I'm really enjoying this so far. I did see that your note said the chapter would be updated in a week or so, and I am curious to see if a few things will change / become clearer. It's mentioned consistently that Nazazi is the King's nephew, and he calls Rukaide cousin, but by the the way the two are described, it almost seems like they are brothers, especially since Rukaide simply says Nazazi won't have to 'worry about Father anymore,' as opposed to saying 'my' Father. If they are cousins, more of Nazazi's immediate family would be interesting to see. The way he believes his uncle is getting rid of him, I almost wonder if the King believes Nazazi (or his immediate family) is looking to peform a coup, despite being sickly. I also agree with Rukia, some clearer race descriptions would paint a much better picture of Nazazi and his kind. Good luck writing, looking forward to more.

This story has an interesting start. I'm curios to find out what the Nazazi was doing with those tomes & how things will turn out with his marriage. The characters are also original, I like how you have described them. Hope to see more of this story, please keep up the good work.

Great first two chapters looking forward to reading more.
