This story is so awesome that I keep going back to the last chapter to refresh my memory! I hope that whatever you're doing in RL is working out and that you're not too stressed. If you are, take a second and self spa. I find it helps. You can get everything you need at a WMart.

Of course, I'm patiently waiting for a new chapter. Patiently being the key word.

Interesting. Although I'm finding it a bit alien, regarding your portrayal of the Incubus/Succubus. I guess, it's in the right of the author to decide which portrayal is best suited for the story. Then again there are many kinds, as you so explained. So, I guess it does not go against the "Malleus Maleficarum", although these are the most "ancient" mention, besides the children of Lilith mythos(Shedim). Regarding offspring, while succubus/incubus were considered as culprits for the deaths and physical deformities of the infants, it was believed that a left-handed individuals were their "offspring".

And they can also love. It´s a twisted love, but it's love.

Regarding protection. There aren´t any. Unless you use a plant called "Salvia Divinorum", which merely calmed the attacks. Making them longer and less violent, consider it demon "catnip". It also attracts, but keeps them calm.

Though I'm rather enjoying the tale, I can't help but find myself being more excited by Liam and Emily's actual conversations than the smit! Good job there. You've kept someone with an entirely alien mindset accessible as well. I oddly enough may skim through any more Curtis smut though. Even though slash is my thing I'm hoping he doesn't end up too seriously involved in everything. He kinda detracts from the meat of things for me, but again this is only my opinion as a reader.

I read this all in the space of about two days and I really have to say it's amazing. Some of the content is very >.< but I really like how you don't romanticise certain aspects of it. Like when Ishail was doing his...stuff. It was horrible, and I love that it felt horrible. It's very easy to say "he hit her with a big-ass cane" and people will flinch, but there were a couple of times I was like "Oh SHIT" and had to take a breather. Intense, but that's not a bad thing x3

As for the thing with mystery incubus rapist. He SAYS he'll do horrible things to her friends, but obviously I still want Emily to tell Liam 'cause shit needs to hit the fan more. Or more shit needs to hit the fan... I remember you saying something like "ooh, we have an antagonist now!" and I was thinking "...we didn't already have antagonists?" And that terrifies the shit out of me xD

The thing with Liam being more merciful than Ishail. That's another thing I see a lot of people do in stories. "Oh, he's gentler than this other guy" but they never really prove it. YOU proved it, and you did it with intensity. I'm very interested to see where this is going because Liam says he takes care of what belongs to him, and I firmly believe that. Like, I haven't read the other reviews, but I feel like people might be looking for a romance and I honestly don't see one, which is interesting because normally I can see these things coming from a mile away. Maybe you'll not have a romance between them - a refreshing twist! Maybe you WILL in which case kudos 'cause it's gonna be a hell of a shock xD But at this point, I believe what Liam is saying when he talks to Emily about his "relationship" with her.

Grace - I don't know why, but I like her. Her dialogue always entertains me.

Thus far, I have enjoyed your story immensely. I can certainly find why it is so lengthy, it just runs away with itself, doesn't it?

I wanted to come by and review now that I'm all caught up on the story

I'm usually a fan of much darker themed stories, I enjoyed reading this so far. It has an air of being able to go into even darker themes then what are named, or fall to a lighter note. This facet alone, is what drew me hear. Very few stories draw me in, and this one has. Good read. Five stars. I'll see you at the next installment.

I'm not really into BDSM but the story's plot really got me. I love it so far! I love Curtis with Emely but I also want Liam to fall for her. So either way, I'm fine with it. haha. Looking forward to read more of this! :)

This was a great chapter! I swear you outdo yourself each update:) and as far as making it too long? NOT POSSIBLE!!!!! Have you ever read a book where you fall completely in love with the characters and you find yourself putting off your reading time because you know the end is near and you just can't bear the thought of NOT having them in your life any longer? Well that's where I'm at here! Pleeeease update soon and keep up the amazing work. And I realize you can't rush an amazing work of art so I will be patient as long as I know it's coming eventually❤️
