Oh my fucking christ...I cried through this entire chapter. This poor little guy. Such a sweetheart. And Damien...I love the way he loves Kayden. I cant wait for him to find out about Roman raping his little neko. What a bastard. I want Damien to beat the hell out of everyone who has ever hurt Kayden...and I wouldnt mind if he killed most of them...or locked them up and threw away the key! Please update soon!

Thank you kind author! I am so relieved that Kayden told Damien the truth about the Hunters and now want the truth about what Roman is doing to him to come out! I was wondering why since Ellis is also a Neko but older, didn't he smell or notice something off about Roman and Kayden after he was raped? Isn't his nose sensitive to the smell of blood and stuff? I know Kayden washed the evidence away but thought he might be able to still catch some sort of scent that would trouble him about the little neko.

Poor little Kayden... What on earth could have happened to him, to make him so skittish? He's obviously been badly abused... I hope he has kinder masters here than in the past, and someone draws him out of his shell. He seems like he could be very sweet, if someone showed him some love and kindness.

I was thrilled to see so many added chapters when I checked back in on this one! You're certainly quick with the updates, but I suppose that if most of the content is written already and just needs editing, then you have that luxury.

So at least Damien now knows a bit about Kaydens past!!!! Still hoping he will find the roman part out too!!! See you again soon!!!

I was interested though, with Ellis, to learn that Nekos could speak. Since Kayden has never said a word, I was beginning to wonder if they could talk at all. It will make the story much more interesting, now that I know he can.

This has been very good so far; you're a lovely writer. You have a very relaxed, comfortable flow to your storytelling, and this is a world I easily find myself immersed in. Since this is original fiction and not fan-fiction, you should sincerely try to get this published. I'm not a publisher, but I think the necessary degree of quality is present. I certainly would have paid money for this book, and it's only the third chapter.

Well, the bet will seal the deal, I imagine. He'll be forced to deal with Kayden for an entire month, and hopefully they'll grow fond of one another in that time. I was sad in the last chapter to learn that Kayden had been wild-caught, no wonder he was skittish around gunshots, having watched his parents get murdered.

He's so pitiful, but I just adore him... This story is just wonderful. And to be mentioned by name in the opening notes- what an honor! My goodness... I'm glad to be a loyal reader/reviewer of this one, it's such a good story! Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Well, that explains his scars, and his skittishness. I'm glad that people are warming up to him. Maybe he'll come around, in time, if he's not being tormented constantly. A very sweet ending to this chapter, but I'm worried what Roman has up his sleeve.

Oh, what a lovely chapter! So glad to see Damien and Kayden getting cozy together! I'm worried what sort of PTSD it'll bring up though for sweet Kayden if things get physical between them... And thank you a thousand times for the lovely pictures! So helpful. He's such a handsome little fellow... If a bit on the thin side.

Kayden is literally the cutest thing to ever happen <3 I'm glad Damien cares for him and wants to make him happy. Great chapter!
