. :)
Other than that, this was a great chapter. I could feel Talya's emotions as he battled within himself over his feelings for both Trance and Micah... and that turmoil just increased once Micah returned. I'm looking forward to more and reading how Micah will take these newfound interactions and emotions between Trance and Talya.
So, at the risk of sounding like a complete nut... HOLY TOLEDO!!!! I read this story, YEARS ago. (My mind says fifteen years, but, whether that was the case...). It stuck with me, all this time. I loved every word of it.
Flash forward, to this past weekend. I decided to try looking it up, again... And, coming across this beauty? GYAH. I am in-love, all over, again! The updates are sensational, and, despite remembering my original read, very well, I am hung on every word, as though I am a first-timer. A million and one enthusiastic 'THANK YOU's! This work is absolute perfection, and I look forward to the rest.

Wow, Trance has it bad. And Talya seems so confused over his own feelings. I'm really interested to see what happens as they continue to try and ignore their feelings... and what will happen when Micah returns.
Talya and Trance are getting in deeper. Talya certainly spends a lot of time injured in bed! I can see that Micah's return will be difficult for everyone. Thanks for the update! I'm looking forward to seeing what heppens.
It has taken me forever to be able to log back into my AFF account! I have read and enjoyed every chapter/update for months! I apologize for not being able to review sooner ;( I am conflicted about how I feel about Talya x Trance's relationship. I think Talya is definitely just attracted to Trance because of his similarities to his father...besides I'd want the genuine article too ;) not a watered down, younger and less *ahem* experienced version. I am excited to see what happens as their emotional ties continue to intertwine. Thank you for all the updates!

I certainly can't see Micah being very pleased with Talya - this relationship with Trance iscertainly upping the tension. The relaxed way of life here is a great contrast with the army and the previous house, and it shows that there are many ways for free and slave to interact, whatever Micah may say. I look forward to future developments - thanks for updating.
