It is sooooo good to have you back!!! I check this story like every two weeks for updates and I about had a fit when I saw this updated! Thank you, this chapter was perfect and the ending was so thrilling! I kind of love the dark Aeron, he's interesting. Once again, amazing character building.. I completely believe in you, and this plot :)

I love this scene: "“Because,” Aeron said, getting to his feet. “That is because,” he paced a bit. “I was an asshole and apparently that isn’t very attractive to some people.” “But you’re not an asshole,” Lienna said, shaking her head in disbelief. “Yeah, Aeron,” Sofie agreed. “Everyone loves you.” “Not quite everyone,” Aeron said with a strained smile. “Come on, Aeron,” Keith said, leaning forward. “The only one who’s got any beef with you is Ian there,” he waved his arm at me. It actually made Aeron flinch. “The rest of us sane people all love you. She can’t really think you’re all that bad.” “Maybe she’s just scared,” Sofie tried, looking small and confused where she sat. “I’m afraid that’s not the case…” he said, voice weak. “I’ve really been… the things I…” He took a deep breath. “I’m trying to change, really. If I could just be given a chance….” As he said that last part, he stared into my eyes. “You can’t be that stupid,” I said, voice harsh. “Not this again,” Keith growled, clutching the arms of his chair till his knuckles turned white. “No, really,” I said, keeping my focus on Aeron. “You can be worse than a monster, Aeron. And, what, you think just because a bit of magic is thrown about, someone you’ve tormented should just forgive and forget everything? Like some magic cure for pain? A free pass for everything you’ve done? You think you deserve that? You think your entitlement is worth more than their right to choose? Their right to freedom? Their right to not want you?” I narrowed my eyes, and looked him up and down. “What makes you so special?” “That’s not how True Mates work,” Lienna burst out, slamming her hand against the table. “The love makes you forgive. The love makes you move past whatever has happened between you.” She swept her hand through the air. “It’s the strongest love there is!” “If any of that was true,” I said. “Aeron would already be mated.”" It shows that Aaron has surrounded himself not with friends, but Yes Men/Women. People who will do anything to back him up regardless of whether he's in the right or not. Compare that to earlier in the story when Ian talks about how his friends refused to get involved in any revenge against this group. They knew it would be a futile move and pretty much tell Ian what an idiot he's being. Better yet, you show just how manipulative the mate bond can be. Lienna's words "The love *makes* you forgive." etc., shows the downside of a bond not chosen by the two participants. I have to agree with Ian on the friends thing too. Aaron is a spoiled, controlling, and selfish jerk who needs a few more slaps upside the head. While he says the words and the tries to show his caring of Ian's feelings, he has yet to acquiesce to any of Ian's wishes. And he'll concede *only* after he's got Ian to finally, truly, bond with him so that he knows for sure Ian is his and Ian's friends can no longer interfere. I would be incredibly frustrated with this situation too.

dude i want ian get escape so badly i just cannot bring myself to like aeron asdfgh like im hoping that whoever is looking for ian will steal him away from this bond thing #FreeIan

Hi Naga-Lord, How are you doing? Where have you been? I thought you have abandoned this story! It's been sooo long that I had forgotten where you have finished the last chapter so I sat down and rea both of them and enjoys every line. Really really beautifully done. Thanks ^^ Please, please~ update it soon. I love the story and how you are focusing on their relationship, every emotion and move. ok i no im reviewing late, but its bin so long sins the last time this story was updated that i had to go back and reread the entire story from the start. took a few days. POOR IAN just keeps getting kissed XD and i gotta say, its a bit odd now that ian actually gets a choice in the kiss..... but no, not really as its a conditional responce that is slowely overwhelming him. So he doesnt really get a choice ther either. heres what i want to happen: i want SOMEONE to giv ian a set of glass making tools, and tell him he can make glass on his spare time, so long as he isnt directly dealing w buyers. That would work WONDERS for his softening to aeron. let the poor guy do something that makes him HAPPY!!! rukia isaioi

Yes! I'm so happy to see this story updated! It's so well written and I'm loving all the sexual tension and emotional back and forth! It was nice to see Aeron take care of Ian at his friend's place, but hopefully he will see that Ian is right about Aeron mainly being concerned with his own needs… Loving it!
