Why is he so against having a relationship with him? It's obvious they care about each other, even if he can't admit it. I hope he keeps the baby.

There's this thing called 'doctor-patient confidentiality' as in the doctor, by law, cannot tell anyone the condition the patient is in to anyone, unless the patient has given the say so. Also, if Alsch is supposed to be stress free I highly doubt the hospital staff would allow anyone, even the patients mother, to get into a screaming fest. Which is causing him stress.
