It's heartbreaking to see what Emory is going through after being attacked...that is really so much shit to deal with after already being put through hell when they assaulted him :( It's not fair damn it! And poor Atara, having to see his brother go through all this and hear his parents arguing and having this huge responsibility put on his shoulders... I'm having a hard time seeing him be both King of Coria and the Infinito. Being one is hard enough, but TWO? That's gonna be so much stress.I love Mack. He's a sweetheart and gave great advice to Atara. He's right tho, if Atara wanted to do something, well, he IS a King and Infinito! He can pretty much do whatever and people would have to get over it. I hope he deals with Emory's attackers personally and sees to it they are punished accordingly.

;_; poor Emmy...But this chapter was really powerful for Atara. Although...I'm a little concerned about the hold Mack has over Atara already...

Oh Macky Macky Macky...I'm sure Emory is sick of hearing this, but poor Emmy. ;_; So....is Atara going to actually go to Emory's room and stay with him? I feel so bad for Emory.

Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!! So many 'OMG' moments this chapters...first off, Emory's miscarriage. Wow. I didn't see that coming at all. Shit just keeps being flung at him, doesn't it? :( I don't see why so many people are eager for him to find a love interest and 'be happy'. Like, falling in love is cool and all, but I think he just needs to grieve for the things he's lost and try to get better emotionally, mentally and physically first, and THEN maybe he'll be ready for love. Cyril slapping Atara surprised me too...I agree he shouldn't have spoken to him like that (even tho he spoke truths) but Cyril hitting him seemed so...cold, mean. EVERYONE is going through horrible shit right now, but as his parents, they should also comfort Atara too! They really have neglected him in all this and just gave him HUGE responsibility as the next King/Infinito. It's sad to me because in ALoGaK they seemed to want him so badlyand were happy when he was born, but now...it's almost like he's the red-headed step-child. :( I feel bad for him AND Emory, of course, but Atara is going through shit too. AND MACK. XD I LOVE MACK. That scene with them was perfect. Built up tension that turned into hot passion/want...and yet it wasn't cliche at all. Very real and believable. I love him for trying to be responsible and an adult in the situation while also fighting his desire for Atara. I think they have great chemistry and want to see more of them together! <3

Yay! Emory has Fox's fight in him! I should trust you more!

On another note! Mack! Is he going to be Atara's consort?? I keep wanting to think of him as a cutie but maybe he is just a sexy cutie! Lol and I guess I see now where Atara will have to take over the role of Infinito seeing as Emory won't be able to bear young! And thank you for clearing up the father title thing! It has really bugged me! Not sure why! Haha!

You're breaking my heart, but I know it'll get better, not much further down it will go. You have a good way of getting people to care about your characters, it's why everyone is upset with what happened to them.

so... what happened to Emory will render him unable to bear children, but what stops him from fathering them? (he still has the necessary parts, right?)
