Oh no! I feel a sense of foreboding! Why did the Prince just release Formosus like that?! I don't like this feeling I'm getting...I want a happy ending!! Thanks for the update and glad you're posting regularly! :)

Oh happy feels all around XD ! I guess even the prince can't say no to twenty years of peace, and if he had he would be even more crazy possessive than I thought. Besides he prefers overall pretty effeminate boys anyway, he'll get over :) ! As for Proteus... no telling what's gonna happen to him after his whipping OH WELL xp !

I am so pleased with how this story is going and that you are not rushing their reunion. I do feel like I am sitting on the edge of a cliff ready to fall off.... you and your cliffhangers..... but it has me yearning for more.
I am dreading Formosus' punishment and wonder if the Prince will have Quintus watch it. Perhaps, Quintus can take his place......

AHHHHHH I've just marathonned this story it's amazing and so accurate and well researched! I take Ancient history at uni and I totally count this as summer reading ;) I love Formosus especially since we're sort of kinsman since I live in Colchester. Please please update, I'm on tender hooks. Thank you so much for writing this !

Oh my gosh, would the Prince really kill Formosus instead of handing him back over to Quintus? I don't think he is that cruel but not sure! Good Lord, this is killing me.

I would be extremely worried but know you have promised us a happy ending. I am loving this and that their reunion is not coming easy for both of them makes the story more interesting.

Oh no! Another cliffhanger! Now, I know Quintus is not going to give up Formosus without a fight but how to do that without anyone getting hurt. Well, now Quintus has some help!
