i really love this story and hope it's not as sad as some of your others... because you have a habit of making a sad ending look happy.

I've spent the last few days binge reading this story. It's absolutely brilliant!! I have no idea how I managed to stumble across it. I was looking for something new to read on goodreads and ended up following a bunch of links which ultimately led me to Sharp Ears, Fluffy Tails.
This isn't my usual type of read AT ALL. I mean the comedy/romance is right up my alley, but animal-people hybrids? New territory. But I would class this as a very successful foray into the unknown because I absolutely adore Nikko, Knight, Bishop, Queen, Gus & the rest of the crew. I'm new to this site and still figuring out exactly how to navigate it. I can't see anywhere when you last updated this, so I was wondering if you regularly update? Are new chapters coming?? Who was that student in the dumpster? Is their family about to grow again?! AND WHAT'S HAPPENING TO JACK??!?!? I have so many questions right now!
Can't wait to read the rest of this story x
Well, we haven't the slightest clue who that fox is. Nikko called Kit before the emergency line, so I worry about what Kit will do when he finds out. It was amazing seeing Bishop in action! Though, I also worry about any of his abilities being leaked, as the company would try to make him graduate early. Seeing that beaten up fox only makes me worry for Jack. Hopefully he's not being roughed around, though it's bad enough he's in the position he's in right now.
Also, it's ridiculous how this story has amounted over 25,000 and only I and a sparse few others are leaving reviews. All of you reading on your cellphones and not taking the time to use your keypads to jot down a quick review for this story should be ashamed of yourselves. This is why we never have good things, people.
Ugh...my heart. This was so beautiful and worrisome at the same time! Knight's epiphany was wonderful. But, I'm sure that we're as concerned as Nikko when it comes to discretion. Especially with that blasted Kit running around like he owns the place.
This chapter left me riddled with anxiety amidst the adorable moments and bittersweet moments. Marie surprised me, I'm glad she finally seems to be on the right side. Kit, of course, makes me fret for the boys. Ben did so much for Bishop, I hope the pup realizes it. Their appreciation for Gus was heartwarming. Though there was no cliffhanger of any sort, I'm still anxious and want to read more. Worried about Jack, worried about the boys, even worried about Kent to an extent. I hope he didn't read too much into Nikko's actions that night. And Queen, of course, was as amazing as ever. I'm just really eager to read more.

I swear a had a damn near heartattack when I saw that I wasn't logged in to review. This is officially the most heartwrenching chapter yet. I don't even know how to go about commenting without saying any spoilers. But, oh my goodness, my heart's just torn assunder. You even left us a little tiny shred of hope at the end, even though it just made the heart ache even more for the poor thing. I really hope at least SOME of these babies get out of that horrendous corporation and end up safe. I'd be settled with just someone decent simply taking over from Hunter and firing Kit. In an ideal world, Hunter would be assassinated and Kit would be sold off to some rich woman that would force him into frilly skirts. As usual, I want to read more and am still anxiously awaiting the end of this one.
I'm ridiculously happy that Queen and Gus worked things out! Yay! And then yummy but adorable sex! That was excellent. That missing part was hilarious but sweet. I'm all worried about Jack now and what's going to happen! Xoxo Robin
