Whew, well, on the BRIGHT side, at least it wasn't Gus...not yet anyway. And everyone's alive. This was such a good chapter, we were shown SO much. Jack's beloved, Jack's rival, Jack's second owner...the perverted creep that won't even grant Jack a Christmas request and delay the damn buying. I mean, I'm sure that the "very rich and very powerful associate" would have paid twice as much for BOTH the rabbits together. Jack, can't you play up to that petting and try to convince the git to send Toto the buyer's way as well so that they'll at least stay together? And what happened to Micaela? Did she die? Is she out somewhere? The only other thing I can think of is Ruka trying his damnest to convince the buyer to buy Toto as well. This is madness, and it isn't even Sparta. And then there's Kit...he should be taught what feeling helpless and in the hands of sadistic perverts feels like. Unless Hunter frequently seeks him out too, in which case Hunter just needs to go down.
Oh, oops...I referred to Micaela as "she" when Hunter clearly called him his brother. My apologies.
Oh no. I did not see that coming at all. I hope they figure out a way to stop the company. But I must admit i don't get why they are trained to be human when in the end they are sold as weapons or toys.
That Bishop is slowly but surely letting Nikko in and allowing him touches was great to see, as was his triumphant gaming battle. Knight was as thoughtful as always to have gotten him a matching necklace, and I liked the heartfelt letter that Nikko gave him. At least they had this calm moment of peace before the storm that's sure to come. It was Buck calling about Gus, wasn't it? The only other people I could think of would be Wendy calling about Roco or Noella calling about Ruka.
Uh oh. What a cliffhanger. The organization needs to be brought down. I wonder if they wlil go rescue him?
No, Nikko, no two brands of coffee are the same. Why are you cutting costs? What happened? Maybe I'm reading too much into the coffee thing, ha ha.
"I can't buy Nikko's present with Nikko's money!" - That is sound logic right there. Knight is so thoughtful.
"Because Nikko can't afford to give us money!"- A HA! I KNEW there was something behind that coffee.
"Everyone can buy everyone presents, and Nikko can get Yuuto brand coffee!" - LMAO. Knight seriously knows where it's at. Coffee makes the world go round.
This was a nice chapter, if a little heartbreaking, from Bishop's point of view. Once again, he's the one that was roped into the whole mess in the first place. But, at the same time, I don't think he could have ever ended in better hands than Nikko and Knight. I just really hope he gradually gets over his averse reactions to being touched and comes to find someone to be with in the long haul, as well.
UGH...I swear that's the sound of my own heart 'dying' a little. That chapter was just so meaningful and precious. I was wondering when they'd ever get around to making love like humans. Knight is so honest with his feelings. It makes me worry about times when he can't afford to be so honest. I worry about all of them in general, actually.
Oh my. This made me want to roll on the for squealing. So sweet! I love this story! Xoxo Robin
They are sweet together. I hope it all works out. I don't know if I wan't them to stay a happy secret, or if i want them to get caught and them fight to change the program.
I hope Bishop comes around, but in the meantime, what are they gonna do about graduation?
