So that’s what Jean is! And Laheen is immune to his ‘pull’…what will Jean think when he discovers that Laheen is younger than his own step-son yet has achieved so much! Really intrigued by Laheen/ Jean’s (sort of) unrequited romance. Will the king play a larger role later on (Cooper mentioned something about the Lord not being interested in his husband unless there were rumors of an affair…and there well might be in the future). Excited about them going to court! Thanks for sharing this great story! :D

Thanks for the great chapter. Does Laheen’s family expect him to assassinate his husband? Interesting development…And Jenny/ Jean can change genders?! Will Laheen meet with his husband eventually? So many unanswered questions! Want to know what Laheen looks like! Looking forward to more :D

Great story! I honestly don´t like Liane because She was nice with him until she was sure he wasn´t a threat to her position.
She knew that He was really sick and even younger that her son.However, She has never went to see him or ask in letter if he was okay. They even insult him when They gave him that room to sleep.

Seems unfair that Laheen is expected to take responsibility at 16 years of age (or has the mind to do so), yet Cooper is showered with privileges but feels no responsibility towards his people…Wonder what Laheen is planning..
