WOW what a sobering chapter! I really feel for the small family that they all make together. I also kinda feel bad for Yakov he so wants to be there for Nico but at the same time it only puts more pressure on their lil family. I hope things get better for both and Nico will truly come to realize how much his Dad really loves him. Anywho Thank YOU for updating! read ya laters!

Just wanted to say how much I am enjoying your story. This last chapter made me shudder the nail..the tongue...ouch.
My son fell off his bike and bit through his tongue and had to get stitches so I kept just seeing that in my mind, all the blood. He wasn't able to eat solid food for a week after it. If I could've read through closed eyes I would've have. :D

I love the character development and I can't see what happens.

That was great! Nice way to get Mac out of the picture too! I was starting to think that Mac was going to I don't know kidnap him or something close to that at the rate he was going.... I look forward to the next chapter! Thank YOU for updating! read ya laters!

Just got caught up... I am totally DIGGING this story right now it seems so realistic and funny at times as well. I some times wait to read stories because I wanna make sure they are going to continue and not leave ya hanging. So thank you for sharing and updating! read ya laters!

Love it. Chapter 8 is definitely emotionally tense, but very well done. I feel sorry for Miroslav, getting dragged into tutoring by Nico, but it's funny at the same time. And the investigation adds an edge to the story. (Not to say the story didn't have edges, but it added a sharper edge than had been present before, in regards to the family situation.)
I can't seem to stay away from this.... I really should have been eating or catching a nap in case I'm called in to work, but you hooked me again. *flops about like a fish*
Very much enjoy reading this, every time through. :) Thanks for writing and posting, and I'm looking forward to reading more!
