WOW. Now that I read the chapter it needs to be next week already. I can't wait to see where you go with this. I love the more in depth look into Lance. Also think I know why Lance is worried about a promotion/money, and can't wait to see if I'm right. Love your writing and the way it really draws me into the characters world. Now impatiently waiting for the next chapter.
