I loved the use of the wax and sticking candles in her that were lit. When she is at the zoo, can birds feed off of Christie? Like some sort of Parrot or something else? I still want to know if it's workable with an elephant think of what it could do with it's trunk. I loved the octopus you used too.

Well, I take that back! I like some of the ideas that Trinket had but not all of them. Oh, and this is fiction so anything goes in my book. I restate that Christie should never escape or find freedom but remain a pet whether it be her current owner or someone new who then may treat her like the princess she deserves to be treated as.

I am drooling at the mouth wondering what Jake will do with Chrissy the next time he is alone with her. I bet he's not going to be nice considering she broke his nose and he threatened to skin her but I don't think he could get away with that or his friend and her master won't be happy with him.

I am off to go watch the fireworks because our town is holding them tonight not on the 4th due to Hurricane coming up the coast. I guess I couldn't entice you to post chapter 9 before tomorrow..... sniffles.... pouts.... whines pitifully....
