Ha ha, I am smart. Perhaps, Formosus will use the guard with the light brown eyes as a means to try and escape. Grrr, right now I want to knee that fat lecher right in his royal nuts for putting his dirty paws on my Formo!!!! Hopefully, Tiro will see what's going on and put a stop to it then make sure Formosus has extra protection!

Oh, wow, things are going to hell in Rome and I am truly worried now for Junius. I wish he he hadn't left the safety of the villa to go back. If he makes it safely back to Titus, I think his Master should give him a spanking he won't soon forget for disobeying his orders to stay put. Formosus can't seem to get a break. There is always someone who can't keep their hands off his body. He's a magnet for trouble.

Oh, so happy you are enjoying Pappy Don't Preach! She removed some of her other stories in the series including Rebel Yells because they were published.

I am seriously starting to stress out now because I am worried for Junius and for Formosus. Junius could get hurt by the crowd of Celt haters and Formosus might be whipped for the first time in his life by that guest of his new Master. If Mystery man doesn't hurry his ass up and get to him, I am going to scream loud enough to wake the dead.

Oh, so much was going on in this latest chapter that I really didn't miss Marcus and the mystery man. I really hope Junius makes it to his Master Cassius' home safely. I dread to think what would happen if the rabble should get hold of him. I don't want him to die or be horribly tortured or disfigured by them!!!!!! Please don't do that to me!!!!! I think Formosus is in danger from this Egyptian guest called Unnufer and I am worried about him too.

Oh, I agree, the story is so much more interesting when you write if from different perspectives! I hope Formosus can avoid getting on Proteus' bad side, well any more than he already is anyways.

I think I found a small typo, not sure, but here it is; Aulus sniffed when the rider came in sight (should it be stiffened, straightened, or something like that?)

I wouldn't be surprised if Proteus was planning something wicked for Formosus to get rid of him somehow. Proteus can already see his current position slipping away from him even though Formo wants nothing to do with his current situation.

I just finished reading the latest chapter and then went back to read some of the other ones trying to find out who Formosus said this to; He was right, it is a despicable lump of stone, an idiotic project. I haven't found it yet so will begin reading from the beginning again until I do!

Aulus Tarquinius! So, that is the name of the Guard Formosus met when leaving the city. What a beautiful name! I was thinking maybe he and Marcus will hitch up later down the road perhaps in another story?! hint.. hint...

I felt for sure that Formosus would have struggled and fought if it were not for the drug Tiro gave him. I would be so afraid for him if he did and what his new Master would do to him that would remind him of Nero!

I kind of like it that you are not letting us know the identity of the mystery man just yet. It makes the build up and anticipation of finding out who he really is much better. I hope we don't find out until he and Formosus set eyes on each other again.

Oh, we finally learned the name of that sexy guard from awhile back and Marcus got a taste of him too. He might want to go back for more later, lol.
