Also, wouldn't King's medical records and their testimonies count for anything if they pursued legal action against the company? I mean, even Gus without his arm would be another key witness. -rolls around in angst- Kit and Hunter need to go doooown.
"Kit..." Knight responded quietly, making Nikko's heart seize. "He's outside our house."
- I swear, I get just about as queasy as the characters whenever they realize Kit's around.
'It seemed some changes had been made to the database, and the little rabbit tracks erased.'
- And now I'm not only fearful for the boys, but fuming angry at Kit. He really has it out for Nikko and his family.
'Then, I will return in one week.'
- Well, it's time to make a run for it! But, if they're being monitored, I've no idea how they'll get out of this. I'm so worried for them! -rolls around in angst-
Ch 72:
GASP! I THOUGHT it was weird that I didn't see an update. Somehow, I MISSED it.
'never realized how beautiful King's voice would be when he cried out in orgasm.'
- Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
'Slowly, Bishop's tail began sweeping along the grass. His heart stung and his stomach churned. His genital pulsed. He was happy.'
- LMAO! Yaaaaaaaay.
'But if Nikko knew you were socializing outside, he would be embarrassed! So you need to do that in your room, okay!? But I can't wait to tell Nikko the good news! No, wait! Bishop and King should be the ones to tell him! But I'm so happy for you!'
- PFFT! Knight...good point, though.
'And then the corner of Bishop's mouth pulled up, his lips parted, and he, too, began to laugh.'
- Awww, yaaaaay. They at least got their moment of happiness. Ugh, I'm so worried about them.
It was so easy to guess who had made which cranes.
- LMAO! Awwwww, his boys~
For their happily-ever-after that he knew they would never get...
- Nooooooooooooooo *rolls around in despair* Don't think things like that! Dagnabbit, Nikko. Everyone has a right to be at least generally happy.
"Everything is okay, Nikko," Knight answered. "I took care of everything."
- Well done!
"How about... you guys?"
Bishop's eyes pulled to the side, while King only chuckled and said "My garden has started to grow."
- Dagnabbit Bishop! That better be an 'I got closer to King while you were in a coma' kind of shifty glance!!
Aaaaand shit has hit the fan real hard. With Nikko in this state, who knows what'll happen? Crazy little violent kid going to such extremes (if it even is the same kid as before, that is). I wonder if Knight will belatedly realize that the scent he got off of Hunter was Jack's. I'm also worried about how the boys will survive this. Man, Nikko just can't get a break. I'm also worried about Ginger, she seemed really dejected. I can only hope that she hires a private detective or something to find Hunter's brother instead of doing something drastic like killing herself.
Of course, with Bishop's sense of smell, someone could be socializing six houses down and he would be able to catch a whiff of it.
- LMAO! Poor thing.
Knight's head tilted thoughtfully, and then he smiled as he reached up and began removing plates from the cupboard. "That's different, since those were caused by someone else."
- OH snap...it feels a little chilly up in here. The fact that Knight knows the depth of the difference between self harm and being attacked proves just what King was talking about, that Knight has reached a whole other level of humanity.
UGH, this chapter...the turmoil of emotions between the triangle that is Ben-Bishop-King...I just about died. Give King a try, Bishop, give him a chance! I also just about died when King finally realized that the anger he felt towards Ben was pure jealousy. I hope he doesn't give up on Bishop. Just stop trying to help him with Ben and get in there, King!
Also, wow, so we're several chapters from the end! I feel both dread and eagerness to read the rest of it. I hope not much harm comes to the gang, one can only hope, right? ha ha. Either way, I'll be here reading and you'll read all my thoughts as usual.
Poor boys. Nikko should have thought a little better on his feet. No one would have blinked twice if they said Knight liked to cosplay and was going to a convention after the party, thus the horns. It was nice to see Bishop showing King more trust. And I also liked the part where Queen dispelled any awkwardness with Rita by distracting her.
Such a heartbreaking chapter. Something that would ordinarily be wonderful news turning into such deep sorrow as she fell into the hands of the company...and the final gift she left her teacher! We can only hope that the puppies won't be sold right away and they're able to do something about the company by then.
-fangirl squealing- He humped his leg! Why am I so happy about that? I can't wait to see what Bishop thought or felt after all that. -rolls around in joy- Hopefully he at least admired how gorgeous King is for at least a second, even if he really did imagine someone else. It was nice to see King's thoughts in this chapter. Poor guy either doesn't realize his feelings or is trying to deny them. Figure it out fast, King, and do your part to wiggle into Bishop's heart! I'm still rooting for you.
Kit's eyes slid over to King as he said "I look forward to seeing your happy smiles." It was clear he would be watching, waiting for King to fall.
- Kit is such a turd. Not as MUCH of a turd as Hunter, but a turd nonetheless.
"Yes," Bishop answered. "He's always... very polite."
Something in King's scent wavered, but all he said was "You should invite him over for dinner sometime."
- *gasp*! Does King like Bishop? Is it awful to want to ship King with Bishop? They just get along so well and King would protect him...aaaarghs, it's not fair to Ben, but I just can't help but think King would be a better fit. On the one hand, I do want Bishop to get over his aversion to touching strangers, as he would have to be in order to become on a nurse. But, romantically, I still want Bishop with King.
