I am glad you decided to write this chapter because it drives me crazy being left guessing what happened with no further explanation. I think Iason is brilliant and hope to see him around some more. Very good chapter!

Oh how tricky of them to offer twenty years of peace, but really had no intention of attacking Susa to begin with :D ! Didn't really mean nothing to the Rome but to Shapur it meant a lot, not a bad way to start a new reign :) !

Yes! I am actually very happy you decided to write this chapter and tied up a few loose ends that were bugging me. I am so happy the Emperor actually asked Iason for advice on how to aid Quintus and has gone to live with him too and that he was the one who actually came up with the idea to rescue Formosus! WTG, Iason! Oh, Aulus, you make me swoon and Junius is lucky to have caught your eye! Damned Etruscans, lol. I like Maia and hope she too can leave Alexandria with them for Rome when they leave. I am glad you wrote this chapter, it was needed. Now, I have a clearer idea of the events leading up to the previous chapter.

Oh man, I am getting an itchy feeling that their happy reunion won't last much longer. I never thought Quintus would make himself that vulnerable but am sure as hell glad he did. I think they have reached a new turning point in their relationship. I liked seeing this dominant side of Formosus too.

Way to go, Formosus! Oh my gosh, their reunion was so sizzling! You have meet worried though about the Prince hindering their exit from Alexandria.

Finally, the reunion we have all been waiting for! I was swooning it was so romantic. Quintus truly showed a different side of himself as did Formosus. I just keep waiting for something or someone to ruin their romantic reunion. I hope they leave Alexandria safely and that Marcus doesn't somehow blow it, LOL.

Now you got me a bit worried! Will they be able to leave without any more problems from the prince? And ultimately Narses didn't turn out so bad after all :) . But I do feel bad for Tiro, he really wanted Formo to stay :( . But at least Bandak get's to come with Marcus :D !
