I'd be just as heartbroken if I were Neil. I also thought Jerit was going to just bring people home and screw them, not bring them home to have dinner with him and Neil.

They're still in high school though, right? So is Perty a bit older than they are?

I have heard of "Whatever it Takes". I clicked on it to see if I read it and I haven't yet. So yeah, I'll have to check it out. :) Thanks for the info, Payton! =)

Payton!!! Thank you for the shout-out!!!! :)

This story is so good - I have NO idea why other readers aren't r&r'ing it. :( Lazy sob's...j/k

Hmmm, I thought Jerit was into guys. I guess both. So he's beaming b/c he met some chick. That was pretty callous of him considering he must know how Neil feels about him.

I loved reading about the ripping out carpets and putting re-sanding the hardwood floors underneath. At least they weren't plywood! We ripped out carpet (too much dog piss smells, lol), and it was plywood underneath. Now the hardwood floor guys are putting in new floors.

As always, can't wait for the next update, Payton! :)

I get nervous every time Neil goes out on his 'vigilante' mission. I just don't want him getting hurt. :(

I think Neil should see a doctor in regards to the sex. He should rule out anything physical first, and then he should see a therapist. He's gotta get to the bottom of this (pardon the pun, lol), otherwise he's going to be miserable b/c Jerit's gonna be bringing boys home all the time and he knows that he's not the one pleasing him. I think eventually for the both of them, it will turn resentful.

I like the idea of their own house though. :)

I think Neil has every right to be worried about where Jerit's getting all this money.

I think Neil would be lost w/o Jerit, especially now since their relationship took a new turn.

The Ronald' biological children were very nice, which is a testament to how great their parents were.

I'm so curious to find out who did that to them. I still think it's those two assholes Jerit got caught up with.

Chapter seven: I KNEW it was those two assholes! I can't believe they killed those nice people just for revenge and b/c they couldn't find Neil.

I also don't like this vigilante talk. I can see how it would make Neil feel better, taking out "bad people", but he could also get hurt, or worse.

Ok, on to the next chapter!

Well, Jerit may have "done his research", but apparently he didn't do enough research. What about Neil? lol It was all about Jerit.

Anyway, I don't like the idea of Neil going off and killing the "bad guys". True, they shouldn't be on the streets and hurting others, but it's not for Neil to do. This is only going to get him in trouble, or worse, hurt.

I'm anxiously awaiting your next chapter, Payton! :)

Chapter four:

WTF happened? What happened to the Ronalds? It wasn't those two assholes who got caught, was it?

Shit, and just when things were looking up for Neil. They were even going to help him with college.

Omg, I'm on pins and needles! Luckily there's another chapter! lol

Oh, and according to one of my kids, the saying goes: "Almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades." lol

Ah, Jerit always the jokester. lol

Helen was raped and then killed. Hmmm, to me, it sounds like those two douchebags Jerit hung with.

Oh, why couldn't one of the Ronalds' biological kids take Neil in? Neil even said they always treated him like part of the family.

This is such a terrific story! Can't wait for the next chapter! :)
