So believable. You do nuance so well. That argument totally tore me up!

Sooo....good for Laurto. I clapped for him a bit. Really, I don't feel being around Teo is very good for his rehab or his self-esteem. Teo says Laurto needs to move on, and than gets mad at him for doing so. It's so weird though cause Teo, seems like such a reasonable person around Clint. For instance at the Thanksgiving dinner, he brushes aside the comment of Clint's dad. Perhaps it's about the people you care about hurt you the most?
I liked the dialogue during the fight scene. I'd like to see Teo submit though. I feel like some D/s series I have read have said that it's always good if a dom knows how to submit. So maybe Teo would learn something about himself? Not sure though because at the same time, I feel like Clint and Teo aren't that deep into their relationship for that type of trust, for someone who lacks that trust in the first place.

Kudos again to your astounding ability to create the most thrilling and exciting dialogs. This one between Teo and Lautaro in particular was like watching a train wreck to happen. Oh my gosh. And also I feel jealous of Ashley...because I think I'm starting to fall in love with Rico hahaha...he's soooo sweet (like a puppy)! Perfect boyfriend material for the perfect girlfriend naturally.
ähm, concerning the characters, I'm talking here about Teo and Lautaro especially, I dunno if it's your intention (if it is you're being pretty good at it), but I'm always feeling torn between feeling sorry for Lautaro, then blaming Lautaro, then feeling sorry again, then worrying about him, then thinking he's a little snake, then becoming totally impatient with his antics and so on. The same goes for Teo btw. The way they are throwing accusations at each other and think they are so rightful in their anger has me changing sides nonstop. I feel like the worlds biggest opportunist lol. The only one I can hate full time is Marcos. phew, what for a relief.
Love and update soon!

btw, if you'd ask me for my kink, I'd like to see Teo really submissive for once in a sex play with Clint :D You know, like really vulnerable, because thats what he is for real inside, under his facade. And I want him to give up his controlling and dominant front with Clint because he trusts him fully. We've seen that already in a short scene in the last chapter but that sex scene was way tooo short lol, so yeah...

Clint's father sounds like a dick. I like how Clint's observation of Teo and his family is juxtaposed next to Teo's observation of Clint's family and the contrasts between the two are stark and depressing. Clint's bitterness and Teo's self disgust realy stood out during this chapter.. and yet their relationship is full of warmth and love. :)

This story and your writing is just do smart. That is all. Lol not really haha I have much more to say and i am sorry for not always reviewing because I read faithfully! I know you pepper some social commentary that I love but I may be imagining things but it seems this update also seemed to touch of race and female violence especially in light of recent events especially on east coast? Very nice without being preachy or arguing strongly/bias one way or another. Also I think what you do wonderfully is touch on subliminal racism and prejudice (from many points of view and including aspects as social status or even the stereotype of clints dad). And I have to say Clint is definitely making me fan girl squeal inside my heart of hearts covertly because I adore the little physical actions he does to scream how deeply he is falling in love/already so much in love with teo. I think both boys are so in sync and Fit perfectly together and complement eachother soooo well altho are so different it's astonishing how you make it work! It's cute tho they don't go all confessy abt their love altho it's sooo obvious to the readers through their thoughts and inner monologue. Which makes it awesome as actions and our secret thoughts speak much louder than words. On another note I know you like power bottoms and it's interesting b/c once I read an article from a gay man about receptive anal sex (and other sources) and he identified his role with submission and vulnerability. Itd be cool to read teos different opinion on this matter! And the fact that the receptive partner does feel pleasure in the act that it makes them feel submissive and small/helpless even? I wonder how much of that is influenced by heteronormative culture and the "woman's role" in traditional sexual relationships. I rambled on haha but hope it makes sense! Thanks so much! Happy thanksgiving my dear!

Happy Thanksgiving! Way to give us readers something else to be thankful for. XD And hey thanks for responding to my previous comment. I can't believe you feel awkward writing sex scenes. You're so good at them! The ones that had Clint practically weeping while being forced to restrain himself were just ugh HOT. Now I can't wait to see how the fantasies they just discussed play out. Hopefully Teo can forgive himself when he realizes Clint really isn't freaked about it.

I am so glad I got to reading this! I pretty much read it over the course of the weekend and was hooked rather quickly. While I dislike having to even give props for this because it's not common enough, I have to say that I LOVE that you have ethnically diverse characters. I also like that the dominant force in the relationship is the bottom (again, something kind of uncommon). The sex is hot and well-written, and I like that the characters all have backgrounds you delved into and that there are things of interest besides the (HOT!) sex. Man, talk about making us wait for the two to get together though! That's what happens when you read a story that's realistically paced haha. I can't wait to read what more you have in store for us.

That was delicious and perfect! Not only does this story fullfil my love of a dominant bottom, it also fullfills my much loved pairing of Small Dom/big sub. I'm also REALLY excited about Clint and Teo meeting one another's families. Around the holidays. Omg. Will you update before thanksgiving? Something to be thankful for!!!!

So, I just started reading this last night and finished 16 today. Needless to say I got nothing done (unless you count reading this). Well first of all I like Teo a lot. Thank you for making a strong male lead (that's a bottom). Anyways I do feel like Teo is a bit of a jerk to Laruto (sp?). I mean it makes me think, how the hell did they get together in the first place. I see the sex was/is good between them. Though, Teo is mostly an ass. Yah, okay I get it, he got beaten up and he has some weird jealous feelings going on. I get it though, traumatic, though Laruto isn't the one who beat him up nor the one who called the hit on him. So I feel his anger is somewhat misplaced? Okay he also cheated...but again, Teo is moving on...I am not sure why he wants Laruto to support the relationship. Isn't that asking to much? He knows Laruto has feelings for him. Really asking for his support for the relationship, is umm asking a bit much. While I am not hoping Teo gets with Laruto or anything, I just wish he would be a little nicer (instead of playing this hot/cold game it's probably screwing with his rehab).
Okay, so first paragraph dedicated to the ex-boyfriend, onward to Clint. Uhh...Clint is such a typical privileged gay guy (like so many of my friends). Whose main issue is that they have daddy issues and therefor trust issues. It's almost cliche. I do think that him and Teo make a good couple though. Even though I find Clint boring. Clint's a masochist in his friendships and personality.
I don't even know where this story can go after this, but I am looking foward to it.
