Noella had a trio of bunnies graduate? I wonder what she thinks of the Ruka x Toto relationship. Ha! I love how Nikko recognized Axle as a rottweiler. Well done, Nikko. I wonder what the poodle ladies were talking about. Is there some kind of award ceremony for graduants?

I think I just about "squee'd" during this entire chapter. A definite relief to see Knight running about again doing unexpected things (like hiding out in a bush and jumping out at Darryl to hand him a box of cookies). I wish Nikko would just trust and talk to Jack some more about the details of what he was really to do with Knight after his 'human training' was over. I mean, how did he even come across the trampled flier anyway? Was there supposed to have been some OTHER candidate for raising one of the hybrids?

Great chapter! I was a little sad it was so short, but definitely happy the separation anxiety chapters are finished. Your story inspired me to learn a little more about fennec foxes. I was really surprised by the sounds they make when they're excited and now picture Knight running around and screaming like a tiny pterodactyl when he's really happy. I can't wait for the next chapter and hope you update soon!

Ugh! Poor little Knight. I enjoyed the chapter and am waiting on the edge of my seat for the next one. I'm really hoping we're done with all the parts of separation anxiety because they're so sad.

I really should be doing my coursework, but I couldn't help it!! This was SUCH a good update! Darryl really is the best. Nikko should just refer him to the program! As a vet, he'd be an excellent teacher!!
