I can't believe it's finished! This was a fantastic story! I don't know about other people, but I'm a huge fan of bad guy gone good. haha Can't wait for whatever you think of next :)

This raven in human form finds your ending satisfactory. A further explanation of who Frederick is would be appreciated. Is the end of the story or is there a possibility of a sequel? It just occurred to me Frederick may also be a unique. Perhaps darnubis or his sister will be sent to serenity or one of them will partner with Narciso. I hate Naciso's name to amn extent, because it I thought it sounded like Narcissist. I guessed that was a large hint to his personality. Quite relieved to be wrong. I believe that is the end of my random ending thoughts on Serenity. Thank you for sharing. It's my hope you have many more good stories to write.

Ah-hah. I assume Xander and Tian are on their way to either Serenity, as the story's namesake, or old Kelitrope as Tian knows the territory well and can use the generals ingenuity to retake the country. It will be interesting to see how Xander intends for this to end well. Also, I look forward to seeing how Narciso handles the outcome of the oncoming events. I still wish to see Gardiner have a companion at some point, as well as the siblings. Your characters have all well and truly grown on me. Well not the females but they are barely in the picture anyway(insert dry laugh). It truly would be a shame were these two to die considering how hard they've fought. Romeo and Juliet have nothing on them(honestly I've read it and the amount of time between "love at first sight" and double suicide is short enough to assemble a 200 piece puzzle in... Because that's exactly what I did). And even if you don't pair poor Gardiner with someone, I will still imagine him getting a happy ending in the way of that vampire story(insert slightly more lively laughter). I look forward to your conclusion.

Ohhh my god...I did not see this coming. Well, I had a hunch something was going to happen since Xander kept emphasizing that he was only going to be gone for two days...Ahhh!!! This is scary, how is Tian going to survive and how is he going to come back to Xander in one piece????
