I really got into this story and was anticipating reading the rest of it so I hope you finish it one day soon.

Disappointed you seem to have put this story on hold but understand RL gets in the way sometimes.

So...it doesn't matter what he is doing in the story, sleeping in a shopping basket or sleeping on a pile of clothes, but Chulainn steals the scene wherever he is! lol

I'm happy that Corbin will be able to spend time with his aunt and continue living there. He gets to go to school and be somewhat normal, not having to deal with absent parents all the time.

I'm looking foward to the New Year's Eve party where he and Ewan are bound to meet once more! :)

Just curious! Will you be continuing this story or removing it like you did the first one in this series? It would be nice to be able to finish reading this on a regular update schedule instead of just left wondering what's going on.

Blanche!!! I can't believe I almost missed this update! I even got your email to let me know and it just got away from me.

Anyway...it was an awesome chapter!

So I wonder why Bethany brought up 'the English lad' to Ewan. Was Ewan talking in his sleep or something? lol I know that she knew he was going to be there (she did, right? lol), so maybe that's why she asked.

Dare and Corbin certainly have something in common. I can't believe Dare's thoughtless and uncaring parents. It's no wonder he turned out so loving and generous. I attribute that all to his aunt and uncle. :)

And the gifts they got Corbin were really sweet. Corbin's own parents wouldn't get him books and reading is what he loves to do. Hmmm, some sort of escapism maybe?
