Yeah. No shaky feeling. This ends on a more grounded note.


The flow is still strong...just not turbulent. This is the best writing on the internet that goes on with a saga.

OMG!! Please, oh please, keep going. This book is such a roller coaster ride, that if you stopped now it would be like the Batman ride at 6-Flags stopping upside down. Great writing, and I hope the next chapter is soon or even sooner.

Some heavy stuff there. As much sense as it makes, their father is still wrong. Jack is right, they deserve their chance. They should be able to try. If this continues on, I see Alan or Amanda, or both, running away, just to get away from the tyranny of their father. To make him see the error of his way. I don't have children myself, but I see where the father is coming from. I understand what he's saying, and it does make sense. But somethings kids just have to learn on their own. But they deserve the chance to learn it.

I like the character development, Jack trying to learn more about his friends. I was beginning to wonder if they'd all be named shadows just there for filler. Absolutely amazing story man. Keep it up.

Wowsa , that ending was a whole nother aspect of something I hadn't considered, but now realize it had to happen. Hurry with the next chapter, am sittin gon the edge of my seat here.

Ah parents, gotta fuck it all up. That was a stupid 'deal' to make in the first place. He should've known it wasn't going to happen. Or maybe that was his plan. Strike this farce of a deal, catch them breaking it, so he can step in and do something totally retarded and make his children miserable because he's not ok with it. Wonder when it's going to sink in that his children are going to hate and resent him for it? No, that won't come into play. He's the father and in his mind he's doing the right thing and will probably come up with "you'll thank me for this when you're older," or some bullshit like that. That's the way parents do it right. They're right the kids are wrong and the kids just have to accept it. The younger generation needs some understanding from the older one. Oh well. Great story man. I love it. It's really weird, I don't usually comment this much lol. Keep it up.

You impress me. How do you manage to sustain the shaky feeling in my tummy? How? Yes, I see myself in Jack sometimes, sometimes I see my girlfriend in Kayla. They're painstakingly human.

You satisfy me for a half-hour. That should be worth a fortune...being purely satisfied for a half-hour. I cannot explain, Joe, what kind of awesome thing you are doing. Just know that it is something(for which) you are getting a lot of love from people.

And love is all that matters.

Once again a very good chapter, but the way it ends sounds like " THE END!" Are there going to be more chapters or are we doomed to just use our imagination to determine what happens next?
