Awww, I'm so happy to see that update today. It's been such a shitty week so far and the weekend won't be better either, so this update totally made it better :DDD And I love his mate's introduction. Cannot wait to read more.

I knew it was Miximilian, I knew it from the moment Evan and Dusty talked about the white-elites! Still liking the story and I wonder how the bonding truly came about...

One thing I've noticed is that dialogue makes up the majority of the story... good dialogue is of course necessary for all good stories, but you might want to incorporate more descriptions. Sometimes, when dialogue is so very dominant in the writing, it feels a little like reading a play or a script. It's actually quite common among amateur writers, perhaps because visual entertainment is so prevalent nowadays and when watching a movie everything except the dialogue is *shown* to the audience. (..and of course soundtrack and sound effects).

I really do encourage you to add more descriptions, although it's of course your story and your decision. :) I just feel that a balance between the two generally makes for better fiction.

im really enjoying this story. i would love to meet who he is bonded to and hear the story of how it happened and how their relationship is now. very fascinating.

Now I want to know who Evan is bonded to? I wonder if they love each other because I could be imagining this or more like hoping that Dustin and Evan like each other. However, it seems like the person really cares for Evan.

Things are starting to get interesting! Really, really looking forward to the next chapter. ^_^

Oh wow, I really enjoy this story. And I wonder what that fox hybrid's problem was? And what about the mark and the scars? I cannot wait for more.

I'm really liking this story

I'm really liking this story so far.. usually I'm quite hesitant about reading stories with hybrids (of any sort) in it since often they turn into major Mary Sue-fests with the "mysterious animal magnetism" and exotically stunning appearances all around the Mary Sue, but so far I don't get that feeling in your story. I'm intrigued by the mystery of who Evan has bonded with and how long ago it happened (since it's implied that it happened a long time ago) - was it Evan's mentor when he was younger? Is it the green-eyed man at the back of the room? Or did it happend before he came to the school? (I sure hope not since it's implied that bonding happens in sexual situations and Evan started in year 7 or so (I think)).

I also really like the fact that there's discussion about how the bonding has been used as an excuse for slavery, on both sides, since stories that involve bonding of any type (vamps, weres etc) often completely ignore that and romanticize the "concentual rape" and overbearing controlling attitude that often accompany the aforementioned bonding.

Anyway, really liking the story so far and looking forward to read more of Evan's troubles :)

Liked what I have read so far, will be looking for more. Interesting story, like to see where this goes.
