Marcus is really beginning to freak me out with his obsession with Formosus' statue..... creepy.....

I was thinking about those the augurs Qunitus saw and wonder what they told him, will we eventually find out?

Oh, after reading this latest chapter I am beginning to suspect Camilla could be a possible suspect in Quintus' murder. But, then I started thinking why wouldn't she have just killed Formossus instead of Quintus? Wouldn't it have been easier and she would have him out of the way so she could console her husband in his grief over the loss of his beloved slave? She could have had someone do it on his morning run when he was alone and isolated. I don't know just a thought that passed through my mind. It looks like things might start to get exciting very soon. I hope Formossus doesn't get caught by anyone and eventually gets to the villa safely.

Hmm, after reading the flashback sequence I am beginning to think Camilla murdered Quintus in a blind rage because of her jealousy over his love for Formosus. I wonder how her late husband died and am thinking she might be a Roman era type Black Widow. I am still anxious for Formosus to get to safety and find out who killed Quintus!

I am so relieved that Formosus is not all alone and has help but how are they going to get him out of there without getting caught or someone seeing something and reporting it to the guard.

Junius is such a very good friend to share his bed AND his shoulder :) ! I hope they will be able to help Formosus. If Formosus does leave I wonder if Marcus will attempt to follow him?

I'm back and loving your new story! I really want his master to be waiting for him at the villa but sadly he is gone so I hope there is still a HEA in here somewhere. Your last story was great so I have no doubts about this one. Keep up the good work :)

I was ready to throttle Formosus so he would remember the key hanging around his neck but he beat me to it, lol. I just hope that Titus or Junius can find the scrolls and that Camilla hasn't found them yet or figure out what they are up too! Oh no, I just thought of something, Camilla already knows about the will because Cohortes Urbanae knew about it and told her. Hey, how did he find out and who told him?

Oh, I wish, I wish, Quintus is somehow alive! I will keep wishing until the end! I think Formosus is smart enough that he could figure out who killed his beloved Master and make them pay!!!!!

It's kinda nice to know that the wife didn't jump right away to accuse Formosus of killing Quintus :) . But the whole will thing does make Formo look really suspect to almost everyone else :( .
