I understand your need to get out of the "obligation" of writing what you started, however while you finished the story the quality of your previous work was not there. It was good that you closed the story. I do hope that I will have the privilege of reading more of your work i the future.

I like this story. It jumps around a lot and that can be a little a little frustrating and confusing. Saying that, the characters are well rounded the mother is a bit of a bitch in my opinion. I like the father's attitude towards the kiss although he's well under his wife's thumb. Tommy is a little two dimensional for me I don't really get him. All that been said I think this could be a great story.

Great chapter. Like Magus said caught in the the room already. Can't wait to see how this is going to play out. Will be good. I believe that it is going to be for the good as the mother and maybe the father sound like a fun loving couple. After 14 years of marriage the wanted to get away for some fantastic romantic time together.
