I love the writing in this story, and I am trying not to cry from the latest update! D: huuuu, I hope matt makes it.

Nothing specific to mention. Just that I'm enjoying your story and am thankful you are in a place where you can start posting again..

I love how you snuck in the story's title at the end of this ch. :D You must hate me, I seem to make your life more difficult cuz I always seem to needle you into writing more chapters. I know this story is coming to an end, and I'm actually kinda glad for this one. Not because I don't like the story, but because I know that Payne will be happy, and I want that so badly for him.

Ah, so THAT'S how Payne found out about Matt! Amber and Abby are so cute! "Is that your new boyfriend?" Omg, I almost fell outta my chair! lol I can see Matt turning beet red, but he just looked at them in horror. lol My heart was breaking when Payne kept scrubbing and scrubbing his red skin trying to bleed the poison out of him, trying to get clean. I have heard that victims do that constantly, just trying to clean themselves, and no matter how many times they do this, they never feel clean. It'll be interesting to see how Payne and Matt fare spending the night (and nights to come), alone in Matt's apartment. Another great chapter, CL! :)

I'm so happy you've been updating this story! It's nice to know from your other stories that Matt and Payne end up happily together, but I love reading about their journey to get there :)

OK, I guess those admissions to feelings weren't as obvious as I thought they were.. still a long way to go before Matt and Payne are actually communicating with each other... In the meantime, what a stroke of 'luck?' Matt steps in shit and comes out smelling like a rose... agreed, won't be that 'sweet.' OK, what did Payne's writing include that clued in Matt? glad it did, though. This setting just feels so far from the Matt and Payne we see in another, what.. 20 years, maybe it will take a bit longer than I originally feared it would. Lots to overcome for both of them..

OH that was sooooo cute! Love the twins they are a riot! It almost seemed like Cindy was being a lil clingly with Mat when she put her arm around his waist while Payne was standing there... I'm SO happy that Mat checked on Payne I didn't even realize he was using a brilo pad! But it does makes sense if he wanted to get "clean".... Thank YOU for updating as always!

I know Payne becomes a confident man later, but seeing him so broken is heartbreaking.

Ah!!!! I finally caught up with this story!!! Yay me! lol I'm glad Spence was there for Payne, and I'm glad he told Matt how Payne feels. And of course Payne telling Matt his feelings helps too. Matt was really acting badly around Payne. Great few chapters, CL! :)

Ok, so I was about to tell you that something happened and that you had posted the chapter twice until I remembered...the reason it is so familiar is cuz I read it the other day hahaha. Man, I need to pay more attention to the difference between my comp, and AFF. Can't wait to see how these sleeping arrangements go, and what is Matt gonna do about him hurting himself? At least he's kinda talking now though.
