Oh man, my throat hurts from holding in sobs. I feel like my heart is breaking. You are an amazing author to get people to connect with your characters so much. You take us through their happy times like we can feel it ourselves, and you take us through their sad times and we can feel the soul crushing heart break. The way you write brings your characters and worlds to life (or in this case, death) The way you describe them finding his body, the time each of them spend with him just kill me. When you described Cyril's cry I have to say, you were accurate to a tee. It's the same sound my mother made when my dad died, so I know you did a good job. Fox was someone that I've watched grow up, fall in love, and fight for what was his, I've seen him lose the love of his life, and I've seen him gain his reason for living back. I feel like after being with him so long, and getting to watch his death, that I was there with Nikita and experienced it myself. I feel honored to have known him, and to have been there at his last moments. Even though it makes me incredibly sad, I'll still be here through the tough times to see how his children grow up to be the men they were meant to be. I know they will honor his memory, and I'll still be here to watch it.

...All I can say is this chapter made me cry so much harder then the last... I didn't think it would be worse then the death but somehow it was. :c
I feel that it has reconnected them as it sort of felt a drift between them in the beginning of the story.
AS for those rather unsavory reviews: I don't understand why you guys are so upset over the contents of the story? One: If you don't read the warnings it is no one's fault but yours and you should chuck it up to that and keep it to yourself. No need to tell everyone you completely ignored them then and got a shocker -_- and lastly: A smart person knows to Never presume with a book unless they are the writer because it could change on the drop of a dime (At least the good ones...even dr. seuss books do) that doesn't make the writer wrong or bad it just means the reader is incapable of accepting the writers vision or presumed to know the writers mind/intent which would put the reader in the wrong. Take the story as it is or just QUIETLY leave it to those who appreciate a wonderful author. Its OK to express your hurt or sadness of a beloved char. but it is not right to jump on the author for your mistakes or presumptions.

Laugh out loud, I was just expressing how hurt I was about Fox`s death. Never expected you to justify or rectify his death or for you to explain why you did. I'm well aware that you are the author of this story, and I thank God that you are the author. I think you are amazing writer, and I'm just a little too emotionally involved in this story. Trust me, I wasn't trying to insult you, and I apologize if you think that I did. You can't take me too seriously, because I`m too emotionally involved in your story.

(;o;) my face half way through the story. So many tears. Poor Cyril. I hope that bitch Lady Glenning gets tortured like no other. As sad as I was to read that I can't wait until the next chapter and to see how it all ends.

I hope I didn't upset you with my last review! I completely understand the need and reason behind Fox's death. This is a story and you want it to be as close to real life as you can and for that, as you said, fox had to pay the price. It's just unfortunate cause I'm so sad for Cyril. Anyways, again a beautifully written chapter. The emotion you were able to convey when Emory found him was incredible but even more so when Cyril found him. I didn't cry in the last one but this one I sure did. Can't wait for the next!

I can't handle this. Cyril without Emory is just too sad.

This is just my opinion of this chapter only and nothing more. This was the saddest chapter so far for me in this story. My heart broke into a thousand pieces, and it was difficult to read each line without crying. I hope that Cyril, will be okay in the end. I`m truly speechless.

I'll hang in there for the HEA then! That last chapter has my eyes all watery.
"Lady" (I use this term so loosely) Glenning needs a slow death along with all those disloyal guards and lierians. A purge to keep this from ever happening again. Trying to rape their infinito then harvest their children before killing them should never be forgiven. They deserve some divine wrath in triplicate for killing Fox and I swear if they broke Kita's hands and made him a cripple... well lets just say the history books will get a new chapter called Emmy Bordelon took an axe.
Thanks for the quick updates as always. I'm not sure I could stand it if the updates were spaced out given how the story is going.

I sobbed and trembled like a baby these two chapters. But what broke me was the anguish cry that Cryl gave because I remember the same cry my mother gave three years ago when my oldest brother died that totally unexpected death. I want to let you know you portrayed the characters perfect here because grief of a family member is so hard to portray. A part of my hopes Cryil dies while getting his revenge so he doesn't have to go on without Fox and become an empty husk. But at the same time I know he can't be selfish just like I told my mom when my brother died. She has three more kids and she can't let herself turn to a husk because we need her too. But it makes me happy knowing when she goes she will see him again. I don't really grieve for the dead because they are at peace-I grieve for those left behind.
I am so scared for Atara and Kita, I hope we get to them soon! And I am kind of hoping Atara is pregnant with Mack's child. It would give them more time by pushing off the heat and hopefully nobody will be the wiser.
